The stay was wonderful and the staff was incredibly kind! However, it took almost our whole stay for our cabin to get to a bearable temperature and sleeping was pretty miserable. Our kids loved the mining outside, the pool was super clean, bathrooms were clean, and the pizza we ordered on site was yummy and delivered right to us!

The only reason I give this KOA a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star is because of the roads through the campground. This KOA has been greatly upgraded since the previous owners, but the roads are still muddy/sandy/gravel instead of gravel that will keep the shoes from getting muddy or very dirty. Best would be to pave them AND the sites as they are still a bit un-level.

The campground is clean and nice, and the hosts are very friendly and helpful . They offer free earplugs because the trains run nearby and love to blow their whistles (especially at 4:00 AM!)

I reserved and expected after inquiring to confirm with Staff at time of reservation that I was reserving a Deluxe cabin with full kitchen,I was assured I was. Upon arrival,that wasn't the case but yet the cost was the same as if it had a kitchen. I was informed upon arrival that NO cabins with kitchens are PER FRIENDLY,but cabins without a kitchen are? Simply unacceptable and inappropriate!!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The guest attempted to book on line for a cabin and wasn't able to do so. The only cabins available were a cottage. He called the office and booked. He thought he had a cabin with a spiral staircase andfull kitchen. Unfortunately we have nothing like that n property. We accommodated with availabilit

Always very friendly staff. Door on cabin key lock needs adjusted. Per past visits we like that they close the curtains before arriving to help keep cabin cooler. Bummed we had no sunshine to enjoy the pool. look forward to coming back soon.

Great overnight stop! The grounds were very pretty and well cared for! Did not use any facilities but sites were pretty tight for our 45 ft fifth wheel and dually! Ladies at front desk were very nice.

Water spigots to low to the ground at drive thru plus not a convenient location in conjunction with electric hook up. All hook-ups should be located within 5 or 6 feet not scattered from one end of the site to the other.

All of the staff was polite and courteous. The cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and well lit. They had a security code to help keep us safe. Only negative was the shower. It didn’t have a lot of power. And some of the holes were plugged on the showerhead. And the drain did not drain very quickly. Other than the shower, I highly recommend this Campground.

Arrived as office was closing. We had a flat tire so we called ahead. This was just a quick stop during a cross-country trip so we did not make use of many amenities but there seemed to be a lot to do. Camping cabin was great. Everything was easy. Shower was good and hot. I was allowed to book one night (another KOA nearby would not let me book less than two).

It was great. Couple things- the shower curtain on inside of shower in KT10 had mold in it. We are allergic and it wasn’t bad yet but could have been a big issue but it need washed to remove mold. The AC never went off it ran the entire time and one day it was cool enough in the morning that the heater came on automatically and scared us all awake. We love camping there and will be back

We had a good stay. Our campsite #30 is shorter than we’d like for our 35’ 5th wheel and pickup truck. Staff was excellent and facility was in excellent shape.

Nicely kept KOA, employees were friendly and helpful. And although we did not need the office after we checked it, we appreciated that it was open until 8PM in case we would have.

Only issue, my son went to take a shower in the men's bathroom. He said privacy was lacking. There were large gaps between the door and wall of the stall and the shower curtain was clear. Maybe choose a solid shower curtain for some modesty.

We had a nice stay in one of the cabins which was very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was small but very clean. We thought from the description that the KOA had a cafe. It doesn't have a cafe but only pizza options and that impacted how we had planned our food. The evening pizza option was good but we really didn't want pizza again for breakfast. :)

Its a good campground, the showers could be warmer and the sites are a little close together. But not bad. I really don't get the noise complaints the trains are not loud the highway is constant but not bad. Just adjust your hearing aids.

We really enjoyed this RV park! The staff was so friendly! The grounds were very clean and pretty and we enjoyed a nice walk after a long days drive. We REALLY enjoyed the super fast WiFi that allowed us to stream a movie, something so rare at RV parks! By far the BEST KOA we've ever been to. Other reviews mentioned the train noise, but we were informed of it right upon check in and offered ear plugs (which we declined), but it wasn't even that loud and with our fans and AC, we never even heard it overnight. We have added this KOA to our list of RV parks to return to when we travel across country!
