The camp hosts are kind and helpful. The bathrooms were so messy, crusty, and not well kept up. The pup play yard was great. Quiet hours were well observed. We would stay again.

The campground was great, the staff was great. Even with the excessive wind that weekend and the un-invited visitor slithering through our site, we had a good time!

Great campsite. We really enjoyed our stay here! Close to Williams & the Grand Canyon! Very nice gift shop & pool/bbq area. Dump station is easy to access near propane station. Very convenient that a Chevron station is close by too for gas & diesel.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin. Very nice layout, perfect for our family. Very nice staff. Pool was great and the hot tub is amazing (large and warm, but not TOO hot.) Keep in mind that the cabin's kitchen has the bare minimum of what you need. Pots and pans, a few plates and utensils. But be sure to keep the menu simple. Don't expect anything to serve food on and bring your own salt and pepper.

were next to family with 3+child under 5. I have 5 grands < five so listening to a 3/4 year old SCREAM over an hour outside our camper/not normal. the office was closed no help avail. hope child was on spectrum/autism because otherwise there is NO excuse for this screaming. the family had already been there for a few days/ would have been nice not to be placed near. maybe call auth if ongoing

I brought 5 kids ranging from 4 to 13 tent camping with me to spend time and see the Grande Canyon. The kids enjoyed the playground and amenities so much the Grande Canyon was a shortened time to get back to camp. At the end of the stay I ended up with a dead car battery. The maintenance crew came to my rescue and gave us a jump, they were so helpful and my daughter even got a lesson on car care.

We love the cooler altitude at Grand Canyon KOA. Love having a fire-it at our site & enjoyed walking among the trees. The KOA store also had some interesting things to buy that other KOA's don't have. Everyone was extremely friendly in the store & office. This KOA is one of our favorites along the I-40

It was good, not great. The place needs a facelift since it looks neglected but the pool is the star of the show. Needs a new skimmer though since the one there is broken and made cleaning the pool difficult.

Accommodations were fine and the amenities were fine. The staff wasn’t friendly and seemed put off by questions, even on the phone. There was also no area information or weather information anywhere.

Stayed two days at this very clean and friendly campground. We have been here 4 times now and would definitely go again. We have stayed at rv sites and the cabins all being positive experiences.

Great clean and spacious KOA. Easy in and out for big RV. Premium sites available. Only downfall is red dirt everywhere which is typical for area however I would love it more if premium sites had cement patio areas. Otherwise staff and location is perfect.

The foxtail weeds were a concern to us with our dog. Although the weeds had been cut down, there were still some foxtail barbs. Otherwise, the stay was perfect.

Quiet area away from Interstate. Has recycling bin. Good location as base for touring Williams, Flagstaff, Prescott and Sedona. Staff friendly. Park maintained good.

We had a great site and Haley was super friendly at the camp office. Food service was excellent! We had good choices and food was delivered to our door!! We will come here again!! All amenities were good fir us here!!

The campgrounds are beautiful, well kept with level gravel sites. Trees add shade. The office has lots of items needed to make your stay wonderful, with a big pool and laundry facilities. Convenient to visiting the Grand Canyou and the quaint town of Williams.

The guy at the counter was very pleasant and funny. I walked off without my key to find a bathroom and when I returned he had placed it on my car handle- cute!

Nice KOA. Site was a pull through with full hookups. Plenty of room for my towed vehicle. The campground is approximately 51 mi from the Grand Canyon. It can be a little noisy with some of the traffic on the highway which it is right next to. Camp store was very nice Lounge area fireplace. Laundry room and Facilities were good. Restrooms showers were adequate. I would stay again if I was that way.

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
