We tented outside. Weather changed quick, very cool and windy. but tent stayed intact and storms rumbled east. Very nice place.

The sites are not level. I was placed in a site too small for my rig. Had a telephone pole at the back end of site and a tree at the front making it difficult to navigate parking. Wifi is horrible, it was out daily for most of day. I asked the staff a few times about it and they were very defensive and harsh when responding. Very overpriced for what you get. Worst KOA I’ve ever stayed at.

Beautiful location close to Rt 66 in Williams AZ and the Grand Canyon south rim. Wonderful staff and on site store.

We enjoyed our stay, the only negative we had was that our friends could not be in the site next to us!!! We had to walk around another site to share a meal or visit! Wish there could have been a way to accommodate us!! The people on either side of us were temp. in and out I feel that maybe there could have been some way to solve this and we had not seen each other for some time, My Best,

Wonderful space, exactly as described. Always a favorite for our family. The staff were warm and inviting, knowledgeable about the area, and gave great advice on high winds and cooking fires.

Was not what I expected, nothing like what was depicted online, We had a 25 ft RV plus the truck to haul and the spot given us was almost too small.

Overpriced for what you got... gravel sites with small stones...bathrooms need to be renovated especially those in the lodge...missing tile... shower pans stained... no where to sit to put ur shoes on or lay your shower things.

The surface of the sites had deep ruts making it impossible to level the RV. The campsite had zero cell service and while that is not an issue that the campsite controls - advertising that you have wifi is. There was no wifi. We were scheduled to stay for 3 nights but left after one. If you can't provide internet service, you are not a restful stop along the way.

Campground is decent for one or two nights and close to Williams and Grand Canyon. Middle sites are dirt and fairly level. Beware of buddy sites. I had a family come in and and use my picnic table almost under my awning for their dinner. I decided to leave early. Pool and hot tub were great. Bathrooms were clean and water hot. Dump station disgusting and not being cleaned as water not working.

We have been KOA members for 10 years. The space given required 5" blocks on one side to approach level. An untrimmed tree prohibited us from moving to help out. When I attempted to discuss this with the office worker, she immediately became defensive and condescending. Not wishing to engage, I turned to leave. She sarcastically responded, "Have a nice day." We will never return there.

We rented the 2 bedroom loft during our vacation to the Grand Canyon, Petrafied Forest & more. The location was greatI and the cabin was very clean & well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly & easy to work with. I highly recommend!

The staff were great. We were not happy with our site.It was very rocky and had holes. It was a back in sight and barely large enough for our little 12 ft trailer and our Jeep. It seemed like it was an afterthought site added on the end of the row. The portable toilets: the door closures were so tight and hard they almost pushed you off the stairs and so cold.

About an hour drive away to the Grand Canyon. Sites were level. Staff was super nice and the store was well stocked. They had a fun scavenger hunt for the kids to do. Pool was nice. Back of our site was COVERED with yellow jackets. They came and put up traps to try and help. RV was covered in some sap from the tree on site.

We only stayed for 2 nights while traveling Route 66. Great park. But, if you need Wi-Fi, don’t expect it from the campground. Pretty poor reception.

The campsite is good, the staff too. However, if like me the internet is important, this will be a problem. The internet provided by the campsite is almost non-existent and in addition the cellular network does not work either, you have to leave the site to have access and not very strong. We have difficulty understanding that today it is not a priority to provide internet access

The staff was amazing we were having a little bit of car problems and may have needed another night they worked out so if we did trailer could stay in same spot we wouldn't have our car to move it

We stayed on a campsite which was big enough for our tent and car. The restrooms and showers were clean and in good shape. The campground was quite and the noise from the near by highway wasn’t a bother. We checked in late and everything was prepared for us. We had a good stay!

The campground was very clean and well kept. I will stay here again if I am in this area. My only complaint is the WiFi is terrible. It says right in the paperwork the Wifi is weak so in an area that has virtually no cell signal the park needs to really improve its WiFi. In this day and age when so much relys on internet connectivity your guests expect better in the WiFi area.

Have stayed there numerous times but will not stay there again. Front office rude and put us in the smallest spot they could for our 36 ft motorhome!! Made reservations in February!!

The photos on the web site are misleading. The campground is rundown except for the pool area. The dog park features no soft mulch as shown in the photos and is in disrepair. There is a section with piles of broken concrete and trash that poses a health and safety issue. I couldn’t figure out what the pit of dirt behind the office was supposed to be for. Don’t say you have wifi. false advertis

Check in was fine but once we arrived at Cabin it was down hill. Exposed screws on railing looked like maybe they were working on it & forgot about it. Tools left behind/broken bed/propane tank almost empty/railing on stairs were missing or in poor condition. Notified employee but they seemed annoyed. cabin 3 needs to be worked on

Prima plek, WiFi functioneert niet en dat in tijden dat iedereen dat belangrijk vindt. Zwembad had veel vliegen en vuil in het water. Wel afgesloten douche/toiletten. Al met al geen hoogvlieger maar prima voor één a twee nachten.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
