The kids enjoyed the pool and large jacuzzi. We appreciated it staying open until 9 in summer since we arrived late. Clean bathrooms were nice. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy other activities.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great pool and hot tub. Nice laundry facility and baths/showers were spotless! WiFi was adequate, which is better than many parks I've been to. Would stay here again for sure.

I was very disappointed. Campground facilities were very run down, bathrooms were dirty and in poor repair, the grounds themselves were not well kept, weeds and overgrowth everywhere, the so-called rules obviously not enforced with clothing/bathing suits hanging from fences. Apparent long term renters with junk everywhere. Not impressed and definitely not worth the $100+ cost of staying there.

Very disappointed with this KOA. After specifically promising good WiFi, it was non existent 80% of the time. There was power surges at times, which luckily did not harm our converter or electrical systems. Camp reception was not up to KOA standards.

Campground was nice and the rv sites were spacious. They had 2 dog parks which was nice, but there was a lot of dog poop left everywhere within it (not the campgrounds fault). The pool was nice and the frozen coffee drinks in the main store was amazing.

The staff is great, very helpful very friendly. The problem I had was there was no water pressure the campsite trucks water in and regulates the water pressure down to 33 psi by the time it gets to the camper. It was below 20 psi very hard to take a shower in your own unit. Other than that, the campsite very clean and well kept staff is running around on golf carts making sure of this.

Definitely not one of the nicer KOA's we've visited... mostly due to it not being well-maintained. There were tall weeds all over the campsites, and the dog park gates were not properly attached so that you could not lock them. Only four small, separate toilet/shower rooms at the main office bldg, and a notice INSIDE indicating location of other facilities. Other likely better choices nearby...

We enjoyed our stay however we did feel that the bathrooms could use a little more attention. Our granddaughter enjoys the play area and always meets new friends.

Staff was really nice very helpful park is laid out perfect my only concern is that not all sites have hook up for sewer I had hook my trailer up drive to the dump site it was an inconvenience for me other than that we had a great time

Not really our cup of tea, our site was a pull in and the power and water were on the opposite side, first night all the power went out granted not their fault though we do appreciate them accommodating our need to leave early due to a family emergency.

Clean park. Attendants were nice. The only problems I had was with WI-FI. The wifi was awful. Very slow, continuously disconnected. Cell service (verizon) was spotty but that had nothing to do with the camp. All in all good experience.

We were on a family road trip. We had to reserve our spot at the last minute. The website was easy peasy lemon squeezy! The campground was clean, quiet and lovely. Plenty of bathrooms. Pretty well spaced sites. We were right next to our neighbors, with no privacy, so if we'd stayed longer than 1 night, it may have been weird, but it was only 1 night. After hours check went smoothly.

A quick overnight on our way back to So Cal. I will warn everyone the I-40 is trashed and will beat you and your rig up. This has nothing to do with the KOA We will stay there again once the roads are repaired. Also Az 130 is trashed Huge potholes on both roads.

We stayed a week. The showers/bathrooms were frequently dirty due to lots of people using them. We did not try the pool, so not sure how that was, but there were a few people in it each day. The game room has a pool table, but you need to pay 75 cents to play and the table didn't look that good. Also, if you want to use one of their pool cues, you have to put down a $10.00 bill, which you get back

We enjoyed our stay with an easy check in and finding our spot was easy. The public facilities could be cleaner but weren’t bad overall. The kids enjoyed using the pool everyday when it wasn’t raining, too. Our stay was great and central to all the locations we wanted to see while visiting the Williams area!

Back in site was too small for our 24 ft RV. Muddy and uneven too. Wouldn't change us to another site without upgrading even though other sites vacant. Staff not friendly or helpful. Felt like a bait and switch $$. Otherwise camp not too bad.

I guess it's my own fault not to recognize or catch it, however my site had water hook-up and electric hook up. I did not notice that it did not have a sewer hook up also. For some reason it's been by experience to assume that water, electric, and sewer were a package deal, my mistake! You can bet I will not make that mistake again. There was a dump station as we left, however it's not the same

The stay was ok. Campsites were a good size. The facilities need some updating and activities for kids was a little lacking. There is one small playground for the entire campground but the heated pool was a nice alternative.

Not a bad place to stay. No individual sewer hookups. Only 1 at exit on the opposite side of coach. Wi-Fi is horrible!!! It was hot out so we stayed indoors and watched dvd’s.

We stayed for 11 days,the staff went above and beyond thier duties to accommodate us. Thank you for a nice stay. The pool was very clean.

We booked a pull thru site but were given a site too short. We found a nice open pull through but we're told to move. We did, and the 60 foot pull through was reserved by a van. Poor scheduling ruined our trip there.

The ladies in the office were extremely nice in making the reservation and answering any questions we had. Easy in and out, good campground. Stayed only one night but would stay again if back in the area.

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩

The staff was amazing. The site was soft lump dirt. There were lots of thorns on the ground.
