The people working here are the absolute best! They are very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire area. The entire campground is one of the cleanest campgrounds we have ever stayed at.

Nice campground but woke up to trash torn up around my campsite from neighboring campers.

Staff was friendly, campsites were clean and cozy. My only complaint was the traffic could be loud at night. This would probably be a nonissue to anyone in a vehicle, but we tent camped.

Tent camping not KOA fault but neighbor started fighting around 4am banging on cars etc. Linda came oit very rude to us at 11:15 as my husband was loading last bags stating check out was at 11. She needs customer service skills. We have stayed here few times after this stay Never again. $50 a night for tent seems crazy did they price guauge due to gov shut down?

I love the camp site except the lights were I tent camped very hard to sleep with the light shining in the tent all night!

Facilities and amenities were great and well maintained. No nature views, and in our second night a huge tourists group joined the camp and it was out of control..hours with their phones on the toilets, smoking in there, wait for too long to get a shower, people were sleeping in the Landry room and no one answered on the after hours number. The host was lovely, but she was unavailable at night

Stayed in tent site with electricity. There is a trailer with very nice bathrooms very close. The showers are by office and are very nice. We liked the rubber mats to keep feet dry and keep from slipping. We would stay again.

Campground was decent. Staff was friendly and I saw them cleaning, but every time I went in the bathroom floors were wet and dirty and guests had not flushed the toilets. The bottom of my shoes were COVERED with sand spurs that no one warned us about. Had to leave a day early and they wouldn't refund it. Another KOAs had given me a refund one week before so I was a little upset, but whatever.

Very nice staff. Especially the bald dude that takes care of the outside. I've never seen anyone work as hard as he did! The one complaint I have, would have to be the bathrooms. The ones attached to the office need work. Paint bubbling within the shower stall. Loose shower heads that don't stay put. The other would be the honey wagon toilets. Hot inside and smelly. would stay again tho

Nice enough campsite. Kids a little rowdy and loud in the evening, but ok overnight. Didn't like the lamps at each site that stayed on. Fortunately, it was not hot so we covered it with a towel.

Personne très accueillant plusieurs émail et messages avant notre arrivée. Le site est très bien calme les salles de bain propre et avec eau chaude je le recommande fortement il ce trouve à 10 minutes de Willams et de la route 66

Everything was good with the exception of how close to the main road it was. The loud noise from the traffic was pretty bad.

This was our first experience camping with KOA. Even though this campground didn’t have all the bells and whistles of the neighboring koa we had a great experience. I loved that the pool and jacuzzi were never really crowded during our stay. The laundry facility is open all night which was great. Larry was so kind and helpful! He is such an asset to the Willams KOA.

The campground was great, the staff was great. Even with the excessive wind that weekend and the un-invited visitor slithering through our site, we had a good time!

I brought 5 kids ranging from 4 to 13 tent camping with me to spend time and see the Grande Canyon. The kids enjoyed the playground and amenities so much the Grande Canyon was a shortened time to get back to camp. At the end of the stay I ended up with a dead car battery. The maintenance crew came to my rescue and gave us a jump, they were so helpful and my daughter even got a lesson on car care.

Everything was clean. Staff was helpful and always friendly. South rim 50 minutes away. Railroad 12 minutes away. Enjoyed the hot tub after hiking. Sign said closed at 8 but staff let us stay until 9. !!

Wiliams KOA is GREAT!!! The Staff is Wonderful, Very Friendly & Helpful - I loved the information texts we received during our stay. The facilities were clean & well kept. The location is perfect for exploring the whole area nearby…Grand Canyon, Sedona & Flagstaff, etc. The town of Williams is Adorable : )

I booked this KOA because the website listed a sauna, and a staff member named Jan confirmed it by phone. At check-in, I was told it was behind the main building and open until 8pm. Later, I was informed there is no sauna at all. The staff was friendly and the stay was nice overall, but the misleading amenity listing was disappointing.

Although the staff was great, especially Jan who accommodated moving my site closer to my friends, and Larry who tried to help my friends with their RV, all the thorns on the ground left holes in my air mattress, not happy about that at all, and the bathrooms needed to be cleaned on a DAILY bases, especially given how busy this KOA is. I would probably stay at the Williams/Circle Pines KOA again.

The gentlemen that delivered the firewood both nights would not take a tip. Instead they put it into a kids fund that the campgrounds uses for the community. Outstanding customer and community service!!

Nice place to stay with clean facilities. As tent campers, we could have done without the barking dogs all night (near by neighbors?) and the proximity to the 65mph main road leading into the park made for very noisy nights.

Booking was the highlight of our KOA stay. Jan was just terrific. We had to make last minute plans. Jan was very kind and well informed. Then, I made a booking mistake ... and got the same terrific agent, Jan. She corrected it breezily. The campground itself was very nice. Electricity on site was most welcome. Convenience of low water flush toilets helped us feel comfortable about environment.

Very convenient spot. Friendly staff. Just one suggestion—our tent site (34) was covered with bullhead stickers which were hard to keep out of the tent and even poked trough our tarp and tent floor.

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
