Site #5 was not level. 30 or more gopher holes. at our site. Two nights were 80.00 and two nights were 85.00. Unacceptable for the site. We’ll never stay here again.

I stayed at this campground for two nights September 15-17 and the last morning I found my RV toilet was clogged and I called but R V Repair and he said he could be there between 11 and 12 PM check out is 11 I asked for extended check out and they said they couldn’t accommodate me so I ended up paying for another night so I could have access to a sewer line and water. I am a member of KOA.

We really enjoyed our stay from the employees to the amenities and general location. We are excited to book another adventure soon. We had a cabin closer to the bathrooms, and the wind definitely gave you a whiff of a more unpleasant smell - our only complaint (minimal).

We stayed in the preferred area which had large sites. Enjoyed the nice trees! Only issue was the people in site 30 by the dog park. There was a large dog tied unattended outside the trailer, and it barked consistently at us the every time we were in the dog run with our dog. No one ever came to quite it down. Told the lady in the office but it doesn't seem like anything was done about it.

Campground was clean, 1 hour from Grand Canyon. They make the best espresso drinks. Staff was friendly and attentive to camper needs

We really enjoyed our relaxing stay. Employees are very helpful and attentive. I fell in love with their Coffee bar! Coffee was very tasty!

We enjoyed our stay in a couples camping cabin, plenty of restrooms and water hydrants at convenient locations,beside a fairly busy road but that didn't bother us much!!

We needed to do laundry at night. The laundry room closed at 6:00. The mattress was so bad. They need to get new mattresses.

Nice park in a great location. Only issue was the site had large ruts/holes that could not be avoided - the RV leaned to one side; had to elevate the tires.

We love this KOA! The KOA staff are all super friendly and the campground is spotlessly clean and really lovely. This was our 2nd stay here and we will definitely be back for more. Thanks for being so dog friendly KOA! Our Golden Retriever loves her KOA stays as much as we do.

It would have gotten a 5 but the wifi is absolute garbage and my credit card number was used fraudulently. I only used the card at the campground and no other place. I made my reservation over the phone and verbally gave my credit card number. I’m afraid that it was written down and then used for other purchases. Pretty shameful.

Rest assured that we do NOT write down credit card numbers, they are immediately entered into the computer and then we can only see the last four digits of the card.

Friendly staff, level spots but no bread or milk at the store. Basic staples that should be available.

Sorry that our refrigerator broke and we were forced to dispose of all of our staples. There are hot dog buns and hamburger buns available in the store.

This was the best looking, well kept and pad area where the trailer parked on was maintained well, since traveling from the east coast.

We loved the location. It was in the forest and not the city. It was quiet early in the morning and late at night. No one having loud parties. And all the dogs and dog owners were very good. Also, although we don't have children we enjoyed seeing all the families out camping with children and all your camp grounds does to bring them joy.

Great park, nice location! Our family enjoyed the spacious sites, playground, dog park, shop, pool and hot spa! It was a busy holiday weekend and all guests and staff were so pleasant. The only downsides were the bathrooms (kinda dirty and not enough showers, there was always a wait mornings and evenings).

We enjoyed our stay at the Williams KOA. We had an issues with how we were told to park and where the electric and water was. This would not have been an issue if we didn't have to find the most level spot for our RV which took us farther away from the utilities. The sites at Williams KOA are in need of leveling. 4 of our neighbors mentioned the same issue will terribly uneven sites.

Our stay was great! The rustic cabin was so nice! The bathroom, shower very clean! I will definitely come back with my entire family and much longer stay, it is beautiful! Even though it was next to highway 64...never heard anything when sleep time happened. Very well kept campground! Thank you to the staff for the friendly and welcoming attitude, we loved it! �����

The Deluxe cabin was comfortable except I would have appreciated nicer sheets on bed . The bedding is old and has pill balls . That would give it a cleaner feel to the bed. Other than that we enjoyed the stay in the Deluxe cabin #1. Thank you.

Internet was terrible for what you pay to stay!

Campground is in a remote area and relies solely on satellite internet with volcanic mountains blocking the signal.

This is a smaller campground about an hour from Grand Canyon. Pool is wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a shaded campsite and the site was comfortable for our 30' travel trailer. Good wifi signal closer to the office but tables were set up for the working folks in our family. Weather was hot during the day but nice and cool at night. Great place.

About an hour south of the gate to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Only 15 minutes to Williams and some special route 66 restaurants and nostalgia. Large site with well arranged utilities. Unirestrooms are OK.

We don't usually use KOA for camping. We are "roughing it" campers, but we needed full hookups for this trip. We were very surprised at nice this KOA really is. The size of our space was very good. The amenities for our camper worked great. The campground is clean and offers all of the extras like a playground for the kids, tent camping spots, and nice looking cabins. Even though it's close to the road, it's far enough off that we didn't hear a lot of traffic. And it is a reasonable drive from the Grand Canyon. I highly recommend this KOA!

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.
