It is always a great place to stay. You do have to deal with the trains that go by all the time, but that doesn’t bother me. I think the icing on the cake though would be if they would just pave everything. They are currently upgrading their restrooms and shower area, which was immaculate before, but they said it was kind of old when I stayed there. They are also very nice.

One of the worst sites I have ever had. Hocked up water and got antifreeze when turned I turned it on in the sink. Will never return.

The staff was very helpful with our first time camping in our new RV. They shared info that us newbies could use and even helped unload our motorcycles! Will stay there again.

We stay hear every time we are going through the area because its nice and well laid out for getting big setups in and out and its also nicely tucked away! Also can book online or on phone or show up after hrs witch is very convenient!!

Very nice property with plenty of space to roam, good location & super nice staff. The nearby train tracks were the only down side. So loud.

It was a great stay on our travels from MN to TX and back. We stayed in Feb and Apr. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

Being charged full price for a campsite that only has a porta potty, not good. And also the train runs through the night blowing its whistles all night long not good.

I have stayed there 3 times in the past year. The park is fine. Driving back from Texas, I didn't make reservations as I was unsure how far I'd get each day. Upon arrival, I was informed the rate was $68 with the KOA discount and included a $10 additiknal fee because I was a "walk in". As a member, I believe that fee is absurd. We were only spending the night, not even a whole day.

Hands down one of our best stays at a KOA campground! Excellent utility hookups. Clean laundry with nice machines and in working order. Great folding table. Manicure grounds. Nice bathrooms. Great amenities for the whole family - including pool, shuffleboard, frisbee golf, corn hole, horshoes, bikes, etc. Ultimately, what set this camp apart from others is the friendly, helpful/accomodat

Disappointed in our site the sewer close to our site was full of dirt, we had to move to dump for a Holiday KOA not good. And your main entrance is in need of some welcoming. I do think you gave us a easy in and out for our one night stay.

First, this KOA is way, way too expensive and all the more so as there were no bathroom facilities. Second, as twice in the past, we were given a site with a steep slope on both sides, which made it difficult to get from the truck passenger side to the RV door, and more difficult to hook up the utilities. The sites greatly need to be re-done. We will never return.

We had a good stay! Quiet enough, nice enough spot, and good playground for the kids. The train all day and night was a lot, but also nostalgic and kind of sweet for me. I was disappointed about the bathrooms being under construction. We had a shower in the rv but it's tiny and we had planned to use the bathhouse Additionally, the shared green spaces and very tight spots were not my preference.

Not good time of year to stay at this KOA! Site was not cleared of big branches and no warning when I made reservations that bathrooms were closed! Office was closed and saw no one working. We just stopped for the night. It’s probably better in the warmer months.

Barley enough room from the truck and trailer, The sewer dump was basically under our picnic table for the site next to us Playground was roped off It was fine for a quick over night but not a long term stay

It was great when we got there. I have electricity. I had to unplug and grab dinner. When I came back, I had no electricity. It would have been nice to have some lighting in the tent area since it was close to the wooded river area. It didn't make me feel safe.

We stay at KOAWest a couple times a year while we visit our daughter at college. The staff are so friendly and everything is always in great shape. I would highly recommend staying here.

Its a good campground, the showers could be warmer and the sites are a little close together. But not bad. I really don't get the noise complaints the trains are not loud the highway is constant but not bad. Just adjust your hearing aids.

We really enjoyed this RV park! The staff was so friendly! The grounds were very clean and pretty and we enjoyed a nice walk after a long days drive. We REALLY enjoyed the super fast WiFi that allowed us to stream a movie, something so rare at RV parks! By far the BEST KOA we've ever been to. Other reviews mentioned the train noise, but we were informed of it right upon check in and offered ear plugs (which we declined), but it wasn't even that loud and with our fans and AC, we never even heard it overnight. We have added this KOA to our list of RV parks to return to when we travel across country!
