first time at this koa . stayed in deluxe cabin . wow was very nice clean. would come stay with u again. wanting to know if u have one with a couch for comfort in watching tv . ty again great experience

Enjoyed our stay. Our first day the wifi was non existent. I know they were working on installing cables though. It improved after that. We had no cell service here so we really relied on the wifi to even text. So if you need very good wifi that is consistent this isn’t the place for you. We did have cell service in Williams and even at the Grand Canyon. Just not here.

This KOA is one of our favorites. The front desk folks were the nicest and helpful. The park is clean and has everything you need for a great stay. We will be back!!!!

My only complaint was the showers had a lot of someone other than myself’s hair and the mats and floor were pretty dirty. I did like the fact that the showers were individualized, meaning 1 person. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were having a problem with not having heat and they attempted to resolve it, but weren’t able. Kids loved pool, and adults loved hot tub. Donuts yumm

Absolutely no cell or internet. Had to leave a day early because of it. Also the pull through wasn't long enough and created a lot of problems.

It was great! The staff is helpful and friendly. We loved the lodge with the fireplace. And it’s nice to find a campground store with good prices.

Great location. I was up front and could hear road noise. Overall staff super nice and everything was clean. One night stop worked out well. I would highly recommend as I will come back for the GC.

The pool and hot tub were nice although at that time of year there were a lot of hornets in the pool. The internet connection was not good. Our site and our neighbors site had our campfire rings just feet away from each other so when they used theirs, we did not feel comfortable using ours because we would have been sitting side by side. Water pressure was low.

The staff were extremely nice and very accommodating. They made me feel like I was home. I can’t wait to go back!!

Site 45: There was a metal barrel buried (unknowingly) with a loose, unattached lid sitting on top. My husband slipped on this loose lid, not knowing it wasn't solid ground, and fell IN the barrel, cutting the back of his right leg, bruising both, and terrifying us all. We were lucky this wasn't a worse incident. The mysterious 4+ foot hole should have been secured and marked.

We had a blast! Great employees!! My grandson got a sore throat and you had no cough drops availabile to purchase. One of the employees gave us 2 of her own. Very kind.

Spent most days in the mountains had better cell service than the Koa. Ground for trailer was not very level. Price was good staff was great. Rv drain hook up was centered in spot had to pull forward to dump tanks.

I highly recommend this campground. It is close to many attractions, so you won't get bored. The staff is very friendly and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Larry was great and helped us along with our pets so we could enjoy our day at the Grand Canyon. Now, if that doesn't go above and beyond.

Great stay! Your staff is Aces! The individual shower/ toilet rooms are a great concept. Can’t say enough about your campground. Oh tell Lucille not to be so mean to the guy from Philly!� Just kidding!

Not pleased with our stay here. Prior to our stay the front desk told there was functioning wifi and easy taxi service into Williams. None of these claims worked out. We ordered a pull thru for our 32 ft motorhome. There was no way to pull out due to narrowness of the front isle and campers trucks left in the isle. They need to stop with the claims until these things are really available.

Bathrooms and facilities were very clean and staff was really friendly. We were able to book on short notice and the process was smooth. The campgrounds had a lot to do for families and kids. Williams and the route 66 were minutes away as well as Kaibab lake. We had a great time and will be back to ride the Williams coaster!

The only problem that I had was with the RV directly across from my tent campsite. They refused to turn off the lights on their rv, thus bathing my tent campsite in bright light. After not being able to sleep, we packed up and left at 4:00am. I really wish there was a rule that outside lights should be extinguished at a certain time.

The campground was very quiet, clean and the sore was pretty stocked up. There was a dog which I believe was one of the employees that barked at us while walking past his RV, he seemed to be tied up with a rope, other than that the stay was pretty fun and enjoyable.

staff is very friendly and helpful especially Larry, had a nice stay. Our only issues were it’s hard to get level due to our spot being very tight and hard to pull through.

This is a peaceful campground with a great staff. Always a bit windy but the views are wonderful.

One of the nicer KOAs I have stayed at. The staff was so friendly and the store had a variety of items. Also close to the park so a great place to stay when visiting the Grand Canyon.

Campground is very nice, but no cell service on Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile. Campground Wi-Fi was only useable by the office. This is not a place to work from home. We left after just one night. The staff were helpful and credited back our remaining nights due to the connection issues.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
