Nice campground. The patio sites were very nice and level. The non patio sites were a little tight and not level. It has two dog parks.

Really good stay. Helpful friendly staff. Located an easy 50 mile drive from the Grand Canyon. Lots to do like swim, hot tub and dog walk.

Excellent KOA, nice staff that welcomed us and shared ideas! Store was full of fun gift ideas and necessities. Our site was beautiful, grill, patio and level parking. we went to Grand Canyon and was picked up at KOA office. Everything was fabulous. Bathrooms, showers and grounds were all kept very well. Met staff and manager and were treated so nicely. Met other campers and enjoyed trading notes

The store has just about everything I could have asked for or wanted and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, the RV campsites are far from level. I didn't want to bother setting up my leveling blocks since I was coming and going multiple times, but every other RV I saw had to use them. It's dirt. Leveling the sites out can't be that complicated.

Friendly staff, well maintained property with all amenities with extra bathroom/showers available. Note most of the RV spaces to the left of the office are not level. I had to level up 2” on one side of the back in spots.

We love the fresh donuts! The pool and hot tub are great but it was too cold to use them this visit. The people at the desk are very nice and friendly. And we appreciate them getting us another night on short notice.

Nice campground. About one hour drive to South Rim Village. Staff was very friendly and responsive. They have a coffee bar and mini donuts for purchase. Pool and hot tub was a nice bonus.

Katie was very nice when we checked in! Super helpful in helping us find a small propane bottle. Campground was clean and quiet. Bathrooms were clean as well.

Very friendly staff. When I booked online I reserved a space that did not have sewer hookup. When we checked in we realized my mistake, and they moved me to a space that had full hookup. There are a lot of complaints about the red lava rock in the spaces, but we didn’t have any issues, we put out our outdoor carpet under entrance to our trailer and the dust and rocks didn’t get in.

This was definitely one of the most beautiful KOA campgrounds we’ve ever been in! The grounds were in pristine shape, the campsites were just perfect! The staff were ALL first class! They made us feel so special! I would recommend this campground to anyone and everyone!

Due to the location of a tree on our site, the very cooperative site staff agreed to keep the site in front of us open so we could pull through it when we left. The gas grills were a wonderful addition and well maintained. Highly recommend this KIA!

The workers were super nice and friendly, and the camp store was great. Very little water and asked people to conserve. There was basically no internet or wifi even at the camp office building. Pool wasn't ready, and basically nothing for adults to do.

Great people work here, very friendly. Sites are very clean and whole campground is also. Patio sites are great, regular sites are a little small. In a dead zone for Verizon but it was nice to sit outside with a campfire.

I was refused a pull thru site even if paying the price and was forced to unhook my rig after a long day on the road to fit the dinky site I was forced to accept. The lights in the overflow restrooms did not work so a flashlight was required day and night to see what one was doing! I deeply resent the electronic pad information collector that wanted my birth date (I lied)! Never again.

Katie at the front welcomed us wth a warm welcome and went out of her way to make our stay there a wonderful experience. Everyone we met who worked there was friendly and helpful. It’s super clean and on the way to the Grand Canyon. ( about an hour away from the South Rim). Highly recommend this KOA! Wish all of the KOA’s were like this one!

We had booked our stay here at least 6 months in advance, planning carefully from one campground to the next. When I booked the check in time was 1 pm. A week prior I got a reminder email and at the very bottom it said check in was 3 pm. I made 2 phone calls and they refused to make any accommodation for an earlier check in. All I know is the campground remained at 50% occupancy the whole visit.

Left the heat in Havasu and came up to Williams to cool down. It seems we are always staying at this KOA during the off season so no pool or hot tub... we might get it right one of these days. Seems like they got some new staff and are busily preparing for a busy summer. This KOA is close to Flagstaff, half hour drive as well as historic Williams and Route 66.

The bathrooms were nice and clean. The camp store had beautiful decor, but would be nice to have more food options. The red rock placed at camp sites was very messy and tracked into camper. White rock might be a better option.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and clean. The spaces are very narrow and the space I was assigned was only, barely, long enough for my 36ft 5th wheel. I had to park my pickup at the office. The spaces at the other end of the park are more spacious.

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
