The cabin we stayed in was perfect.

This KOA is in a great location for going to the Grand Canyon or seeing Williams AZ. Our site required some leveling but not bad. The small dog park was nice and well kept. There needs to be more lighting around as it’s very dark if you get there after dark or walk your dog late.

The KOA representative was very helpful with any information I needed regarding the campsite and touring. The coffee shop was awesome. I would come back to this KOA and recommend it.

My first KOA experience and I was pleasantly surprised. Quiet, clean, friendly…plus a shower, laundry, and topped off batteries and fresh water. Yay!!

Heated pool was a blessing for my wife and I.

The porta-john near the tent sites had a nauseous chemical smell. My tent site was covered with stickers that poked through the floor of my tent and made it very painful for my dog to walk. The staff nicely moved me to a cabin, yet it had no lfridge.

We had a great time staying at KOA Journey, the staff was so helpful and friendly. The whole place was clean and well maintained. Our fellow campers were friendly and welcoming. This KOA is so close to The Grand Canyon and to historic Williams and we enjoyed our time at both places. If we plan another trip to the area, this is where we'll stay. Thanks for having us.

We liked this KoA very nice .. Showers were clean ..Hot water !! The gift shop had quite a bit of camping needs … lots of fun things to pick from.. A heated pool which we didn’t use The laundry room was adequate .. however with the low water pressure . One machine would fill . Then u were asked to wait 5 minutes from filling the second ., ditto to the 3rd. ..

Closest to the South Gate of Grand Canyon National Park but still almost 50 miles away. It is about 5 miles away from Williams Az, a small Hwy 66 theme town. Quaint and interesting, with some touristy shopping. The park is graveled and the sites could use a bit of leveling side to side. They have a bucket loader and someone skilled could fix that quickly. Lighting is needed too.

We enjoyed our stay. The site had a little shade, the surface was gravel. Everything was clean. The staff was very helpful.

The pool & hot tub in late October were lovely. But they need more showers. There was a line of wet people in the cold wind waiting for showers. There were only three working when they needed 6-8 showers. Nancy was lovely at check in. Other staff were polite and friendly. Everything was clean.

Bathrooms were clean and everyone was friendly. The heated pool and hot tub were great. We had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency and we were able to get a refund which I really appreciated!

We were only there for one night, but it was a great facility. About 45 minutes from the Grand Canyon.

Bathrooms are dated, some were closed and others in need of repair, but were reasonably clean. Low water pressure that was inconsistent. Pool & hot tub were clean and nice. Wine sold in office was reasonably priced and good. Amenities were minimal... and the park quite rustic. 10 min. drive into Williams for groceries and a nice old town. 50 min. to GC. Easy in / out. No issues, pleasant staff.

Not a very good. There were sand goat heads, very little ground maintenance, had to dodge a tree when backing in ,due to a tree limb..

Terrible bathroom and shower set up

Nice place to stay with clean facilities. As tent campers, we could have done without the barking dogs all night (near by neighbors?) and the proximity to the 65mph main road leading into the park made for very noisy nights.

We upgraded to a cabin instead of a tent site. It was very nice. Your location provided easy access to the Grand Canyon.

There was a fire ban out which isn’t the KOA fault at all but we were unaware. We went to the front lobby and they sold us firewood. We went back to our cabin and started the fire and immediately a guy came and told us about the fire ban. Why sell us firewood and not tell us about the ban? Also the white towels were questionably clean and were very dingy gray. And the pool was very dirty with b

Location great for getting to the Grand Canyon and the tour they recommended was expensive but wonderful. An unexpected and delightful bonus was the outdoor heated pool and hot tub open in mid October!

We had a great time while staying there. The pool was heated to a most enjoyable temperature. Thank you.

The Grand Canyon is amazing for 30 min, until it all starts looking the same. So visit the different stops and check out the rock structures and the history! Take the Williams Grand Canyon Railway for a special treat, especially during the Christmas Polar Express. Get matching PJ'S for your family! Book ahead, it gets sold out.

Nice and convenient campsite on the Grand Canyon road, well placed. It is very nice with greenery. The welcome is good, and offers some services. The bathrooms are spacious but not very clean and few in number. The pitches are green with picnic tables and some have barbecues. The pool is quite large and very hot jacuzzi.
