The campground is very nice, the location is perfect! We stayed for a week and the hosts were beyond friendly and generous. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our favorite KOA journey. Love the new premium sites. Amazing owners. We stay every fall on our way to/from Cape Breton Island.

Good stay. Dog park was small but good. Turns were tight getting in, but no real problems.

Great place , very clean, and well maintained Awesome owners, they stayed after hours to get us checked in well beyond closing time. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Michelle is the ultimate hostess. We love the campground because of her and her husband. The sites and facilities are immaculate, and the trails in the campground are fun to walk, especially during peak foliage season. We will be going back!

Very clean and friendly. Dave and Michelle are terrific hosts. They always make sure you are ok and ask if you need anything. Grounds are very clean and sites are clean. Will be back next year for more memory making with my family.

This campground was truly a delight to camp at. First of all the campground was spotless! Nice flat grassy sites. I was amazed when Michelle lead us directly to our campsite with her golf cart!! When the campers came in beside us and needed a 50 to 30 amp adapter Michelle went and got one for them to use. I would def stay here again!!!

It really was just a late arrival and check out the next day. Campground was clean and well kept. Our site was lovely.

The stay was good. Only negative: We reserved a site with a 30 amp service. We were brought to site 35 with only 50 amp service. The host said to hook into site 36 which had 30 amps. Before we did, the host brought another rig to site 36, who promptly hooked into the 30 amp service on site 36. If I didn't have a "dog bone" (and wasn't offered one) I would have been without electrical service.

Site 50 does have a 50 and 30 AMP. It is our deluxe site. Site 36 has a 30 AMP service. One side has 2 30 AMPs and the back side is 50 AMP. The two 30 AMPS are not just for site 36. One is for site 36 and one is for site 35. I always offer a dogbone if needed. I am so sorry for confusion.

The Houlton KOA is a beautiful, well kept campground. A variety of sites to choose from. Tents, to full RV pull thru with full hookups. Even tent cabins with electric power and such. It was a nice base as we drove daily to see sights like Fort Kent, and drove over the border to Canada. We recommend it and would return when in the area.

Nice campground, hosts were great. Only thing was showers were tiny.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice campground, friendly staff, clean, beautiful area. Some of the sites were a bit close, and campers faced each other - not a big deal though. Our only complaint was the WiFi was very slow (1.4mb), and would cut out constantly. It wasn't a huge problem for us, but it was difficult to do much in the evenings when many people were on it.

Stayed here a couple of times before it was KOA. Even though those stays were enjoyable this stay was noticeably different. Grounds and facilities ate very well kept. Bath & Shower area is well stocked and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed our conversations. Site were generous and neat. Table and fire pit. Facility is conveniently close to town. Will definitely stay a

We stayed 3 nights. Long, wide pull through site Very nice campground Only suggestion would be to widen the area by check in so Those stay can get past guests that are checking in

We meet up with friends a few times a year at this KOA and Michelle always is so helpful! She knows we're coming, puts us together and is always there if we need anything. This campground is only 2 miles from our house but its still our favorite place to camp!

We love it there! We had a wonderful summer with family and friends. If anything goes wrong the owners are on top of it to get it fixed. Been there 3 summers going back next summer! We just love it there!

We stayed at this campground as a stop over on our trip to Prince Edward Island. The welcome from the owner was friendly and inviting as we arrived after a long day of travel. The campground is beautiful and well maintained; the sites are spacious; the utility connections easy and in great condition; and the grounds beautifully landscaped. This is an excellent KOA!

My favorite campground. Stay there whenever coming home or going to Canada. So peaceful and relaxing and everyone so helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations for eating in the area and shopping downtown. Showers and bathrooms very clean and great hot showers. Looking forward to next visit.

Beautiful setting with a pull thru site. Fenced in area for dogs. Grassy and clean. And the manager drove us to our site and she was so nice and even kept some frozen food for us while we made a two day trip to Canada. Laundry was clean too. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful small campground with large lots surrounded by mature trees. New patio sites are very nice. Mowed paths arounds adjoining fields are great for walking the dogs. Service was exceptional! Opportunity is more garbage bins for pet waste.

Great hosts! We stayed for a few days, they let us keep our HM there unhooked for a moderate fee while we took the toad to Canada for 5 days. Came back hooked up to services and stayed another day! Highly recommend this KOA.

Came in after office hours for a one night stay. Staff had reservation paperwork all ready and waiting outside so I could drive straight to my site. Appreciate you taking the time to do that for us.

One of the best KOA. Even at the end of the season, Michelle is still as friendly and helpful as we remember her from 2021. The washrooms needs an upgrade somewhere in the future. The showers are a bit cramped.

Quiet, clean, and peaceful! Park-like setting - not your typical “Journey” campsite. Owners are amazing and provide personal attention. Our go-to overnight for trips to the Canadian coastline!

Friendly and inviting staff. Clean and well kept grounds and bathrooms. Was Halloween weekend and there was lots of activities for the kids and even trick or treating.

This is a great little campground with very friendly staff, large camping lots, and great walking paths through beautiful woods. We stayed here when traveling across the border in both directions, as it is very close to the I95 and the border crossing. The new patio sites are really well done! One of our more enjoyable stays this year.

My new favorite RV spot! Hospitable owners, clean laundry and restroom facilities, loads of free family friendly amenities. This was our first KOA and it set the bar high. Highly recommend!
