We stayed here for two nights, and enjoyed it very much. My kids loved the pool and the small playground, and everything was kept very clean. All of the staff members were friendly, but Larry, especially was very helpful. This location is about one hour from the Grand Canyon and only five minutes from the town of Williams, which I thought was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice KOA, used dog park, showers etc. Just wish the WiFi was more reliable, for we had no cell service.

This is a great park! Very clean, great laundry facilities and coffee bar/camp store. Staff are friendly and attentive. Sites have plenty of space for our 34' 5th wheel and truck.

staff was outstanding… especially liked the individual, private bathrooms… the ride to the actual Canyon was easy and enjoyable… great experience !

Campgrounds are supposed to be quiet and relaxing locations to stay. For some reason, you decided to hold a party and have loud thumping music playing until 10pm. We could hear the music inside our trailer with the door and windows closed and the AC running. Glad you could make some extra revenue at the expense of your other guests.

Pool and hot tub both were closed and we weren’t told. Spot was very uneven and hard to level. Electric went off in the night and woke freezing.

Stayed in tent site with electricity. There is a trailer with very nice bathrooms very close. The showers are by office and are very nice. We liked the rubber mats to keep feet dry and keep from slipping. We would stay again.

Disappointed. Wi Fi is nonexistent. Power went out early morning. Place to stay and that’s alll.

It was an ok stay. No linens, no fun activities for kids other than the pool. I compared this with that of the other williams location. Basket ball hoop that is there in the picture isnt there in person which was a disappointment. Swimming pool was so not well maintained. No activities for kids

Clean campground. Clean restrooms. Friendly staff, both on site & over the phone whilst booking. Helpful check-in info sent by text ahead of arrival. Overall, a fantastic experience.

It would be nice if, when there is a high demand for showers, that there would be a timer that when you walk up and someone's already inside, that the person outside could start it so a buzzer goes off at the ten or fifteen minute mark so the person knows their time is up. We constantly waited when going to the restroom or to shower because people aren't mindful of others. Staff was great!

There were only a few items of concern. The first one being the fact that even though the campground wasn’t full, they opted to assign spaces right on top of each other. We had another large rug parked next to us and our slides were barely 18” from each other. They could’ve spaced us every other one for more privacy. Also, someone let their dog bark throughout the evening on Saturday nig

So glad we were able to stop at Williams KOA on our travels home from the Grand Canyon. Wonderful people and we did not know how exciting Williams was. We had a great time.

Mike was very accomadating and friendly and Larry was a lifesaver due to a few issues with my motorhome. Definantly wull be back as it is the halfwat point between our home in New Mexico and family in California. Thank you. All staff were wonderful!

Camp host and the maintenance guy were great very attentive and helpful, it’s a very beautiful campground and well kept we plan on a return visit.

The park is well maintained, nice amenities, conveniently located for ATV riding, the big rig sites are very roomy and the staff are great.

Great park! Only stayed overnight so didn't use any of the amenities. Gentleman who checked us in was super nice. Pretty quiet within the park. Nice dog area. Would recommend!!.

Campground was decent. Staff was friendly and I saw them cleaning, but every time I went in the bathroom floors were wet and dirty and guests had not flushed the toilets. The bottom of my shoes were COVERED with sand spurs that no one warned us about. Had to leave a day early and they wouldn't refund it. Another KOAs had given me a refund one week before so I was a little upset, but whatever.

Larry is the best���� He is the only reason we would stay at this KOA again. Very very helpful all hours of the day and night. Very clean KOA

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
