We were given a small pull-in site. Not ideal. The restrooms were dated, and the staff was not super friendly. There is a new KOA down the road where I wish we would’ve stayed.

Sites & available sewer very limited. Sites not leveled well. With Grand Canyon in vicinity, seems like Improvements would be beneficial.

The bathroom situation was not good. Only 3 of 5 permanent bathroom/showers were open. The others were out of order. The open bathrooms were continually filthy. They need a deep cleaning.

Bathrooms were the dirtiest we’ve ever experience. Bathrooms were never properly cleaned the three days we were there. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING AT THE KOA!

All staff I encountered at this koa was the most helpful and courteous..facility was clean,quiet and well maintained..kudos to the housekeeping lady(didn't get her name) for all the help with the maps and attractions in the area..This is a top notch KOA..

This was a lovely campground. Very well maintained- great staff- good size sites. Easy access to the Grand Canyon. The town of Williams has lots of restaurants!

We had a great stay! The store was well stocked, the pool was amazing, the dog pens were fun, and family bathrooms were clean. We traveled from California to Virginia and back, all in KOAs. This one was the most enjoyable. Thanks!

Fantastic store. Fantastic pool. Great hardworking staff. Family oriented. Really quiet. Lots of bathrooms and showers which are clean but a bit worn.

Actually we stayed there twice, before visiting the Grand Canyon, and again after. Loved the staff, pool was great! Will stay again.

I only stayed one night so it's hard to rate something I didn't experience much. I did notice the family bathrooms which are a great idea, roomy , Out of the 5 in the main building 2 were out of order. They were clean but need some TLC to make them really presentable. I have stayed at a lot of KOA's and most of them are the same condition. It was nice and quiet and we felt comfortable.

Nancy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The ice cream in the store was a delight on a hot day. Nice hot tub.

Nice people and nice park. We had thought about cancelling this reservation after staying at Hurricane KOA in Utah because it was terrible. We're glad we didn't.

The site was clean and easy for set up. Somewhat difficult to level our travel trailer. The local representatives left at 5pm, therefore questions about laundry services were somewhat suspectable to improvement. We did have difficulty with cable services in the area.

Nice park in a good location. The grounds were well kept and reflected the Arizona vibe. This KOA is conveniently located right next to a gas station. This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting the Grand Canyon.

Two night stay while we visited the Grand Canyon. Didn't get to try the pool or hot tub, but the laundry was very nice and clean and all machines operated well. Bathroom/showers were nice & clean, with several available. Quiet. Little bit difficult to park RV level on gravel lot, but not too bad. Staff was very friendly & courteous.

Deceiving from the road lots of spaces. Passing by several times in the last 5 yr and always wanted to stay. This time I got to while coming from Monument Valley. Very quiet at night, spaces nice and wide. Work campers very helpful. Location very convenient to town. Glad I got to stay a few days.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice campground. We had an extra wide preferred site. Didn’t care for the red gravel used on the sites - messy RV and messy dog paws. Quiet and clean. Perfect location for visiting local sights, including the Grand Canyon. No cell service at all (Verizon). Would stay there again if in the area and would recommend to others. Downtown Williams is cute and we loved Bearizona.

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩

The staff was amazing. The site was soft lump dirt. There were lots of thorns on the ground.
