Beautiful grounds, well kept. Spacious sites. More importantly, amazing staff. One of the nicest KOA we have seen in a long time.

We loved all the grass and the quiet nature of the campground. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything. The nature trail and the ponds provide a relaxing feel. It's convenient to the main highway. We would definitely recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Houlton/Canadian Border KOA! Such a lovely, well taken care of campground!! The hosts were so kind and took excellent care of all our needs!! We look forward to visiting them again soon!!!

Thé grounds are very well cared for and you can see that management is improvements We were warmly greeted on arrival and the sites were long and level It would be great if the internet was improved as there were no air channels for TV so streaming was you’re only option

The internet is able to stream. Unfortunately, some campers are able to get local channels while most are not. It seems the older camper antennas work better than newer ones. Streaming is the way to go here. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over being able to get local channels.

We rented the Glamping tent ,no hot water. We found out after we paid. No discount offered.The water heater had just broken. There was a 6x6 for a front step. This was just placed above ground .and a little wobbly. One stall in the women's bathroom was not functioning. Overall the grounds are clean the landscape is nice. Owners are friendly and campground is in a good location. Thanks.

I am so sorry, I dropped the ball on that one - I should have compensated for the hot water not working. Real steps are coming to replace the quick fix of the 6x6. We have replaced the toilet in the ladies bathroom. I am so sorry your experience here was not 100%. Please accept my sincere apology

AMAZING staff - I forget her name but the lady at the office was incredible. We had a great stay despite the internet, the staff and location make up for it!

You are the sweetest. My name is Michelle (I'm terrible at remembering names lol). we are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Usually our wifi is really good. People are able to stream using their roku's or firesticks. We do have more wifi towers to put up so hopefully it strengthens

This place is great. The owners are really friendly and helpful. We always stop here on our way to/from Canada. Lot's of places to stay but this place is our favorite. Very accommodating and now they have a pool which is an awesome amenity.

I like this campground! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The only issue I had during my stay (3 nights) is the wifi could be better. I work from the camper when we are traveling, and I depend on wifi. The sites are reasonably level (side to side) and are grassy, which I like. I would definitely stay here again!

Wifi is definitely a must have while camping. We just got more towers to put up to make it a lot better. Usually the wifi is great outside the camper but once you enter you camper it does get weak. Something about being in a tin can. I wish they made campers with a built in wifi booster.

We stayed there last year and went back this year. Michelle and Dave are absolutely wonderful hosts, and they have done such a wonderful job with that park. They should definitely be rated a holiday. We are actually going back on our way back from Canada. If you get a chance to go that way stop in and stay it’s worth the stay.

The new owners have made remarkable improvements to this campground in the past couple of years. The sites are all grass and giant in length plus lots of width. The owners are very friendly and make you fell welcome. Of the 58 different KOAs we have been to I would rate this one in the top ten. R&S

It was cold and rainy when we were there so didn’t use very many of the facilities. We were greeted by the owners who guided us to our pull thru. Easy in and out. There was a very nice path through the fields along the woods to walk the dog.

Really nice KOA Journey the folks were really nice and it was really quiet. The bathrooms were clean and the laundry facilities were nice as well.

We truly enjoyed our time there it was clean and quiet.Thanks for putting the carts away for our grand sons they loved the pool we definitely will be back our hostess Michelle was the best.

Dave and Michelle are very accommodating! Had a great long weekend with my kids and grandkids. Love the pool and playground and especially the walking trails!

My only complaint is that unlike every KOA campground we visit, this one does not have cable. Otherwise it’s a great stop to/from Canada several times/year.

We are just a small Journey KOA and way up in Northern Maine. Unfortunately, cable is way too expensive. we have lots of other improvements we want to make at the campground so cable is just not feasible for us at this time. We do hope to see you again - stay safe and happy camping

We had a lovely stay. Campground is clean and well spaced out. We enjoyed the walk in the woods. Lots of potential in this place. The Wifi is weak but its okay. Will definitely come back!

Stayed 1 night in late September on our way back from Canada. Campground was very nice and clean including restrooms . Owner was very nice. Great place to camp

The best campground I have stayed in. The owners are very personable and all around good people. Any issue I had they were willing to help fix itno questions asked. It is a beautiful area with a nice trail behind the campground. You might see a moose or two. Definitely stay here and say Hi to Michelle and David for me. Eddie Garlock
