Friendly. Nice shop. Clean, large showers. Bit noisy by freeway, if you are used to it. The hot tub super hot, but nice enough. Fun stuff for kids.

Great place to relax with my family. It wasn’t too busy. Staff were friendly. Camp site, bathrooms were clean, quiet, and great views. Close to town and attractions.

It was a good location and close to Williams. However, there are two problems with it. The Wi-Fi is pretty much nonexistent, even though they advertise that they have it. I understand that people are out in the country to enjoy nature, but sometimes you might need to have access to Wi-Fi, which they say they provide. Also, the poop bag stations were never stocked the whole time we were there.

Easily the cleanest and best maintained Koa site I've seen. The staff was very helpful and nice to boot! Will definitely camp there again if we pass through again.

The internet was terrible and the camping spots were on top of each other. There are much better KOAs out there. They also did not have an attendant for the propane the first day we were there the next day we tried to get some they were out. The attendant was helpful and kind!

Loved the stay and that they didn’t bother everyone all the time. Some campgrounds the people are annoying. They left you alone, left instructions easily and it was nice!!! The only thing is the layout is weird. Our fire pit would have caught the next campers slide out on fire if we used it. Because it is really really tight on a few. But overall just nice….

Campground itself was great - very clean, friendly staff, and quiet. While I understand the lack of water makes keeping any grass alive difficult, the K9 area was full of dangerous foxtails and stickers. Wish they had some artificial turf or even just smooth gravel/dirt in that area to keep paws safe. We would stay here again as the location was perfect.

Being dog friendly does not just mean letting people bring their dogs. It also means being dog safe. Their was not one green area, even those that were between the camp sites that was not full of fox tails. These are very dangerous for dogs and can result in major vet bills or even kill a dog. I was glad I was only there for one night.

It was OK, only thing good is that it is not a bad location for getting to/from the Grand Canyon. There is NO concierge service for getting info or tickets for the Grand Canyon, as advertised on their website. Left a day early. :/

As others have already said, this site is gravel and the wifi is very spotty. The $80 pull through sites were very small. We pull a 16' trailer with a F-150 and had to park the truck sideways to get it out of the way. It felt more like an RV parking lot than a campground. The pros of the site are that it was safe and quiet, and well lit; very easy to find and the staff were courteous.

Convenient to the Grand Canyon and Williams, but disappointed in the wifi situation. It was non existent. If you are looking for wifi in a campground, look elsewhere.

We havebeen stationary since Sept 2022 due to Cancer and it was a awesome trip away for a few day. Nice place, friendly staff, grounds well kept and concentrated to everywhere. We willbe back.

The park is a great location, clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Problem was the Wi-Fi was very bad. Our first day it was great then it became unusable. No data service. Only 3 washers. Not enough.

The stay was a perfect location for our journey. We were able to venture out and see all the sites on our list. Employees were very nice. 4 of 5 because the wifi in our site was very intermittent especially if a lot of campers. Each day I had to go sit in rocker to get good service. Coffee machine broken so limited service there. Everything else was great. Store was well stocked. Thank you.

Relaxing and quiet camping! Nice pool and laundry facility…. I laid by the pool while doing laundry :) Dog friendly, the dogs enjoyed their playtime in the dog area. Everyone was nice and helpful only minutes away from Williams.

The pool area kept up very nicely. Restrooms/showers clean. Pull through spots are very short. Hard to park a full-size pickup with your camper in the spot. The games (pool and corn hole) seemed "off limits." I've never seen a campground that requires a $10 deposit to play pool. Corn hole had to be picked up and hauled out to play with. Most KOAs just have it out to play with.

We’ll cared for campground with a peaceful view. Only downside was the cell service. I was able to receive messages, etc but couldn’t send. I was able to have a couple of phone calls.

No internet or phone service in the park. I asked for assistance at the front desk and was just dismissed. The water pressure went to nearly nothing in the afternoons. I would definitely not recommend this park to anyone.

Stuff was super friendly and helpful. However ... campers were crammed into spots like sardines, there were tent campers right across the road from us that we had to ask to move their vehicle before we could even hook our trailer up to pull out the morning we left. Sights were not level, and there was really no where to park accept along the road. We will not be staying at this KOA again.

Such a strange name since it's an hour drive to get to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. The sites are very close together with very narrow "roads" – not enjoyable. K9 camp was tiny. Employees were not that friendly or helpful. Mini doughnuts were gross.

We parked in a nice quiet space near a tree. The restrooms were clean and the grounds were well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store had a nice mix of things. From supplies to Grand Canyon items to buy. It was close enough to the south rim of the GC, but not too close. Will go back when we are ready to explore more of the GC.

We were pleasantly surprised with the town of Williams and all it has to offer. The GCKOA was ok. The biggest disappointment was the lack of WiFi connectivity. This made planning and communicating impossible.

Campground was very clean. Clean restrooms and nice hot showers. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks KOA for another great stay.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
