Always love our stays at this campground! It’s wonderful, the staff is wonderful and we love how dog friendly KOAs are to our Golden Retriever. Thanks KOA! We will always be KOA fans and will always stay at KOAs on our travels.

It was VERY relaxing! The beds were comfy, cabin was spacious and clean, Wi-Fi was strong and though we didnt use them often, it was nice to have a TV to turn on when we wanted to zone out for a bit. Our biggest issue was the water pressure. we've stayed at several KOAs over the years and this one was probably the worst. I felt like washing our hands, dishes or showers took 4x longer!

The people and the grounds are very nice. The restroom were kept relatively well cleaned. I give it moderate rating, however, because the tent area is about 75 feet (or less) from a road that people use to get to work - starting at 5:30 am. That includes trucks. We stayed the Sunday and Monday nights of Labor Day weekend and Sunday was not too bad. But, come Monday morning it was really noisy.

Was assigned a spot on the south end of the campground. A pull through, forced camper entry to face southwest, thus getting slammed by the sun throughout the day. The south end of the campground needs more shade. The north end of the campground is better shaded. Staff was friendly and helpful. Campground was clean and well maintained.

The staff was very professional. Before we arrived, we read some of the reviews by past customers and were a little concerned about the campground. When we checked in, the staff was great, internet good, and the site had full hookups. Cell phone coverage was minimal, but the KOA is in a low area with mountains surrounding the campground We really enjoyed the stay.

We stayed for a month. Very peaceful with the exception of the road nearby which had traffic to and from the direction of the Grand Canyon. Great management staff. We would stay again.

RV's are packed super tight together, no privacy. Very little shade. Noisy road nearby. Location is good. Amenities were adequate.

Nice campground with large spaces. 2 nice dog parks and the pool and hot tub were great! The camp store was very nice and we enjoyed the coffee bar. 2 bathrooms were out of order which was inconvenient for a busy holiday weekend, but the bathroom trailer by one of the dog parks was never busy and surprisingly nice.

We have stayed here many times, this may have been the least favorable stay to date. The bathrooms were very gross, not sure what the cleaning schedule is, but they were gross first thing in the morning and in the afternoon. To the point of checking multiple before being able to use one. Additionally, the grounds were very overgrown. The current condition would make me stay elsewhere next time.

When I arrived they had no record of my reservation even though I had received confirmation and showed the clerk the pending charge on my credit card account and the confirmation email from them. I had to pay again. I then had to dispute the first charge with my card company. Unacceptable!

Great time, loved the pool and friendly staff. Struggled a little with the lack of transport options into Williams amd had to unhitch our RV every time we needed to get into town. A number of bathrooms/showers were out of order and did not seem to get fixed during our stay and so had to be patient waiting for the few that were working to be free.

Camping vraiment génial, la piscine et le jacuzzi sont bien chauffés, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Il y a des salles de bain privées pour se doucher, recharger son téléphone, etc.

Great location for going to the Grand Canyon. Staff was nice and helpful. The showers and restrooms were also good. Would stay here again!
