We were delayed a day due to weather and they were very accommodating and moved our reservation. Our sight was beautiful! Wished we could have stayed longer and enjoyed it. Great owners and staff

We enjoyed a very nice stay. Paved roads and spacious sites with grass. We stayed in the covered patio site with cushioned furniture which was very nice except for the animal hair that wouldn't brush off. We used the laundry which was OK after we wiped out the gaskets and filters before we used them.

The owners and staff are super friendly and accommodating. The campground is a meticulously maintained oasis of green grass, ponds and nature trails. Even on a holiday weekend, it was quiet at night and early mornings. Just a wonderful campground and experience.

It was a well kept facility and very nice people. There was a water issue early one morning. We were promptly notified via text and the attendedants were addressing it early.

One of the best locations in New England. Accommodated my family and over 30 guests for a birthday party and were extremely helpful and kind with the needs of our group. Will continue to go every year!

Great positive surprise. One of the nicest KOA’s ever and Michelle, who owns it with her state trooper hubby, is delightful. Spacious sites, wonderful patios available, and gorgeous lawns. Highly recommended.

It was great. Site was up graded at no cost. Everything was clean well kept. Host/owner were great. Host went over and above to make our stay great. This KOA gets 10 gold start ����.

This was our third stay in four years. I am impressed with how well maintained this KOA is kept. What is more impressive is that the owners improve the property every year. We are always treated extremely well with attentiveness and courtesy.

Broad smiles of greeting, clean and well-loved campground, plus we were given our choice of sites on a guided tour! Impressive customer service. Level sites, ample shade, generous dog yard. Clean bathrooms, pool, playground, jump pad. We were well-pleased with value.

Had another wonderful stay! Dave and Michelle continue to do wonderful work around the campground. Love all the upgrades. I say it every year, the grounds look great and everything is clean. By far the most comfortable and family like feel to any other campground..

Easily our favorite and most relaxing destination. Owners are hands-on, they and their staff are great. There's plenty of outdoors activity options... hiking, biking, or community activities, farmers market. Already have our next stay booked.

Michelle is a fantastic host, and added her personal touch to make sure we got checked in and situated. But OMG the bugs were horrendous and we had to stay in the camper the entire evening.

Awe, thanks bunches! Unfortunately, it is the time of the season for blackflies and mosquitos and we do not have any control over them. I wish we did. Give them another couple of weeks, and they won't be as prevalent. Gotta have the bug spray. LOL Stay safe and happy camping!

Awesome fun play to stay clean large sites with private, patio bbq fire pit pergola deck. Large new bathrooms large shower, gorgeous cabins. Best of all Awesome people pet park pool visit twice a year from New York

Had another excellent stay on our way back from New Brunswick. Michelle relocated us to a different site from that which I had selected. This was a buddy site and our neighbours were very nice and quiet. Lots of space between the sites. I highly recommend staying here.

Very nice owners. Answered all questions regarding restaurants and sites to visit while there. Huge area to walk and take all the beauty of the grounds. Very well manicured. Definately take pride in their park.

Stayed one night before crossing in Canada. Staying two nights on our return. The host was excellent and very helpful. Park is clean. Site 27 pull through was long enough for Class A towing that no unhitching required. Note that the septic connection is set back and our standard length pipe was at max length. I could've repositioned the RV but we were only staying one night.

Always nice when you don't have to unhitch for just a one night stay. We agree, the sewer connection is set back too far. We are adding it to our list to move it closer to the site for easier hook up. Thank you for making us aware. See you again, soon - stay safe and happy camping!

Michelle was lovely. Super helpful and a welcoming smile. We loved our pull through, level camp site and the site amenities. Very well kept campground. So convenient to the Canadian border. Will definitely recommend to others.

The Houlton Canadian Border KOA is truly one of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed at. The entire property is exceptionally well maintained, with immaculate grounds and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and enjoy nature. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Every detail of the campground reflects the care and pride they take in maintaining it. One of my favorite features was the beautiful nature trails, which provide a wonderful opportunity for quiet walks and wildlife viewing. The ponds are picturesque, and guests can even enjoy using the kayaks, adding to the campground's unique charm. What impressed me most was how quiet and serene the campground is. Whether you're looking for a restful overnight stop or an extended stay, this KOA offers a perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and relaxation. I highly recommend the Houlton Canadian Border KOA and will definitely stay here again. It is an absolute gem and a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.
