We arrived late and everything was prepared. Shower rooms were a bit chilly in the morning. Laundry machines and dryers worked great

An absolutely well-maintained park! From the moment you pull on to the property, you can see the difference between this and many other campgrounds. The location is very convenient for seeing the Grand Canyon. Kudos to the owners and staff for putting in the effort to make this an excellent experience!

The campground is nicely situated between the lovely Route 66 town of Williams and the south entrance to the Grand Canyon.

Very nice campground with friendly staff. Wi-fi service was spotty at best. Everything else met it exceeded our expectations.

Jan rocks! Me and my family of 6 stopped by for a 3 night stay to explore the Grand Canyon, and my children absolutely loved the rec room. We shopped around a bit inside the general store/front office where my daughter found some hidden easter eggs with some tasty surprises. I can honestly say we look forward to coming back and can't wait to see Jan and her hospitality light up the room again.

Quiet, but wifi is poor, no cell phone reception, dump station messy and on wrong side, gas and propane prices too high.

Unfortunately, there was a storm and freezing temperatures when we arrived but we were glad with the service we received.

Clean park. Good location. No water pressure. Not much personalized service like we have had at other KOAs. Find your own spot, take your own trash. Check-in was fine but missing the warm welcome and interest in helping us with things to do in the area.

This campground was clean, quiet and we rally enjoyed our time here. We will definitely be back. Seeing improvements and excited to see what is new next time we camp

Sites are not levelled at all nor are the surfaces appropriate. Water pressure problems regularly. Fine for a few nights if you are planning a back and forth to the Grand Canyon but not more…

There were dogs running to my dog and I. Their owner tried to block me and my dog from From 3 barking and mean dogs. We were in spot 1 they were in 3 sites across from dog park. They were to busy in office to hear my concern.

Clean. Friendly staff. Not a big fan of the cinder parking pads. Tracked a lot of them into the coach no matter how hard we tried to wipe our feet. Internet is spotty at best, and our T-Mobile cell service was iffy too, making it hard to use as a hot spot, so take note if that’s important to you

It was amazing the showers were hot, the laundry room was clean and easy, and the people were nice. We were sad that we didn’t get to see the pool, but staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our site was good and the lady that checked us in was terrific!! But, the laundry room and machines were disgustingly dirty, and all of the other employees we came in contact with were very stand offish.

Service was bad, everything was overpriced, no free coffee and danish like the other KOA we stayed at and doesn't open until 9am, bathrooms were really dirty. The pool and hot tub were still close. We went to play pool and the mat had holes. The price of propane is exaggerated. There should of been an off season price. We didn't get what we paid for, very dissappointed, expected more from KOA.

Het was echt een mooie Camping. Super goed geregeld lekker duidelijk en mooie ruime plekken. De wc en douches waren heerlijk schoon. En de grand canyon is echt maar ander half uur rijden met de camper. Wij hebben genoten !

Office closed early and wi-fi didn't work. Overnight staffperson was responsive and friendly, but the place was otherwise pretty isolated.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
