Our family of 5 stayed in the deluxe cabin. This was perfect for our family. The staff is incredibly nice ans helpful. The location is perfect for visiting the Grand Canyon and the cabin met all of our needs. The cabin is beautiful. We had the best stay!

Staff at reception were kind and helpful but our camping cabin wasn't clean... Full of dust and dirt and ift felt like it wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival. Bathroom and shower were always clean and tidy, but there should be an option to turn off the heater

No A/C in cabins...... in the desert. Door to cabin would not lock with the key. We had to pack everything out for the day because we couldn't keep out stuff secure on site.

We have stayed at many KOAs and I don't understand why the bunks can't have fitted sheets! It drives my kids crazy trying to sleep w/o scrunching up the flat sheet that is supposed to be also used as a fitted sheet! Cleaning could be improved - hair in the shower and garbage along the loft bed and under the bunk mat. Besides that, the beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchen.

The cabin was very clean and welcoming and were the facilities! It was probably the cleanest camping cabin I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend!

We stay in a cabin it was really nice. The campground ground just opened up for the season. It just needs alittle TLC and had new owners. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would love to see the campground and the progress they make with it. Great location to Grand Canyon and William.

The cabin was fine but felt like didn’t get what was advertised. My kids were really excited for the pool and hot tub. But they were still closed for the season. A sign said we could go to a neighboring KOA to use theirs so we drove there but it was closed for the night. The game room had a ping pong table that could only be used during the limited hours the office was open and had nothing else.

Our cabin was very comfy and the restrooms and showers were very clean. The heaters in the restrooms were very appreciated as were the heaters in the cabin. Great proximity to Grand Canyon.

Just a quick overnight in the deluxe cabin the gentleman drove down to our truck seeing we were a late check in very friendly and told us where our cabin was and set up the fire pit so we could have a campfire that night. A+ service thank you

Served our purpose. The deluxe cabin was very nice! Quiet campground. Easy to find. Customer service was responsive and courteous. There are so many options for booking near Willisms/Grand Canyon area. But not all have cabin accommodations. Gas just a few miles down is much better priced than across the street. Can't go wrong with a camping cabin. The mattresses aren't great however it's called camping for a reason. Clean bathrooms and they were warm too! We just really enjoy coming!

The stay was good. However, there was a camper openly smoking pot around the campground around us and our children and nobody seemed to care. I did tell the desk and they said they would see what they could do. When my wife turned in the vehicle tag that had the feedback form on it, the lady at the desk threw it into the garbage. The cabin wasn’t swept when we got there, cat food everywhere.

Our cabin was very clean. We had a little traffic noise being so close to the highway.-My fault for not looking at this when I booked. One thing that did bother me was that our cabin was right next to 4 port-o-potties. That was the view from our kitchen window. With such a large property, it might be better to NOT put them next to the most expensive rentals.

Excellent customer service, really friendly. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. We never had to wait. Laundry facilities (2) clean and efficient. And the cabins....adorable! Very well spaced out to provide privacy. Our dog had fun playing in the dog park. Everything was awesome!

Made reservations on line koa had special buy 1 get the other nite 1/2 off when you advertise this make sure the person making the reservation can input the logo code online! The management knew nothing about the buy 1 get 1/2 off ! We'll kept koa 1 thing that needs attention is the cutoff water sprockets leaving a trip hazard cut them at ground level to prevent a accident!

It was an ok stay. No linens, no fun activities for kids other than the pool. I compared this with that of the other williams location. Basket ball hoop that is there in the picture isnt there in person which was a disappointment. Swimming pool was so not well maintained. No activities for kids

It would be nice if, when there is a high demand for showers, that there would be a timer that when you walk up and someone's already inside, that the person outside could start it so a buzzer goes off at the ten or fifteen minute mark so the person knows their time is up. We constantly waited when going to the restroom or to shower because people aren't mindful of others. Staff was great!

Front desk was rude and complaining about other guests. Wasp nest was in common area were kids can touch it and get stung.

The front desk had to sign a waiver for everything which did not at all enhance the camping experience. The grills barely worked and the cabins did not have air-conditioning nor did the cabins have small fridges like every other KOA I’ve stayed at. The merchandise was all overpriced at the gift shop. The pool was nice. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectation.

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
