Nice place to stay with clean facilities. As tent campers, we could have done without the barking dogs all night (near by neighbors?) and the proximity to the 65mph main road leading into the park made for very noisy nights.

Booking was the highlight of our KOA stay. Jan was just terrific. We had to make last minute plans. Jan was very kind and well informed. Then, I made a booking mistake ... and got the same terrific agent, Jan. She corrected it breezily. The campground itself was very nice. Electricity on site was most welcome. Convenience of low water flush toilets helped us feel comfortable about environment.

Very convenient spot. Friendly staff. Just one suggestion—our tent site (34) was covered with bullhead stickers which were hard to keep out of the tent and even poked trough our tarp and tent floor.

Everyone was wonderful. Beautiful spot. I like the two dog parks. My dog enjoyed them. I also liked the extra bathrooms

It was a great expirience, and my first stay at a KOA. I would have wished a better information about how late check in works in the mail. As a tourist it would be nice, if I don't have to make a phone call.

We had a nice time staying here for a night before heading to the grand canyon! Bathrooms were convenient and the shop had everything we needed (melted a Spatula). Would recommend!

The people and the grounds are very nice. The restroom were kept relatively well cleaned. I give it moderate rating, however, because the tent area is about 75 feet (or less) from a road that people use to get to work - starting at 5:30 am. That includes trucks. We stayed the Sunday and Monday nights of Labor Day weekend and Sunday was not too bad. But, come Monday morning it was really noisy.

We tent camped for 2 nights. Loved the pool and laundry area. Very nice campground! Would stay here again for sure.

I did tent camping and it came with a cover over my picnic table. The only problem is we had a thunderstorm and a the roof leaked so bad the my gear got wet.

they don’t stay open late enough there needs to be somebody there to help check you in —leaving at four or 5 o’clock is ridiculous.

Our tent lot was slanted, the picnic table was ready to fall apart and there was garbage around the lot. We took all our garbage to the bin. I’m convinced we got the worst lot in the campsite. It was noisy until late and folks up early weren’t quiet.

The campground is right on Highway 84 which is the main road to the Grand Canyon. I mean you look up and it’s car after car after car driving past. The tent site I was in was so hot with almost no shade and a 6 foot fence was my back property line. There was no connection to camping really. A roadside rest is how I would describe the experience. Slightly more character than a Walmart parking lot

No hot water, no hot tub, lots of tent sites open and they put us right next to the dumpsters and sewer runoff. Dirty bathrooms. Looks like there is not paid working stafff daily at all. Such a bummer.

The facilities were good and it is convenient to the Grand Canyon. However we were given an extremely small tent site near the trash and along a fence. We discovered there was a dirt road behind the fence and whenever anyone drove by we were covered in dust. Saw other tent sites that were much larger and away from the road but we were already set up!

It was a great stay had a good time no complaints. I just wish that the coffee was hot when I got it. I got it around 11 AM and it was barely hot. I wish you guys sold tea and hot chocolate in boxes for families to buy. And if they had a basketball court, that be great, a bigger a bigger playground would be good for the kids.

We did tent camping, came with a grill and the spot was large. Clean restroom and shower, market has great prices and the staff was super nice.

A very nice, clean and tidy campground. The office staff was very helpful to me and were kind and polite and accommodating. I stayed in a tent camping spot. My only wish is that I had a better view. Other than that, my day was very good. There is a gas station right outside the main gate, which is very convenient. If you go to the left, you head to the Grand Canyon. To the right, lots of stores

Staff was courteous and very helpful. I did find two tent steaks and some metal parts debris in the site, which i could have run over with my vehicle and got a flat tire. Thank God, i did not.

I came in after hours and the customer service was great. They directed me on how to grab a available site. The showers are hot and bathroom heated ( it was a cold morning, so this helped alot) the desk rep has awesome customer service. All around a good nite sleep.

The staff was very friendly and informative. They even came around to our tent sites to caution us about the weather in the wind. This was a wonderful place and my family had an exceptional time. Thank you so much for your service and we look forward to many more adventures.

The Grand Canyon/Williams KOA is one of the best KOA parks we've stayed at. We have visited many over the last six months. The grounds are well cared for and bathrooms were very clean. From check in until check out, staff were welcoming and polite. The store had everything you may need and beautiful gift shop items. Bravo to the owners of this KOA. Thank you.

We started with my Mom, brother in law, nephew and two children. The place was incredible. The bathrooms were amazing, and the staff was so helpful. My kids had a ball interacting with the staff driving around on the golf carts. My family is already planning our next stay!

The Grand Canyon is amazing for 30 min, until it all starts looking the same. So visit the different stops and check out the rock structures and the history! Take the Williams Grand Canyon Railway for a special treat, especially during the Christmas Polar Express. Get matching PJ'S for your family! Book ahead, it gets sold out.
