Great location. Love being less than an hour from Grand Canyon and super close to Williams downtown/Old Route 66.

The location was great for access to the Grand Canyon. It was unfortunate that the grill had burned down and had not been replaced.

Glamping Tent was great. Kids thought it was fun. My only negative part of this is that there was not a list of items anywhere about what is in the tent. I way overpacked. I had no idea there was so many cooking items. I even called and still didn’t get the whole list. The place was great though. About an hour to the canyon.

Nice and friendly campground but very noisy road close to the standard cabins. Otherwise beautiful!

The night was pleasant and the cabin comfortable. It met my needs. I also appreciate the rep circulating through the campground to ensure all was well. Drawbacks: too close to highway--road noise, and the WiFi was useless where I was. But I didn't need it in this case. One last benefit; I appreciate the yard light being off near the cabins--I could stargaze.

Compared to the other two KOA’s we’ve visited, this one was less comfortable. Older facilities, ugly fence surrounding the pool. No kitchen area available. Kind people though.

Staff is what made our stay good. The staff was extremely helpful and gave good suggestions on visiting area. Limited water and only a few showers made it a little hard to stay clean, but we got thru it. Would stay again, but bring my camper instead of using camping cabin.

Convenient location to visit the South Rim of Great Canyon NP and places near Flagstaff.

Close to all local attractions. Campground is well kept and store has a little bit of everything in it

We enjoyed our stay. It was convient to the south rim. We were worried about not having ac in cabin, but it cooled off enough at night. Was very dissappointed we couldn't fill our propane tank!! Then had to wait until 10 am to fill at 76 gas station. This is one of the main reasons i stay at KOA!! The fire pits are a nice feature but a safety hazard, You need to have grates that can cover

Nope-never again. Stay in the park and save gas money. $10 pet fee. $75 cabin with NO: extra table/AC/TV/microwave/fridge. Exchanged broken fan. Baby ceiling fan. Took dogs to GC-too hot to leave dogs in cabin. NEEDS: more bathrooms, another dog park, doormats, major wifi upgrades. Wifi never connected with their 1 MBPS speed (took screenshots). Claiming they have wifi is false advertising. #refun

The mattress cover was full of dog hairs. I informed the office and the young lady exchanged it. The cabin is very old and the campground showers do not have good water pressure. No AC, no fridge, and campfire smoke from cabin next to us comes right into cabin so unable to sleep with Windows open so extremely hot at night. Plenty of other campgrounds in area so will not be staying here again.

We love KOA Campgrounds but this time the shower water was cold and took a long time to warm up and got cold very fast also the barbecue grill was not working properly

Rustic bordering on Rundown. There is a huge need for some general maintenance. There was a definite sewage smell coming from the laundry on the end of the bathroom near the cabins. Cabins need some elbow grease & some soap and water. Staff was friendly - just not enough of them to get it all covered.

Great location- not far from Williams and a reasonable drive to the Grand Canyon. Cabins were comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff at this KOA were amazingly helpful and friendly. Someone was waiting for us when we arrived late at night to direct us and make sure everything was o.k. Very fun gift shop- the best out of all the 5 KOAs we stayed at on our trip. Great front desk staff.

We had a good stay but there were a couple of things to note. We had two small dogs and there was an addition pet fee of $10 that we were not aware of and the area around to walk the pets was full of prickly weeds, I know it is nature but it did get in their fur. The cabin we were in was very clean but the door had problems opening all the way. Not a bad stay but not my first choice.

Stayed in Deluxe Cabin #4. Good location. Great cabin with lots of space. Loft worked great for kids, as did the bunk beds. King size bed with very little room to walk around it, but it was comfortable and had 4 pillows. Stovetop took a long time 20+ minutes to boil water to cook pasta for Mac and cheese, but we made it work. Good shower with hot water.

The restrooms and shower area were not clean.

This was our 3rd time here, we noticed expansion of sites for growing customers but you have to wait in line to get shower and laundry done, obviously they need to expand on these part too! Otherwise it’s not a bad KOA.

Wonderful!!! Great facilities! Helpful staff! My daughters wanted to stay longer!!

Great deluxe cabin and location. I was in DC 6 and my only wish is that the triangle above the door had a sun shade because the strong sun is 100% directly on the bed in the morning.

This is not our first stay here, nor our last. Always clean, always hot water in the showers, great location, lots to do for the kids!

Jan is a very rude person ! The place needs to be cleaned!

Restrooms are a bit far away for cabins and tent sites.

Asked to arrive about 2 hours sooner on my cabin check in and was told no I needed to find something to do until 3:00 ! I arrived with a full load so stopped by to see if I could unload and go to store ! There wasn’t a problem at all !! Worked out great ! Would like to see a little more up keep on things but I know we are all busy !! Overall nice time !!

Stayed in a deluxe cabin since we were in from Chicago and have two kids. Excellent value close to the Canyon. Tremendous customer service both by phone and in person at the campground. Thanks!

We rented a Deluxe cabin for 3 days while we visited the Canyon /Williams. Our kids had a blast and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

I called the day of the reservation to ask if it was possible to change it to a KOA closer to the North Rim. They said no, that was not possible. If I did cancel I would still be charged, I said I would can back in a few minutes. I call about 10 minutes later to ask how to check in late to find out that they had canceled my reservation! I’m glad I just didn’t come after they closed with no cab
