Location is perfect for base camp to Grand Canyon. Management and staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful campground.

What a great help Larry was to us, guiding us to our site in the dark, and offering help to make our setup easier. Joelle, at the reception desk was nice too! Our site was level and spacious enough. We didn't use any of the amenities since we only stayed overnight.

Great location. The WiFi is awful. Would rarely work inside our RV. But, a great location to the Grand Canyon!!

Served our purpose. The deluxe cabin was very nice! Quiet campground. Easy to find. Customer service was responsive and courteous. There are so many options for booking near Willisms/Grand Canyon area. But not all have cabin accommodations. Gas just a few miles down is much better priced than across the street. The location was great for our needs to attend a local wedding; the park was clean and quiet with level parking spaces and plenty of room for entry and exit.

Booking was easy, Check in was uneventful. The Clerk was very clear and helpful. The Space was nice and wide and VERY Clean. The bathrooms were very clean. the store was very well stocked. Thank you. No complaints at all.

Can't go wrong with a camping cabin. The mattresses aren't great however it's called camping for a reason. Clean bathrooms and they were warm too! We just really enjoy coming!

Excellent KOA. We will definitely stay here again. Staff friendly and helpful. Showers were the best I have yet seen. Store was perfect for our needs.

Very nice RV park and hour drive to the Grand Canyon and just minutes to Williams and Grand Canyon train

Great Late check-in and after hours call about our mix up in park reservation location since two KOA’s are within 5 miles of each other. Access in and out is easy. Close to Grand Canyon National Park and Chevron Station at Camp entrance helps. Utilities were good except for water pressure. Had to take the time to fill Motorhome water tank and then use motorhome water pump to take showers

Great location, close to Williams, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. Everything was well maintained and clean. Sorry don't know the name of the woman who works there, but she was a wonderful beautiful person! Very helpful also. Only problem was we didn't expect the temperature to drop overnight on our last night and our water hose froze. Live and learn, we will be prepared next time.

Hosts are so friendly and personable. Plenty of room for our 45 ft motorhome and pickup on site.

Good location for easy access to Williams, some Route 66 attractions, and the Grand Canyon Railway. Shower water pressure was very low, and shower could have used a good cleaning. Gravel sites close tpgether. Very quiet and relatively dark night sky. Friendly staff.

Great location and amazing staff. Love the morning mocha drinks! My only recommendation would be to stock up on the Amazon Basics dog poo bags.

The stay was good. However, there was a camper openly smoking pot around the campground around us and our children and nobody seemed to care. I did tell the desk and they said they would see what they could do. When my wife turned in the vehicle tag that had the feedback form on it, the lady at the desk threw it into the garbage. The cabin wasn’t swept when we got there, cat food everywhere.

Our cabin was very clean. We had a little traffic noise being so close to the highway.-My fault for not looking at this when I booked. One thing that did bother me was that our cabin was right next to 4 port-o-potties. That was the view from our kitchen window. With such a large property, it might be better to NOT put them next to the most expensive rentals.

The only thing I didn't like is the rocks and sand spurs. They hurt my feet and my dog's paws.

Excellent customer service, really friendly. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. We never had to wait. Laundry facilities (2) clean and efficient. And the cabins....adorable! Very well spaced out to provide privacy. Our dog had fun playing in the dog park. Everything was awesome!

Very friendly and helpful staff; bit of an odd check-in procedure, as the office is closed at check-in time; glad I figured out I could just grab our paperwork and pay online. Perhaps they should add that as a note for folks before they arrive? Encountered a few folks during our stay that thought they were going to have to wait. The train to the Grand Canyon is super close, and so worth it! Thanks

Tent camping not KOA fault but neighbor started fighting around 4am banging on cars etc. Linda came oit very rude to us at 11:15 as my husband was loading last bags stating check out was at 11. She needs customer service skills. We have stayed here few times after this stay Never again. $50 a night for tent seems crazy did they price guauge due to gov shut down?

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
