We stayed 22 nights in a relatives 32 foot RV - we had a great time as the campground is far enough away from downtown to be “rural” but a great base for exploration. Washrooms and facilities were exceptional..it’s sad that some campers treat washrooms/ showers poorly making for more work…staff is great and knowledgeable and wifi is fairly powerful …we will be back next year for similar

We were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of our Deluxe cabin.We paid $283 for one night and the cabin appeared it had not been cleaned at all.There were spiderwebs, cobwebs, dead bugs everywhere on the floors, walls, and bed. There was a pile of termite shavings in the shower base. The place hadn’t been swept or wiped down. We took photos of the dirtiness.

Definitely the best KOA in Canada that I Have been to, water pressure is my only complaint, but as my wife said most campgrounds have the same issue.

The whole park was attractive and well maintained; the site was level and spacious. We could see that there are lots of recreational activities for families and kids. For us, it was a one night stay on the way home after a long trip, so rates seemed expensive for a quick stop.

Great site in new area of park. Insect hotel and wildflower plot first I've seen. Large grassy areas at each end of rv sites.

I found the staff excellent and the prices of products and confectionery not that expensive. Activities were geared mostly for youngster campers but the Sunday pancake breakfasts were excellent and severed a good charity.

The grounds were well kept a big thanks to Jim , very helpful. The golf putt needs some serious work . We are returning in August. The staff were great.

Site was as booked. Not too big/busy. Conveniently located to all things Kingston. Washroom/showers were great. Clean, well lite and great size for personal or family showers.

A very nice group of staff, and a well maintained park, but the WIFi doesn’t work at all. We had trouble logging in, and once logged onto the network, we were without internet access. A higher review score once the internet issue is “fixed”

We had an amazing stay with you all. I want to specifically recognize both Alex - she was amazing!! Every interaction with her was pleasant and professional. She is an amazing asset to your company. As well I want to personally thank Patrick for coming out so late on Sunday evening to fix our power issue in our cabin. He was polite and friendly tjrought the interaction. Shari and Shawn Downey

Campground was oké, staff was inadequate.First we made a reservation for RV place with electricity. They reserved a tentsite! Then they could not give us good information about RV parking posibilities in Kingston. Therefore I did not dare to make a reservation for the boat trip 1000 Islands. The washrooms are awful! Rusty, old, floors are always wet and dirty. I have no children or pets with me, so I dont need playgrounds ore other amenities for them. But I expect a clean and pleasant washroom as one of the basics for a campground. You demand a high price for the stay, take this Money for renovating the washrooms! The emplyees are very nice and helpful!

Great campground! We go every year and stay in one of the cabins. The only thing we were dissapointed with this year is we have gone for pokemon weekend the past few years and this year theyve changed it where instead of finding pokemon you find coins. There wasnt much else for pokemon theme so it was a little dissapointing compared to last few years.

This was my second stay at a KOA (previously Nashville) everything was great. The deluxe cabins were perfect. I highly recommend and will be back.

The staff was pleasent and accommodated moving our site. Our original site had tree limbs that interfered with our large rig. Doggie bags need restocked.

Young girls running the office did not stop a customer from her children running/playing in the street. Children were freely in and out of the office area. She also used a vacant spot as her personal parking area. Maybe she was family?? We guessed it was family run before we saw the name

As a tent camper I believe a tent site with power and water is a little overpriced. It is particularly so when you get 1 wifi and have to pay for any additional devices to go on it. The park itself Is beautiful and the staff are friendly and excellent.

The campground was well maintained. Washrooms clean & stocked. Nice walking trails. Lots to do for kids. Owners & staff are very nice and you can tell they really care about the campground and the people. Also noticed on our wkd as well as on the website....all the activities they put on for kids and adults. We will definitely go back again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The park was very clean and well maintained. Tons of thing for kids to do. The park had a zip line, there was a pool, bounce pad and you can also rent pedal karts. It was also super close to town. We will definitely be back again.

This is our 4th year staying here and we love it! The stove in our cabin wasn't working this time, and we found there were some utensils missing that would have been helpful to BBQ with. Other than that, everything was great!

Very well maintained park and our individual site was amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive, always circling the park and available. They paid attention and went out of their way to come find us to tell us they had replenished an item we were looking for in the shop. Also the KP Trail right beside the park was a great way to get into Kingston safely on our bikes. Definitely recommend!

Very nice KOA The grounds were beautifully kept with lovely sites. Awesome play ground for children and a large dog park. The cabins are darling! Clean and neat looking with flowers, table and chairs and private campfire. One of the nicest KOA's that we have stayed in.
