Great location. They could capitalize on, but narrow unlevel sites with fire pits next to adjoining site is a plan for disaster. Not to mention the WiFi boosters not working. Overpriced underdelivered

We had some problems with our trailer and the staff directed us to a business that came and fixed the problem. I and my husband are very grateful for that.

Had a great stop over. We stayed there 5 years ago and it’s still in great condition. Staff is very friendly, but didn’t seem to knowledgeable of the area except for the Canyon!

Ok location. But no Cellular phone service here. Very bad WiFi Service. Park needs to upgrade there WiFi service

The positive, Friendly workers, clean bathrooms and nice family atmosphere. The negative, site not level at all, picnic tables and fire rings right next to neighbors black drain lines and drain pipes sitting at least 8” above ground. Makes it very hard to drain your tanks.

Really enjoyed our stay. Was a very clean and QUIET campground. My wife especially liked the laundry area. The only issue that we had was with an inconsistent WiFi…otherwise all was good!

CG's are hard to get anywhere near the Grand Canyon, so this was good. I've come to expect a certain standard with KOA. Nice park but the unlevel crushed rock campsites were horrible. It wouldn't take much work to smooth things out and pack them down a bit. It was like walking on crushed glass. My dog wouldn't get out of the camper. Reviews to me are based on overall value. $80+ way to high.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Staff was lovely and accommodations were pretty good. It was the perfect distance from the Grand Canyon. You can also access Sedona quite easily. If you stay here the trip to Walnut Creek National Monument is worth the time and effort!

Great location laundromat was clean bathrooms need to be updated k9 area drastically needs updating compared to other Koa places. Store was very nice and updated Wi-Fi needs to be updated poor service cable worked great

We stayed here after our other plans fell through. It was fine for 1 night, but it was very run down. Bathrooms were not clean and the site left a lot to be desired.

We stayed 5 nights. Good location but spots are small and not much for trees or shade. Store was great and staff were very friendly and helpful. We could not use our awning because of high winds and we were not allowed to use the firepit either due to high winds. Our site was located far from the main office so the WiFi was very slow and often didn't work. Cell service was also poor.

For $100.00 a night full hookup campsite, at least the camp site should have been paved. No grass areas to walk dogs. The park was a dust bowl. I would not recommend this park to anyone. It's a tourist rip off.

the office staff was great, but our space did not accommodate our RV and tow vehicle. It was a pile of rubble, too expensive, about twice the amount of the privately owned RV parks.

Our spot was fine, lots of room, cable TV works, WiFi not so much. We were at the end of the row farthest from buildings. Check in was easy, friendly staff.

The staff was amazing and so helpful! Easy and friendly checkin, our site was very clean and easy set up. We wanted to do a tour somewhere and Jan helped us book a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon. It was AMAZING!! BEST KOA so far!

Straight shot to Grand Canyon & close to Williams for dining/shopping. Camping in red dust/gravel. Laundry room needs cleaning & updating. Very limited phone & wifi service. Low water pressure. Pricey for what you get.

The staff is friendly and the lady that took my reservation was super sweet. The Grand Canyon name might conjure images of beauty, but it is nothing like that. The facility feels more like a parking on the side of the road rather than a true campground. There are no true RV pads. You are parking on dirt. The functioning showers were not very clean. A+ for Friendly - but no frills!

Trois dollars (3$) pour l'utilisation d'un laveuse trop cher. À Las Vegas KOA at Sam's Town Journey, le même service pour 1,75 $.

Handy for an overnight off I-40. Friendly staff. Brand new utilities. Quiet since it is five miles north of the freeway. Lowest cost KOA in area.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
