Check-in and the stay were fine. The facilities were clean. Staff were friendly. The only disappointment was that our site's water spigot did not produce water.

Nice campground with good pool & hot tub. A minus was that we couldn't find a washing up sink and there were queues for the bathrooms sometimes.

We ordered water (none) tons of foxtails in our location. Had to take one of our dogs to the vet to have one removed (381.00). More dirt than gravel out site was a mud pit after it rained. Otherwise we did have a great time and will use your site again.

There were no indicators about wind or fire restrictions on the site, it would have been better to know about no fires before driving 12 hours to this camping area

The sites are so close you can hear normal conversation levels of your neighbors. It does not show you online that you are backed against a community that has dogs that bark all night. Lights from cars shined right in my tent at night. I left 5 days early and nobody ask why or offered a refund.

If I could rate higher, I would! This was my first time coming to Arizona and feel quite fortunate to have found this place to camp and start my trip. You will be taken care of and have everything you need for a great experience! I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you!!

Not enough restrooms, far walk from camp sites. No activities for kids.

The tent sites were very small and all the "amenities" listed on the website were either not available, outdated, or had an added cost.

The old, blonde desk receptionist was rude, unfriendly, and just downright made it uncomfortable to even be in the store or office. She seemed bothered by your very presence. I would not stay again knowing I'd have to deal with her. The guest services grounds people (they work Sun-Thurs) were beyond kind, helpful, and friendly. Le camping est au bord de l’autoroute, c’est bruyant la nuit. Les douche n’ont pas de pression et il n’y a pas beaucoup d’eau qui coule. Pour la propreté de celles-ci…c’est à revoir. La réception ferme à 5pm alors après ça il faut aller à la station service plus loin s’il manque quelque chose. Le WiFi est très faible. Il manque de commodité pour les campeurs : toaster, b

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
