We loved this KOA! Linda was amazing! Our spot was shady and HUGE! The family style bathrooms were ideal for me as a wheelchair user. The store was fully stocked with all kinds of goodies, including the spatula/burger flipper we forgot to bring. The only two downsides to our stay were the neighbors next to us that were loud and used our site as a path. Their dog howled and barked the entire time

The staff were always cheerful and ready to assist if needed. The campsite/grounds were in excellent condition. We had a great time and plan on visiting again in the future.

The water pressure was very low. My hot water heater wouldn't run because of it. And I paid $5 per person plus each pet for the water so I expected much more. The sites were just red gravel with no concrete pads or patios. I paid the most $ per night than any other KOA on my trip and the park was not worth the money.

Super quiet, large spots with really nice shade trees. We enjoyed our stay. Only down side the squirrels chewed one of our wires causing a 3 hour delay leaving, but the staff helped us with it! Great location between grand Canyon and Williams. Enjoyable, the pool and spa were perfect, the store really one of the best, coffee, donuts, ice cream, gifts, really nice.

The only thing I didn't like about this KOA is the gravel sites. When you wear flip-flops or sandals the gravel gets under your feet and you have to stop and get it out.

The staff here was extremely helpful, they went way above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed at our camp site, when we had an emergency they went out of their way to help us, and we have never been more grateful for such an amazing set of people. This KOA is truly incredible, their employees should be commended for everything they do.

The Management at this Park double booked the spot I paid for and created chaos. I reserved a spot and paid for a pull through spot for a 33 foot RV. I put a note in the app, that I would arrive at 11:00 pm. I received an email confirmation, upon our arrival another camper was in our assigned spot. I called the night clerk and he put me in an open spot. 1 hour later they made me move again!!!!!

Very clean facilities and grounds. People at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Only thing negative we booked a drive thru spot due to extra amenities but was not allowed to use them. We know it wasn’t the parks fault. However, we felt there should have been a discount given due to us booking that spot due to those amenities we paid for.

Our site couldn't have been better. It was clean and very peaceful. The camp was full but we were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery without any unnecessary noise. The staff was professional and obviously take pride in the working and appearance of this camp. We definitely will be returning. The evening wildlife in the adjoining field was also a plus!

Site was red gravel dirt, made a huge mess especially after rain. Office closed at 5 so couldn't get game room equipment. No pool table although advertised. No where near with the nightly fee. Should have been at half at the most. Very disappointing.

This is a beautiful campground, but there is very poor water pressure (I know the water needs to be trucked in but still), and there was very poor internet & next to no internet. This made it hard to do any work

Great location if you are taking the Grand Railway into the Grand Canyon. The facilities were mostly clean, and we were greeted upon arrival. It was pretty quiet. We did hear music from the neighboring gas station in the middle of the night.

Didn't have time to do much there but it was very quiet. Coffee bar was amazing. One Uber driver in the area to take you to Grand Canyon. Office said there is no ride shares at all. Of course it is if he accepts the trip.

Terrible situation with low water pressure. Our washing machine would not work because of insufficient water. Taking a shower was almost impossible. I was washing my hair with just a trickle of water and then there was no water at all. We are seasoned RV’ers and understand low water pressure issues but this was ridiculous. They need to fix this issue.

Camp Host was friendly. Unfortunately the bath houses were not as expected. The toilets and showers were together making it hard for all the people to use the facilities.

This KOA is for smaller RVs, not for a big rig like my 45'. I had to back into my "pull-through" due to tightness of neighbors and trees. Unhooking a tow is a must. Roads are very dusty. Water pressure was very low. Spaces are not very level.

It was a pleasurable stay. I would add ground covering to the dog park. It was very muddy and the gates did not automatically close so at night when I was half asleep at the dog park my husky got out at the other entrance because the door didn't automatically shut behind the last person. The front office lady gets very flustered and verbally aggressive when she's overwhelmed. Very uncomfortable.

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
