What started as a local camping trip to see how our dog would do, quickly turned into us planning next year and making this our new family tradition. What a GEM of a place right under our noses here in Houlton! From check in through check out the staff and owners were welcoming, accommodating and always had a smile! From the mouth of our 11 yr old. "They have EVERYTHING! Best campground ever!"

This park is excellent! Clean, tidy, quiet. The owners were very accommodating to our special requests. Enjoyed talking with them for a bit after dinner. We have already recommended this park to our other RVing friends.

The staff were great with escort to site. The site was clean and grass cut along with the rest of park. If we travelling that way again we would book there

Owners were extremely helpful. Facility was clean and spacious. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was because there was no cable BUT would go back again

We are just a small park and to have cable brought in it would be too expensive. Streaming is the way to go nowadays. Hope your awning is back up and working. Stay safe and happy camping!

One of the best KOA’s we’ve stayed at. The owners are very welcoming and the campground is immaculate. Will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay immensely. We were on a large site in a good location. Unfortunately, the weather did not live up to our expectations so use of swimming pool did not happen! � However, the garbage area could be better. Having a large dumpster that has a closed lid at 6 or more feet high, encouraged the dumping of garbage on the ground. Seating in the laundry area would be appreciated.

On both sides of the dumpster are sliding side doors for campers to use. you aren't the only one who has thought you had to use the top. I can't reach that either. LOL I'm thinking we may need a sign up to let our campers know. There should be two folding chairs in the laundry room.

Houlton/Canadian border KOA was my favorite KOA thus far!! Owners are amazing!! Staff is amazing!! The campground was pristine!! Everyone we met was so kind & caring. Well done KOA!

Very convenient for anyone travelling to or from Canada. When we arrived the site were initially placed on had a number of vehicles parked on it. We requested a different site and the owner accommodated us very quickly. Wonderful trails around the property; great for walking our dogs. Would recommend for anyone travelling in the area.

Yes, there were too many vehicles there and I would not have wanted to pull in there either. I am glad I had another site that would be a bit more relaxing. Thank you so much for staying with us and if we are back in the area again, we would love to accommodate you. Stay safe and happy camping!

We were only there 2 separate nights, but we really like this campground! As soon as we walked in the office, we felt at home. Thanks for a great stop on our vacation!!!!!

VERY FRIENDLY, CLEAN, NEET, HELPFUL, QUIET. EVEN BEING VERY BUSY THAY TOOK THE TIME TO TALK WITH US.KIDS LOVED GO-CARTS

KOA is by far the cleanest nicest place . David and Michelle go above and beyond . My grandkids love it there and there is so much to do. By far my favorite and its only 2 miles away :)

Our coach was having engine troubles so we called and was pleased to get a site. Coach was at Freightliner for the day so we decided to stay for 2 nights. Good sized sites and friendly people to guide you in. Gladly our engine troubles were solved and on our way but will consider this park again if travelling through.

Absolutely fantastic!! Many new additions, swimming pool, peddle carts for children Nice new office / store and the tree branches trimmed to eliminate scratches on your campers. The owners and employees are very helpful and courteous . I will be coming back for many years. Thank you.

The most helpful hosts. We noticed a torn awning on our camper. An employee came over and noticed and helped to repair this awning. We are very grateful. When I could not make a reservation online, I called and a host made a reservation for us. They informed us of Bear and moose seen on their hiking trail.

Great location and quiet, clean campground. Michelle is awesome and patient. Easy access to all the sights we wanted to see and were even able to see a moose in the wild on one of our trips. We'll be back and next time we'll bring our passports so we can jump over to visit with our northern neighbors.

We started off with the stay with the warmest welcome they made us feel very safe and cared for! The activities for the children was perfect the quietness at night was great. This place was absolutely the cleanest.. Michelle and David are amazing!!

Been going since it became a KOA, its a wonderful campground. Very clean, well maintained grassy sites. The owners are doing a great job. More trips already booked. Favorite campground.

The Houlton KOA hosts are the best! Michelle was accommodating from the warm welcome to ensuring all our needs were met during the stay. It was apparent they take great pride in providing a wonderful home away from home. I highly recommend staying at this KOA.

Beautiful campground, love the grassy lots, lots to do for kids, nice walking trails, beautiful pond, nice to have wifi that works & clean showers & washrooms, and most of all the owners are fabulous!! They are so friendly and sure take good care of their campers, putting the campers needs first. Will definitely be back!! Thank you soo much!

The Houlton/Canadian Border KOA is beautiful! Although we had to cut our visit short, we were extremely impressed with the hospitality. Our site was spacious and well maintained in spite of all of the rain. The facilities were very clean. We definitely plan on visiting again.
