Our 1st visit here and we were impressed with this clean well kept campground.Our pull-through site was immaculate.Very impressed by all of the kid/family activities available.ALL of the staff we met were so nice. Shout out to Jim who answered questions and showed us some of the cabins.This is a well cared for, family friendly KOA.We enjoyed our stay so much and there is no doubt we will be back.

Nice campground. Lots are a good size. We have a 25' passport with 1 slideout. The dog park is a good size. It is sand which has pros and cons. The bathrooms are clean and functional.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Washrooms were clean and well kept. Pool was nice temperature for a relaxing swim. The grass was trim & well groomed. Thank you, happy campers.

After spending $800 for a cabin for 2 nights, we were told to pay for wifi. Only one person in the cabin out of 6 was free. Nothing on the site about paying for wifi. Cancelled Sunday pancake event without explanation. This is the third KOA we have visited and would not return to any KOA sites moving forward. Will go to cottages instead, better value for money.

Need to review you dog policy, there are alot of nasty dogs there, you go for a walk and they run to the end of there leach barking and snarling at you. Hope the leach doesn't break very unsettling.

The wifi was not good, nor was the antenna reception. It was too hot to do activities, not your fault for sure. It just would have been nice to get some descent reception while staying inside in the heat. Otherwise it is a very nice clean campground. Lots to do, outside for families

Excellent spot as a base for exploring the Kingston area. The campground was meticulous and the pool refreshing. Our only criticism is that our particular site was very cramped by the site beside us.

You’ve got a great KOA. Thanks for putting in new gravel everywhere. That makes such a difference when it rains. Most KOA’s we’ve visited do not do this enough. You have wonderful facilities. Your staff could have on hand more local information. Pamphlets for the trolley tour and the island cruises, for example. The WiFi is terrible! Only one device? Ours stopped giving access after 24 hours

The camp ground was nice and clean, people were friendly. I was surprised there was only 1 washroom / shower facility. I was also shocked at the cost of fire wood (twice the price of other KOA’s ) considering, in order to have a camp fire, we need to buy wood from the store, not bring wood in. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, we noticed a lot of activities for both adults and children.

This park is clean, quiet, well laid out. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Could not ask for better location for sightseeing and the cool Canadian weather was the frosting on the cake.

The campsite is very clean and welcoming with a fully stocked store with quality products. Staff were all friendly. There are plenty of things to do with the kids and the soccer pitch is a great place for kite flying. The pool was refreshing even when it was windy it was warm under the water. (Can't fly kites without wind so no complaints) Great campground

The amenities are fantastic overall but the kids event coordination could use some improvement. Pre-planning the activity is pretty important. For example, you had car building on the docket, but had no example and all supplies on one table. Kids got bored and left because they had to line up. Once that craft failed the follow-up activity failed too. We still enjoyed our stay, just not the craft.

Well maintained and the service was excellent. We had a bit of a muddy stand with many other unoccupied stands with better grass cover bring unoccupied. Small thing but it would have been nice if the front desk could have given us a heads up and maybe offer one of the more well grassed sites. Overall two thumbs up though

The hostess was very welcoming, the campground was very clean, the camp sites are a nice size. The walking path through the forest is very nice for walking our dog through. Will come back to this KOA again

I had booked the Ivy site but my data nav took me to Kingston so I still had to pay for the Ivy Lee site.my bad but a bit harsh I thought. That being said we found the site to be excellent.

BEST KOA we've stayed at on our trip through Canada. Friendly, helpful staff. Well maintained, lush grounds. Easy access to lovely biking and hiking trails. Plan to revisit again on our next trip back East.

We paid for a site that was $112 a night and the 50amp service we paid for didn’t work. We ended up having to use 30 amp. They cut the grass EVERY SINGLE DAY! It’s LOUD! We are full time RV travellers and we have never come across this anywhere. The staff who cut the grass also cut our water hose. The Owner replaced the hose with another leaky hose, which we had to replace ourselves. Not aweso

Good: Park well kept, appears to have lots to do for the kids, staff very friendly, convenient to the heart of the city. Not so good: Although not a knock against this particular park. We were parked near some monster 5th wheels. The owners decided to leave their SUPER BRIGHT decorative accent led lights on all night. Which obliterated our camp fire and made sleeping a challenge despite drapes.

Very nice KOA The grounds were beautifully kept with lovely sites. Awesome play ground for children and a large dog park. The cabins are darling! Clean and neat looking with flowers, table and chairs and private campfire. One of the nicest KOA's that we have stayed in.
