Great property offering many amenities and helpful staff and service. This was our second stay at 1000 islands / Kingston KOA and we will be back for sure!

We arrived around 6:30 check in and went to are site. The owner was there stopped us from backing in. Its going to rain tonight and all day friday i will move you if you like to a better site no extra cost. What a great site he gave us. This KOA is the best i have been to its like we were all family. The staff was awsome to talk to.

KOA 1000 Island Team are awesome. They are great to deal with and strive to make your stay enjoyable. The grounds are maintained for both guests and our furry friends. There are so many areas for the kids to play, and a great walking trail. On the weekends they have many more kid activities. This is our 2nd year staying at 1000 Island KOA, and will definitely be visiting again.

We have always enjoyed our stay here. The cleanliness, the staff, the activities, the Sunday morning pancakes, etc. Everything is always top notch.

We did have an issue that someone was on the site we had “locked in”. However the staff was extremely helpful in getting us on another site and the refunded the extra we had paid to reserve a specific site.

Small campground with lots of other families. It was nice. We had one of the newer deluxe cabins which was in great shape, but the amount of flies in the cabin when we first walked in was overwhelming and annoying for our two night stay. The pool was in good shape, however the rest of the activities/ play ground equipment was severely out of date and drab looking. Overall we would stay again.

Everything for the kids was amazing. The service was polite and efficient. Thank you. The cabin outdoor was beautiful, flower and tree arrangement, chairs, patio very welcoming. Perfect. The cabin and the inside were also very nice. Some key accessories were missing (we are comparing with other KOA campgrounds) such as utensils, plates, cups, toaster, plastic pillows and a broom. Very nice place.

I was impressed with cleanliness and the quietness of the camp. The reason for the 3 is the staff. Rude, don’t care, will not try to help. Particularly in the office. When we arrive, there was no “Welcome!” , “ have you stay with us before? Do you have any questions?”… none of that. When I did ask if we could get an extra chair, the young lady clearly got annoyed. No help was provided

We had a fabulous stay, did not get a chance to try out the pool as it was raining, we will be back for sure. The little cabin we stayed in was perfect.

After been KOA member for over 25 years, We were surprised and desapointed with the fact that after checking in, we arrived at the cabin and realized that the beds didn't have the sheets, pillows blankets etc. We went back to the reception and then we were told that this Kingston KOA only provide bed and mattress and nothing else. We were not notified when we called in to make the reservation

Nice well laid out campground with lots of amenities curb site garbage collection and a lovely wooded walking path. The dogs greatly enjoyed the leash free area.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin with full bathroom/shower on the moon bay road. It was a very nice setting. Our cabin was fairly clean except when I moved the fridge out so I could access the fridge door better there was a LOT of rat/mouse droppings behind it. Pool was great, resort was well taken care of. Overall a great camping holiday!

Nous avons eu un très beau séjour dans votre région. Plusieurs activités sont mises à notre disposition. Votre camping est très propre et accommodant. Nous préférons par contre des camping plus boisés. Le prix des terrains est définitivement trop élevé pour les petites familles.

Only one disappointment, we wanted to put up a tent on our RV site although once we had pitched the tent we were told to take it down. We could not find any information online or in the literature given on check in. If known on booking we may have just booked a additional site on booking. This should be stated on the park's website and check in information.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the park is very clean and well kept. Patrick and his family have a noticeable and positive presence throughout the park. The pool was clean and ar a comfortable temperature. Activities and snacks were very reasonably priced.

Nice place to stay, clean and well maintained. Many amenities for the kids. The front staff can be more welcoming and in informative upon checking in for all it’s guest and can use some smile.

We enjoy the camp ground but there were ants in the cabin. Not a lot, but we had to put everything edible in the fridge. I didn't like the cater pillars that were around every where outside. The wood is too expensive but we would come back.

Only thing that I would suggest is carving out one hour for adults only in the pool. Either first thing in the morning or last thing in the evening. The owners were very nice people and kept their park well maintained

We stayed at Koa 1000 Islands/Kingston over the August Long Weekend. The staff were all very helpful; the grounds were well maintained and there was lots of open space to walk our dogs. Our pull-through site was a good size and spotless when we arrived. The park was also quiet, even though there were lots of families with young children. It looked like there were lots of activities for kids.

Plenty of activities for the grandkids. All staff were very friendly. Only complaint was site G10 wouldn't allow us to use awning AND slide out due to trees

Lot was very very small for the price we paid. If we wanted to reserve our spot we needed to pay another $22 on top of an exorbitant $135. The pool was dirty.

I needed WIFI for work and since they claim to have it, I assumed for $170/night they would. Nope. And the person in the office was no help at all. She said I could get a new code, but I would have to walk up front to the office to receive it. She refused to give me the code on the phone. Great customer service. This KOA was a rip off!

Very nice KOA The grounds were beautifully kept with lovely sites. Awesome play ground for children and a large dog park. The cabins are darling! Clean and neat looking with flowers, table and chairs and private campfire. One of the nicest KOA's that we have stayed in.

Très beau KOA Très propre et surtout très tranquille excellent endroit pour faire de belles rides de vélos. Very Nice KOA very clean very quiet Nice place to do some bikes rides
