We had a wonderful weekend! The staff was amazing and the campground is super well maintained. The kids had a blast. Special mention: the dog park is beautiful and a highlight. Recommend this campground 100%.

Bathroom could be cleaned and maintained better. ie make sure toilet paper restocked and women’s “garbage “ containers emptied. Cobwebs removed from stalls.

If I was to ever stay there again, it wouldn't be in that K22 cabin. The beds creak so much and they were so hard, it was hard to sleep. An upgrade of the bed would be wonderful. I didn't think I was going to get any hot water in the shower, it took way to long. Other than that you have many things to keep kids busy. The camp was quiet.

The park is so so clean ,the owner is so involved with all activities and so pleasant, staff rock ,great variety in the store ,campsites are great sizes ans spotless ,so many activities . We will back with friends !!!

I would like to see my accessibility for disabled people. The shower was unusable (no safety rails). Using the toilet was a challenge. The TV’s are out dated. Smart TV’s would be nice so I could access programming I pay for. It was quite and enjoyable. Barbecues were nice quality and clean. I believe we will be a return customer. Thanks the Lyman.

There was not an ounce of shade or privacy at our cabin. We could not sit outside during the day because it was so hot. When we did sit outside we were looking directly at the people at the other 2 cabins which was very awkward. We were not made of aware there was no shade or privacy when we booked our vacation.

The employees were welcoming, kind and helpful. At one point, we required assistance from the office, and the gentleman came by our lot and helped us problem-solve with our vehicle right away (car battery was dead/offered help and suggestions). I found the washrooms were in need of some updates; some of the soap dispensers and toilet roll holders were broken. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Le lit double est horrible et devrait être impérativement remplacé. La prise de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas. Un tapis de douche serait indispensable. Plus d'informations sur le site sur ce qui n'est pas inclus serait nécessaire. La mention "deluxe" ne correspond pas du tout à l'état des lieux. "Rustique" serait plus prêt de la réalité. P.S. Ce n'était pas mon premier "prêt-a-camp

KOA Kingston is a nice campground close to all the amenities and attractions within Kingston. My kids enjoyed the pedal carts and pool. Would recommend more activities during the week over summer as it waa a bummer to stay Mon-Friday knowing everything happens only on the weekend.

We had booked two sites several months before arrival and when we arrived one of us was moved even though we had written confirmation of our sites. Very disappointed and we have been coming to this KOA for years but we will not be returning. Lost confidence with KOA and we are VIP members. Have introduced several friends to KOA but will not be doing that anymore. A very bad experience.

I absolutely love going to KOA Kingston every summer. This year had a few hiccups. I was told in text that we would have an oven but that was not the case. Then we were told by front staff that we could use their air fryer to cook chicken nuggets for our boys, who are autistic and have very specific food preferences, and when we went to use the air fryer we were then told no by different staff.

We had a very short stay at the 1000 islands KOA but it was very busy with lots of kids enjoying lots of fun things! The owner was superb in sorting out an issue we had when checking in which was at least partially our own fault. Thanks for implementing such a simple and straightforward solution for us! We'll be back when we have more time!

Although I’ve been to this KOA a number of times I will not return. The washrooms were not cleaned regularly and both men’s and ladies stalls were out of bathroom tissue for almost two days,…. Even after repeated complaints to the office. This is a major health hazard!!!!!!

We had lots of fun. The koa is beautiful and the service is great! But you need to better upkeep. laundry facilities: The washers dont do a proper spin cycle, leaving the clothes dripping wet when they come out. the dryers, sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t. I lost several coins in the machines. Often no toilet paper in the bathroom stalls & the bathrooms need more frequent cleaning.

Amazing staff and very helpful. So much for all ages to do. We took our 9 & 6 year old granddaughters there for a weekend. They were never bored. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and found it perfect. Would definitely recommend the Campground to anyone that camps or like us glamps.

We stayed for 5 nights had a wonderful time very well maintained campground always lots to do for kids, very clean washrooms and showers.Our family has been coming here every year for the last 15 years.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds were very clean. The campground was quiet at night. While it is very difficult to keep shower washrooms clean, a bit more attention to cleanliness and mold would be appreciated.

It was our first time staying at a KOA, utterly impressed. We stayed in the cabins without bathroom. You can really tell that the owners have put love & thought into their campgrounds. The delivery of firewood, the amount of activities and events all weekend (sending texts, so you don't miss it), the ability to text questions, the bag of chocolates as a welcome...I'm already planning my next trip!

Overall, very happy with our stay. We were in Site G10 full hookup (water, power, and sewage) everything worked as advertised. Like the fact that garbage was picked up if left at the end of the site. There was only one bathroom location that we were aware of and early in the morning there was no TP. Would stay again, perhaps you could have an hour for adults no kids in the pool in the evening.

This campsite is very clean. The sites are perfectly spread out. I will come back to this KOA definitely was very, very happy. The entire staff was very helpful and always smiling, making you feel part of the family.

La ville de Kingston est un endroit magnifique. Le personnel du camping est très attentionné et gentil. Les terrains sont très bien entretenus Manque un peu d’animation

Excellent as always! However, we were unable to connect to the KOA wifi at H07 and our Bell connection was weak which meant a non-functional hot spot.

The cabin was clean, staff were great, the park grounds was very well maintained. Some downside, only 1 WiFi access per cabin I mean it's 2026 it shouldn't be limited having to manage which get access when was an annoyance that I didn't want to deal with in vacation. Store ran out of kindlings mid stay which is weird for a campground, and the store was overly expensive.

The camping is great but the lack of good/working ev charging infrastrucure in Kingston is a major problem. I may come back if you add level 2 charger on the camground area.

A very nice campground. Location is great. Staff were lovely! You can even get a little breakfast on site. Campground is very clean and well run. We went in October and it was just lovely.

Schöner Campingplatz. Waren auf der Durchreise von Montreal nach Toronto. 1 Stern Abzug für die zu kleinen Toiletten ( kann sich kaum setzen ohne mit den Knien an der Türe anzuschlagen). Auch das WLan ist nur für 1 GERÄT. Das ist heutzutage ein NoGo, und das Wlan muss offen sein. Ansonsten sehr schöner Platz.
