We had a very pleasant stay. Greatly enjoyed the pizza we ordered that was delivered during a spring thunder storm! The campground amenities are in good shape. The sites themselves could use some refurbishing, especially since patio mats are not allowed.

Nice sites/ample room. All utilities within easy reach and good working order. Nice dog park. Thanks for making sure your campers know what county they are in. Sorry I didn't get to do more exploring, but it was a very safe place to wait out a storm. Sites level and handled the driving rain easily so I could step out on dry ground. Hope to come explore more one day. I'll definitely stay again.

Enjoyed the location and much was very good. However, the spots could be kept in slightly better condition or paved. We would consider returning no matter any improvements

Customer service and Staff were Great. Parking spots and Roads could use more Gravel Park area would be good for families Massachusetts street I Lawrence was nice with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from Thanks

Would be nice to have fire pit option at all sites. A little tight navigating bigger rigs through the many cabins.

We stayed in a back-in patio site near the dog park. (we have 2 small dogs) The site was near the woods and was so pretty and clean. We will definitely come back. We would like to see the pizza available in the evening.

The campgrounds were clean and nice. The only fault I found was that the railroad track was a little too close. I had to wear earplugs at night to sleep. But besides that it was very nice.

Very cute and clean. The workers were awesome and very trustworthy. We got a cabin last minute and they made it work perfectly for us and easy to get ahold of. Nice parks and land. Will definitely see this place again someday with friends.

It was a good stay. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi but I was able to get my T-Mobile system back up and it was good overall. Wish I had more time to see more of Lawrence Downtown and ride the trails would have been nice but I have family in the area so we will be back.

Campground is quiet, with the exception of the many trains. More gravel is needed since there is a lot of mud especially after the rains. Very clean restrooms and easy access to the highways. Will return again in the near future. Great KOA.

Highly disappointed that we couldn’t have a dog fence or a rug. What’s your problem? We were on the patio site, it’s concrete, what are they going to do? We like them to be outside with us, they don’t bark, we don’t leave them alone outside. Bathrooms clean and staff friendly. I could recommend to people who can’t get a hotel in Lawrence (our reason for staying there).

Helpful hosts, but a little standoffish and aloof, good customer service, nice K9 dog park, gravel sites not well-maintained. Location near freeway and train, but lots of traffic to get there.

Tammy and Tom were very gracious hosts. So upbeat and attentive. The facility was exceptionally clean and convenient to shopping. The grounds were well maintained. We would stay here again.

WE ARRIVED AFTER THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED & FOUND OUR PAPERWORK WHERE WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE & GOT OURSELF SETTLED IN WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM, COMING TO AN AREA WE WERE NOT FAMILIAR WITH, IT WAS EASY TO FIND.

We stayed 1 night, clean, quiet, but arriving just after 5. Office closed; So , no personal interaction. OK, always nice to say hi and ask a few local questions.

Ok campground for a one night stay. Sites are small and they filled ones all in a group with other large areas open. Trains come by very frequently. Did not use any other facilities.

This is BY FAR the worst KOA that we have stayed in. They consider themselves a “Holliday” KOA. Perhaps many years ago. We paid for full hookups and received a sight with no cable and a water source that was broken. Tried to contact the proprietors, had to leave message. To be returned the next day. They never returned the call. The property was simply awful. A “Holiday” KOA?

Good stopover place. Clean and easy to get to. Don’t pass up the free ear plugs, though. The trains go allllllll night. That’s the only down side to this park.

Very peaceful and everything was ready when I checked in. The people there were excellent. The best showers that I have seen in a campground.

We stayed over night with our two dogs. It was easy to pull through our site and then get everything hooked up. The dog park was well kept and our dogs loved it. On the way out I visited the restrooms and found them to be very clean both the toilets and the showers. The camp store had basic necessities as well as cute items for your RV. It is a great place to stay.

Pros: -Big Rig Friendly (40 ft 5th wheel) 50 amp with full hook ups - Two playgrounds - Frisbee golf baskets - kids zip line -nice clean bathrooms/showers -dog park - good Starlink service -Verizon coverage was decent Cons -the showers in the women's room were difficult to maintain temperature and would get really hot for three seconds and then back to normal - loud train nearby Great campground. Would stay again.

Had a great experience renting a small cabin traveling through on I-70. Very clean cabin, very convenient for I-70 travelers. Bathroom was spotless, entire staff was smiling and made you feel like family. Great location to downtown Lawrence for shopping and entertainment. 👍 Lawrence KOA does it right. Will visit again when traveling through.
