Nice park quiet for the most part. Trains come by off and on but not really roo bad. A little crowded.. would like to have a little more space. Some travelers like to slam their doors..and being so close its hard.

Seems like all KOAs have increased their price but not services. I would not do an overnight stay here again. Nothing special about sites. Not a good value for the money; even with the 10% discount. I don't think I will be renewing my membership.

Definitely loved this park. There was a lot for the kids to do. Beautiful areas, nice dog park. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. We will be back.

Pool closed early, people complained about out parking, there were zero activity’s happening, the entire place was locked up tight and nobody was outside by 8pm. It was a glorified rest stop. And the train noise was obnoxious.

We were disappointed that we were placed in a very muddy site. There was no way to avoid parking near the mud. Other than that the campground and staff were great.

Our assigned lot was flooded with 3/4 inch rain from that morning. The lot was poorly maintained and not graded properly with low spots that held water at the hookups and at our entrance to the trailer. I requested to be moved. They refused. They only offered a refund if we left. There were at least two sites open that night that were high and dry. Don’t expect any customer service.

We stayed at your camp ground for four days. The site was clean and the hosts were great at escorting us to our site and honored a request my husband made. The sites are a little cramped for larger rigs. All in all, a good experience.

It was a quick one night stay. The staff was friendly and enviting. The park was clean and well organized with plenty of amenities. We would definitely stay there again hopefully longer for we could take advantage of the pool, kids area and games offered.

We are on a cross country trip and never quite know where we need a RV spot. Called rather late in the afternoon and left a message. KOA called me back in minutes. Very helpful. We just needed a spot for the night and was offered 2 or 3 options. We got a clean level site that was easy in and easy out. We will look at staying there on our return trip.

Great place! Clean and well maintained. Hunt's Brothers Pizza, and a Breakfast Pizza in the mornings. My only complaint has nothing to do with the campground. Next to my site, a large 5th wheel showed up at 10:00 PM, loud & stinky diesel exhaust that filled my RV, created lots of disturbance trying to fit in the site & set up. Wish there was a gate restricting people from showing up that late.

What a great campground! Everything was clean and the showers were really nice. The grounds are very well-maintained and beautiful. Spaces are a good size and there is also a lot of green space. Laundry room was super clean too. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place to stay!

These folks were great. We had planned on car-glamping for accommodation while on across country adventure.The weather changed and tent/car camping was not a thought we wanted to entertain. After inquiring if upgraded to a little dry cabin was possible, we spent a warm and comfortable sleep. The amenity offered were clean and in working order. All but one will have this review as they were all #1.

We were desperate and happened to call this KOA. The people at the desk were polite, very gracious, and helpful. We got the last pull through site. It was 30- amp power and we did not have an adapter. The KOA store didn't have one either. The gentleman that guided us to our site loaned us his adapter, which we returned in the morning. Not a KOA fan, but would stay here again.

The koa at this location is clean and kept up. We did have an issue with dog poop in our site, but think it would have been picked up had it hey known. The train noise is quite high as this koa is close to the tracks. The office does provide ear plugs if you would l.The showers and laundry room were good size and clean. Even though we didn’t use the pool you can see it was clean and ready to use

Cabin was great! The only thing missing was some countertop space in the bathroom. It was very comfortable and clean! We couldn’t get the local TV channels either. Instructions might have been helpful, as when we wanted to watch TV, the office was closed. I would definitely recommend staying here though!

i enjoy being near to my daughter & son-in-law, who live in Lansing as well as near to my grandson who is a student at KU. I loved the site I was assigned to as the afternoon sun did not shine on my refrigerator, just on the passenger side of my rig. The bathhouse was always clean. No complaints at all.

The staff is great. The location is great. For several years we have stayed one-night semi-annually as we migrate spring and fall between Michigan and Texas. This is our most expensive overnight stop. What I see is investment in glamping and the RV sites slowly dying for lack of maintenance.

Our arrival had a few burps because of a mechanical issue with the coach. The office went out of their way to accommodate our changing plans. After a later than usual (for us) arrival, our stay was very enjoyable except that Mother Nature provided an overabundance of cotton from the trees!

The staff was very helpful. The property is clean and very well maintained. Bathrooms were recently remodeled and very clean. Lots of activities for the kids. We stayed one night passing through Kansas headed to Illinois and we would definitely go again if we were in that area.
