Great location if you are taking the Grand Railway into the Grand Canyon. The facilities were mostly clean, and we were greeted upon arrival. It was pretty quiet. We did hear music from the neighboring gas station in the middle of the night.

Everything was good with the exception of how close to the main road it was. The loud noise from the traffic was pretty bad.

Didn't have time to do much there but it was very quiet. Coffee bar was amazing. One Uber driver in the area to take you to Grand Canyon. Office said there is no ride shares at all. Of course it is if he accepts the trip.

Even if an hour away from the Grand Canyon, the place is great if you're traveling inn RV.

Terrible situation with low water pressure. Our washing machine would not work because of insufficient water. Taking a shower was almost impossible. I was washing my hair with just a trickle of water and then there was no water at all. We are seasoned RV’ers and understand low water pressure issues but this was ridiculous. They need to fix this issue.

Friendly staff. Very clean sites and bathrooms!! Would like to see the bike options upgraded. They are all pretty beat up and rundown.

Camp Host was friendly. Unfortunately the bath houses were not as expected. The toilets and showers were together making it hard for all the people to use the facilities.

This was our first experience camping with KOA. Even though this campground didn’t have all the bells and whistles of the neighboring koa we had a great experience. I loved that the pool and jacuzzi were never really crowded during our stay. The laundry facility is open all night which was great. Larry was so kind and helpful! He is such an asset to the Willams KOA.

This KOA is for smaller RVs, not for a big rig like my 45'. I had to back into my "pull-through" due to tightness of neighbors and trees. Unhooking a tow is a must. Roads are very dusty. Water pressure was very low. Spaces are not very level.

Great amenities. Sites were clean. Park was quiet. Wish things were open longer than 5PM. Pool and hot tub were fantastic.

The cabin was nice. The only thing was I did choose this KOA because of the activities listed for my son. He was excited and then when we got there they did not have any of the activities in the game room listed on the web site. Also the store closes pretty early.

It was a pleasurable stay. I would add ground covering to the dog park. It was very muddy and the gates did not automatically close so at night when I was half asleep at the dog park my husky got out at the other entrance because the door didn't automatically shut behind the last person. The front office lady gets very flustered and verbally aggressive when she's overwhelmed. Very uncomfortable.

Hot tub was not hot. And there should be no one under 18 in the hot tub.

Good stay, but air didn't work very well. Big chip out of toilet seat exposing the press board. I let the lady at desk know and she put in a work order. Good location.

My son was harassed by an office employee. Questioning him as if he should be on the property. A child shouldn’t be questioned like that. The pavement was bad that our trailer sunk and we had to rearrange the trailer. Never again!

My husband and I had the best time at Williams KOA being our first time camping and in an RV. Papa Miracle, as we liked to call him, was extremely helpful and attentive. He made our first time a breeze and my husband was grateful to have learned new things about operating an RV. The facility itself is amazing with the amenities and friendly people. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the simple cabins. It was great. The bathrooms were fine. They had cable and we thought we would roast in the Arizona heat but of boy it was freezing at night so bring a blanket. It was actually a shocking surprise, a good reprieve from the afternoon heat.

The cabin was ok.. the porch needed repairs and the door needs repair. The bathroom ( beside cabin 2) was absolutely disgusting! I had not been cleaned on the day of our arrival and was not cleaned our entire stay, which was two nights. We did report it to management and still nothing was done. I will stay at KOA again, just not this one.

A fun and great campsite! Kids loved the clean pool and playground. Lots of space to walk pups and cute dog parks. They had bicycles and go karts to rent. Quiet and peaceful with friendly people and great coffee.

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
