We stayed for 11 days,the staff went above and beyond thier duties to accommodate us. Thank you for a nice stay. The pool was very clean.

We booked a pull thru site but were given a site too short. We found a nice open pull through but we're told to move. We did, and the 60 foot pull through was reserved by a van. Poor scheduling ruined our trip there.

The ladies in the office were extremely nice in making the reservation and answering any questions we had. Easy in and out, good campground. Stayed only one night but would stay again if back in the area.

The park was not kept up, things broken dirty. Our spot was barren and it was supposed to be a nicer spot for the cost.

It was a very nice KOA. We asked for extended time due do vehicle problems and they were nice enough to let us park our travel trailer in the overflow parking

Park is clean and staffing courteous but the camping spots are way too close together. Hard to get big rigs in the spots above the office.The others past the office seemed larger and had trees, too. We booked about 5 months in advance, so not sure why we were put in the spot we had for our 38' 5th wheel. Our pickup had to be parked so close to our RV. to be in the same spot. Make spots larger.

Nice place to pull in for a night’s stay on your way to the Grand Canyon. Clean facilities, quiet. If you have a dog be aware there are a lot of foxtail weeds all around the campground and in the campsites.

Great camp ground. Can't be beat for proximity to Williams and the GC. I was on the side where the pull through were tight and not all level. The sites on the far side of the office all looked much more level and also had a bit more space. Great stay otherwise

Great location between Williams and the Grand Canyon. Williams offers a lot in terms of basic needs (grocery and restaurants) and the drive into the Grand Canyon was a straight shot. Camp site was a little tight, but we figured out we could move the fire ring and then all was good. Level sites and quite location with great night skies (very little light pollution). We would stay here again.

Campsites are poorly maintained,weeds need to be knocked down,potholes in campsites need to be filled. Gravel would keep the dust and dirt down. Picnic tables are in very poor condition.

Older park, needs updating. Shower/ bathroom was gross, needs deep cleaning at least (remodel would be better), shower curtain was dingy and had pink slime and mildew stains. Water hook up was broken. We booked this place on accident thinking it was the other one up the road (circle pines).... I'm really bummed we didn't book the other park!

I didn't like the way the showers were in the bathrooms it made the shower the bathroom so hot it was really unpleasant

Love this place. The staff was great. They offered great advice on visiting the park. The facilities were fantastic. Pool and hot tub were great. I would 100% stay here again if I were within 50 miles. It made our trip to the GC perfect.

Overall, a very nice campground. However, the pool was taken over by young teens and a couple of adults who thought it was OK to play football in the pool. Fun for them very disruptive for everyone else. I asked for some help with my camp sight. The problem was fixed but only after the maintenance person got done laughing at me. Not good.

Less than an hour from the Grand Canyon. Right off the road. Little noise from the road. The store was really nice and helpful staff.

This KOA had excellent Wifi and even cable that other KOAs don't have any more. It is in great location to visit the Grand Canyon. It is well maintained and the staff are friendly. We would definitely visit this KOA again.

MICRO RV spots. It was a nice spot, but we were perched on a hill site/slope so it wasn't easy setting up or leaving. Not a level site at all.

Loved our RV site! Close to the pool and shop. Clean bathrooms and good showers. Loved everything about it, it, and Scarlett liked the addition of the 2nd dog park too.

Great KOA campground that is close to the Grand Canyon and the City of Williams, AZ. The staff was friendly and make delicious coffee.

These folks went out of their way to find us a spot . Camping sites are great, pool and bathrooms are always clean. I would recommend this place to everyone! Very helpful and friendly folks.

Staff was extremely nice. Showers and bathroom were extremely dirty. Overgrown grass everywhere throughout the campground. Campground needs a lot of work. Unfortunately would not stay there again.

Very convenient to the Grand Canyon. The staff in the store were friendly. Sites are close together and the bathrooms need upgrading and could be cleaned more frequently.

Staff is pleasant although Red Cinders, no gravel made for a very dirty stay. not what I was expecting for how much it cost to stay. Neighbors fire pit are placed right on the hook up side of the RV. So when there are enjoying there fire the smoke and sparks are going into the RV. Sparks burn holes in the fabric awning. These fire pits are also next to the sewer line, nice smell.

Nothing open when we arrived at 6:30pm, lots unlevel, grass not cut, fire pit overgrown with weeds, washrooms were a disaster. Left a s soon as we could.

First trip to the west and certainly don't find all the rock and dust inviting. Pool and hot tub was nice. Staff in the store were very polite. Not so much for the staff out and about the campground. If passing by might stop for a night but that's it. The weather was fantastic, really like the nice cool mornings.

Great location for going to the Grand Canyon. Staff was nice and helpful. The showers and restrooms were also good. Would stay here again!

Sites are close together but very clean. Nice restrooms/showers. They have a laundry room but I didn't use it. Great onsite food truck!! Nice dog play areas. Close to the train trip to the Grand Canyon!! Wonderful stay!!
