We came in a little late and the instructions left for me were easy to follow so i could find my way to the site. the site q=was clean and I really like the dog run for my dogs. And best of all the run was very well picked up.

A little noisy but they told us it would be. It wasn’t unbearable by a long way. I would definitely stay there again

Please fix the knob on the heater in Kabin 2. It was cold while I had to figure out how to piece it together to work. Am also thinking it can't be safe without being able to see what setting it is on or that it is turned all the way off or not when we leave. :)

We were placed in #25. The people in #24 were using every 30 amp and 20 amp plug-in on both posts. There was only one sewage hook-up and the people next to us were using that as well, so we had no sewage hook-up. There were many other open camp sites. Not happy with the service.

Hookups were easy and what we needed. We were just in for the night, so didn't use a lot of the amenities. Bathroom/shower facilities were clean and secure. Staff was friendly and efficient. Rate was a little expensive for a one night stay.

Disappointed in the description that it didn’t say anything about NOT having a tv in the cabin!

Nice staff. They deliver pizza and wings to your campsite. Propane on site, although they charge by the bottle so make sure you are empty. Nice grounds. Would stay here again.

Front office folks very kind and helpful with a great attitude. Pizza was great!! Bathrooms could use an upgrade and the water pressure is extremely low in the showers. The traffic noise from the interstate is quite loud. Otherwise nice place!

Yes, there were trains. But muffled trains. Soothing really. Watch for the KOA sign on on interstate! Do not trust your GPS. I will return.

The gal running the park accused our group of making too much noise. She stated that she came to our area and told us to quiet down, which was false. It wasn't us, she never addressed us. It seems like she was intoxicated.

I'm the Manager, I am sorry that you had a bad experience. She was trying doing her job due to complaints from other guest. they mentioned your group She might of come of as intoxicated but I assure you she was not. she was not meant to be disrespectful she has a disability

Arrived early evening after hours. After hooking up we had no water source. Thankfully a camper next to us let us hook up to his water. We are in a 22’ trailer and had hardly any room to get in. Very small spots and not flat.

The campground was an easy place to stop for one night as the sites were long and level and easy to pull into and not unhook. However, the campground is quite close to train tracks and interstate 70. Was able to cover some of the noise by running a fan, but the constant train whistles were loud and often.

Very nice older campground. Office staff very nice. Only negative is some campsites are very close together. Nice roads between rows of campers to walk. We ordered their Hunt Brothers pizza! Very tasty and they delivered to our camper. If we are in the area we will stay again.

Sites were nice could have been better if they were leveled. Nice area but the train frequency and horns are something to contend with.

We stayed here when it was Jellystone and there were so many activities for the kids. That is not the case now. No jumping pillow or arts and crafts activities. The bikes were fun but pretty beat up. The stone mining was broke and looked to be for some time, It is still listed as an activity online and should probably be taken off until fixed, The bathrooms are very nice and clean.

We don’t use any amenities but we stay overnight here every trip to Missouri. It's a pleasant KOA and they do have a pool and corn hole games and a basket ball court set up. A dog park and a nice little store inside the office also. There’s a steak house restaurant within walking distance. Plus a big truck stop right off the exit.

Everyone in this KOA is fabulous, friendly, and very helpful. We called to get reservations and they were completely booked for the first night. They offered us an opportunity to dry camp for the first night. They called 1 hour later to let us know about a cancelation. We took it, and glad we did. We love this KOA and will definitely put them on our stopping list. Thank you to all.

Told me only one site available but next day there were the same empty sites? Price was very high for late afternoon and early morning departure. Told me to disconnect water at 8pm but at 10:30 I was out for a walk and all water lines I saw were still connected. I followed add disconnected at 8 pm People at front desk seamed like they were new and not knowing what to do.

Very easy to find this KOA. We have a 44ft motorhome. Easy to get to our site, we did unhook tow at the office. We have been coming to this location for 9 years. It's looks better than it ever has. VERY WELL maintained-attention paid to details, helpful & polite staff. They guide you to your site. Plenty of activities for kids of all ages, nice pool with new cabana & table/chairs in the shade. Plenty of things to do/restaurants in Lawrence. Signage is good, rules are simple, relaxing place to be.
