Office closed early and wi-fi didn't work. Overnight staffperson was responsive and friendly, but the place was otherwise pretty isolated.

We only stayed a couple of nights just to visit the Grand Canyon which was about an hour away, so this place was perfect for that. Very nice staff. Quiet campground.

Excellent showers and laundry facilities. Would liked to have water at the dumping station, but realize that cold weather prohibits that.

This was our first time venturing into Arizona with our new travel trailer. We absolutely loved our stay at this KOA. Even with the exciting weather (65MPH winds throughout the night) it was wonderful. We especially enjoyed LUCY : ) she is a fabulous addition to your site and she made our stay so great. We look forward to coming back to visit Lucy again! Great employees make a great impact!!!

I have to say that the people who work there were terrific. They recognize that there are elderly people and go above and beyond to help. They offer help. You never had to ask. The general store was also an added attraction. It was a very nice place. The grounds were well maintained.

Really nice campground but the spaces were a little too small. It was very difficult to park both our tow vehicle and camper in the space provided. Otherwise it was a great stay.

KOA is flat and clean. Did not use amenities as we are in a full size RV. Something needs to be done to improve the WiFi, it disconnects from the internet too often to be usable, add to that, 1 bar of cell signal, it is kinda hard to stay in contact with family. only there one night camp ground was clean. i liked the dog park area. there were three dogs running loose and was a nuisence sometimes around our dog which we kept on a leash as per the rules of the camp grouind.

Probably the least pleasant experience at any KOA. The place is not well laid out - access to pull throughs is very narrow crowded. The pull through itself was not level at all and even with leveling boards could not level our fifth wheel. Perfect place for a layover to visit Grand Canyon and the town of Williams. Very clean on the most part.

Good stay. Nice facilities, nice store, level spaces. All good. Only thing is that sewage lines have to be elevated off the ground and their store didn't have any sake risers for sale. We'll definitely stay there again.

Internet and Verizon reception were very weak. Sites were too small....Fire rings were within 1 foot of the next site. Staff was courteous but did not have much to work with. Grand Canyon is at least 1 hour away.

Hi, great place! Clean, lots of amenities, very courteous staff. Also, partnering with the Circle Pines KOA was an additional bonus! Kids enjoyed it. The Internet seems to be not easily accessible in the evening. We get that reception is an issue in the mountains, but it seemed as though it was "turned down," and in the am, we would start receiving msgs about 5 am. Overall, will be coming bac

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
