We rented a cabin for one night stay on our way to Zion from Tucson, Az. Cabin was nice and comfortable, even had the heater on for us when we arrived late afternoon! Bathrooms/showers were good too, nice and warm, clean. My only complaints are that the lady working in KOA store was somewhat rude and abrupt when we walked in at closing time. Also, coffee bar did not open until after 9am

This was a wonderful stay. The deluxe cabin was immaculate and well-appointed. The site was quiet and peaceful - about a 10-minute drive outside of Williams, one hour to the Grand Canyon. There is a rec room and bikes for the kids. The pool was closed during our early spring visit. Lovely location. Glad we came!

We were greeted with a smile! Very accommodating staff who helped us with checking in, answering questions, and made us feel very welcome. Property was clean, bathrooms very clean, and sites maintained very well. We will stay here again!

I've stayed at this kampground numerous times, and every time I am greeted warmly by the staff, and made welcome. The facilities are always spotless and the kampground itself is kept clean. I enjoy seeing all the families spending time together, and children playing on the playground. KOA's are great for families and growing closer together with those you love!

It was ok but for an open all year the store wasn’t open very many hours and didn’t have very many food items to buy for a quick meal. Cabin was cold in middle of night even with heater. Door let in a lot of cold air. Bathroom had broken heat knob, light quit and faucet dripping. Lots little things needed repair

We had a great stay at KOA Journey. The only down side is the loft area ceiling is too low. On our last day there is NO WIFI, our checkout time is not until 11am but WIFI is already OFF, other than that it was nice.

The KOA representative was very helpful with any information I needed regarding the campsite and touring. The coffee shop was awesome. I would come back to this KOA and recommend it.

The porta-john near the tent sites had a nauseous chemical smell. My tent site was covered with stickers that poked through the floor of my tent and made it very painful for my dog to walk. The staff nicely moved me to a cabin, yet it had no lfridge.

There was a fire ban out which isn’t the KOA fault at all but we were unaware. We went to the front lobby and they sold us firewood. We went back to our cabin and started the fire and immediately a guy came and told us about the fire ban. Why sell us firewood and not tell us about the ban? We bought 2 beds with linens,EXPENSIVE..BECAUSE. my son slept on kitchen floor. Neither if us were told a ladder and ceiling we had to crawl to bed and my son,35,6 ft tall was hitting ceiling while sitting on the bed.i have photos!!!! WE DIDNT USE UPSTAIRS. IM 73 osteoporosis and NO WAY going down a ladder 4 times in a night. Waste of money and NOT OK to sell without explaining situation of 2

We stay here every year in one of your small camping cabins. They are very comfortable and the location is perfect for all the activities in the area that we like to do. Kaibab Lake is right down the road and is a great place to hike. The employees are always very friendly and helpful.

Always love our stays at this campground! It’s wonderful, the staff is wonderful and we love how dog friendly KOAs are to our Golden Retriever. Thanks KOA! We will always be KOA fans and will always stay at KOAs on our travels.

It was VERY relaxing! The beds were comfy, cabin was spacious and clean, Wi-Fi was strong and though we didnt use them often, it was nice to have a TV to turn on when we wanted to zone out for a bit. Our biggest issue was the water pressure. we've stayed at several KOAs over the years and this one was probably the worst. I felt like washing our hands, dishes or showers took 4x longer!

We have stayed here many times, this may have been the least favorable stay to date. The bathrooms were very gross, not sure what the cleaning schedule is, but they were gross first thing in the morning and in the afternoon. To the point of checking multiple before being able to use one. Additionally, the grounds were very overgrown. The current condition would make me stay elsewhere next time.

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
