It's a good clean place to stay to visit the fantastic scenery in the area. Full Hookups were good and cable is a definite plus if you don't have a dish or amplified antenna. Cell signal is poor, so if you're looking to disconnect you're good to go. WFI is available, although very slow, good for checking email. As for you fur-buddy, the dog park is full of foxtails so we did not use.

While the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, wifi was non existant. Technically, while it might have checked all the boxes for a KOA , this place was just a dirt patch!

My Granddaughter and I stayed 1 week. It was okay, but only KOA available at the time. Laundry was occupied by 1 family for several hours. I'm not sure they were even from the KOA. One lady in the office, heavy set, dark hair, acted rude like it was troubling her to answer questions. The other few ladies were very pleasant and helpful. I'd recommend staying at the Circle Pines KOA.

The wifi was terrible (had to stand right by the building) and the site was without any shade. Pool was nice but this campground was just ok.

showers and bath room are in one unit, if you need to go to the bath room and someone is in the shower that is very troublesum. also the fact that there is very little shade is another problem with uneven sites. on a good note Lucy is a greate host, they are lucky to have her.

This KOA is clean and quiet. The employees are very friendly! I do wish the sites were a bit wider. We have slide outs and once they are out we didn't have enough room for an easy up. Some of us still enjoy being outside not in the trailer the entire time.

My wife and I have stayed with you folks several times and we love the park. The newly added cable TV is great, but you really need to upgrade the Wifi, it’s useless. In this day and age, wifi is a requirement. Thanks for having us.

The only reason we won't be coming back to this particular KOA is due to the road conditions. Our 5th wheel took a beating heading west on 40.....that highway is the WORST!! AZ really needs to step up and use those tax dollars to fix roads. Other than that, we liked our stay at the KOA. Won't be back due to road conditions. Sorry...

Although the camp was clean, the campers were way too close together. Our fire pit was very close to neighbors pull out. Also advertised is internet but it barely worked throughout the camp. Internet was better near office but no where else. Convenient to Grand Canyons

Let me start by saying the speed limit is strictly enforced. I’m not sure why there are low and negative reviews. We have stayed here twice just overnight. The bathrooms are clean. We did not use the laundry facilities. The office staff are super friendly. The gentleman that works the outside has been pleasant both times we were here. I would stay here again.

Friendly. Nice shop. Clean, large showers. Bit noisy by freeway, if you are used to it. The hot tub super hot, but nice enough. Fun stuff for kids.

It was a good location and close to Williams. However, there are two problems with it. The Wi-Fi is pretty much nonexistent, even though they advertise that they have it. I understand that people are out in the country to enjoy nature, but sometimes you might need to have access to Wi-Fi, which they say they provide. Also, the poop bag stations were never stocked the whole time we were there.

Easily the cleanest and best maintained Koa site I've seen. The staff was very helpful and nice to boot! Will definitely camp there again if we pass through again.

The internet was terrible and the camping spots were on top of each other. There are much better KOAs out there. They also did not have an attendant for the propane the first day we were there the next day we tried to get some they were out. The attendant was helpful and kind!

Loved the stay and that they didn’t bother everyone all the time. Some campgrounds the people are annoying. They left you alone, left instructions easily and it was nice!!! The only thing is the layout is weird. Our fire pit would have caught the next campers slide out on fire if we used it. Because it is really really tight on a few. But overall just nice….

Campground itself was great - very clean, friendly staff, and quiet. While I understand the lack of water makes keeping any grass alive difficult, the K9 area was full of dangerous foxtails and stickers. Wish they had some artificial turf or even just smooth gravel/dirt in that area to keep paws safe. We would stay here again as the location was perfect.

Being dog friendly does not just mean letting people bring their dogs. It also means being dog safe. Their was not one green area, even those that were between the camp sites that was not full of fox tails. These are very dangerous for dogs and can result in major vet bills or even kill a dog. I was glad I was only there for one night.

It was OK, only thing good is that it is not a bad location for getting to/from the Grand Canyon. There is NO concierge service for getting info or tickets for the Grand Canyon, as advertised on their website. Left a day early. :/

As others have already said, this site is gravel and the wifi is very spotty. The $80 pull through sites were very small. We pull a 16' trailer with a F-150 and had to park the truck sideways to get it out of the way. It felt more like an RV parking lot than a campground. The pros of the site are that it was safe and quiet, and well lit; very easy to find and the staff were courteous.

Convenient to the Grand Canyon and Williams, but disappointed in the wifi situation. It was non existent. If you are looking for wifi in a campground, look elsewhere.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!

Absolutely loved this Koa.., the staff are amazing! Beautiful park, very clean! We are traveling from California to Tennessee , so far it's been the best one yet…
