Don't know what would happen if it rains in those spots. Base rock or pea gravel isn't that expensive and would make a world of diff. Customer Service/staff was excellent. Great location. Very quiet. Store was really nice. Would stay again as long as rain not in forcast.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The lot sizes could be bigger as the next to us, # 72 had a firepit uncomfortably close to us in # 73. Our last night was not a good one as the occupant of lot # 72 decided to depart at 4 AM by starting to prepare for his next drive at 2 AM, banging doors, waving a flashlight and warming up a very loud engine for 2 45 minute sessions. Ban customer!

We had a group of 3 rv's, each in our own site. We all had a great time. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Camp site was great. Clean bathroom/showers. We will defiantly stay there again. Keep up the great work!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. There was a lost dog during our stay and everyone pitched it to help find him. He was found and returned. That says alot about this staff.

My fault, I didn’t read how far it was from the park. We were in a bind and needed a place and they had an opening. Basically a parking lot for campers. The showers were hot and clean.

Very over priced sites which were uneven and not even close to level . For $100 a night I expected a level parking spot . Dogs barked all night long 2 nights in a row and there is a very loud low rumble noise that almost sounds like a night club bass sound that was all night for 2 nights. To date my most disappointing KOA stay anywhere. The dog yard was nice and very clean

Restrooms were not clean, the grounds were poorly maintained, the parking spot was mostly clay which luckily was dry and it didn’t rain. There were only 4 showers for the entire camp and only 5 functioning toilets. We won’t be back.

Sites needed grading. Had ruts in the dirt. Also couldn’t get Wi-Fi to work. Everyone was very nice and would stay there again.

Very helpful staff. We let them know we would be arriving late and they responded promptly with the info on the night check in. We were close to our in laws which made it nice to visit each other. Campground was clean and kept up. Restrooms & showers were clean and functional. Was a fun & relaxing stay a long with visiting the Grand Canyon.

Well kept trailer sites. Ours was a pull through so that was very nice. More showers would be helpful, but the ones that were there were kept clean and in good condition. Friendly, helpful staff. I would recommend this KOA.

I booked two sites and you split up my party. I was there 3 nights with the site next to me empty 2 out of the 3. Poor managers

The staff were very friendly and they were very knowledgeable about the area. The facilities were clean and well kept. This location is about 45 min away from Grand Canyon, tho there were other campgrounds closer to the Grand Canyon, we really recommend this campground.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Grounds are well kept and the restrooms are super clean.The location is scenic and a bit isolated which makes it perfect for a vacation get away .I would recommend this K.O.A. to anyone visiting the Grand Canyon

The camp site was ok, wish it was just a little more level. It was difficult to see the camp site since it was snowing and dark when we arrived. It was nice to have a heated hose bib cover due to the really cold weather. The on-site store was Great! Had nice and interesting items for sale and the grocery area was well stocked with good pricing.

Easy location off 40. Very accommodating to bigger rigs. Good location outside of the Grand Canyon area, just 48 miles from the park. Very friendly staff.

Very clean and quite campground less than an hour from the Grand Canyon South Rim Entrance. We arrived before "season" which meant the pool and hot tub were not functioning yet due to nights that still were below freezing. The site itself was rocked with a firepit and picnic table. LOVED the dog park area even though it was muddy during our stay

I stayed 6 nights to visit GC and was not pleased with this KOA. My biggest complaint was the sites are not reasonably level. All short term visitors are put on these sites. The bathrooms need to be upgraded and cleaned better. The host was friendly and very accommodating. The store had everything I needed. Again, this KOA being located close to GC, I expected better.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
