It was a great expirience, and my first stay at a KOA. I would have wished a better information about how late check in works in the mail. As a tourist it would be nice, if I don't have to make a phone call.

We had a nice time staying here for a night before heading to the grand canyon! Bathrooms were convenient and the shop had everything we needed (melted a Spatula). Would recommend!

The people and the grounds are very nice. The restroom were kept relatively well cleaned. I give it moderate rating, however, because the tent area is about 75 feet (or less) from a road that people use to get to work - starting at 5:30 am. That includes trucks. We stayed the Sunday and Monday nights of Labor Day weekend and Sunday was not too bad. But, come Monday morning it was really noisy.

First stay at KOA, it was clean, easily accessible, and the staff was helpful and courteous!

We tent camped for 2 nights. Loved the pool and laundry area. Very nice campground! Would stay here again for sure.

I did tent camping and it came with a cover over my picnic table. The only problem is we had a thunderstorm and a the roof leaked so bad the my gear got wet.

they don’t stay open late enough there needs to be somebody there to help check you in —leaving at four or 5 o’clock is ridiculous.

The ladies in the office were very helpful and so kind. We will definitely be returning back. Got a little rained out but it was still fun for my family

Our tent lot was slanted, the picnic table was ready to fall apart and there was garbage around the lot. We took all our garbage to the bin. I’m convinced we got the worst lot in the campsite. It was noisy until late and folks up early weren’t quiet.

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
