It was a great expirience, and my first stay at a KOA. I would have wished a better information about how late check in works in the mail. As a tourist it would be nice, if I don't have to make a phone call.

Nice people and nice park. We had thought about cancelling this reservation after staying at Hurricane KOA in Utah because it was terrible. We're glad we didn't.

The site was clean and easy for set up. Somewhat difficult to level our travel trailer. The local representatives left at 5pm, therefore questions about laundry services were somewhat suspectable to improvement. We did have difficulty with cable services in the area.

Nice park in a good location. The grounds were well kept and reflected the Arizona vibe. This KOA is conveniently located right next to a gas station. This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting the Grand Canyon.

We stay here every year in one of your small camping cabins. They are very comfortable and the location is perfect for all the activities in the area that we like to do. Kaibab Lake is right down the road and is a great place to hike. The employees are always very friendly and helpful.

We had a nice time staying here for a night before heading to the grand canyon! Bathrooms were convenient and the shop had everything we needed (melted a Spatula). Would recommend!

Two night stay while we visited the Grand Canyon. Didn't get to try the pool or hot tub, but the laundry was very nice and clean and all machines operated well. Bathroom/showers were nice & clean, with several available. Quiet. Little bit difficult to park RV level on gravel lot, but not too bad. Staff was very friendly & courteous.

Deceiving from the road lots of spaces. Passing by several times in the last 5 yr and always wanted to stay. This time I got to while coming from Monument Valley. Very quiet at night, spaces nice and wide. Work campers very helpful. Location very convenient to town. Glad I got to stay a few days.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice campground. We had an extra wide preferred site. Didn’t care for the red gravel used on the sites - messy RV and messy dog paws. Quiet and clean. Perfect location for visiting local sights, including the Grand Canyon. No cell service at all (Verizon). Would stay there again if in the area and would recommend to others. Downtown Williams is cute and we loved Bearizona.

Enjoyed staying 3 nights at Grand Canyon KOA Journey. Larry one of the employees was very helpful and friendly. Jan at the front desk was informative about tips to go to the Grand Canyon National Park which we appreciated. Larry kept a very clean pool. We enjoyed it very much. I loved the store. Great selection of souvenirs and items. Nice fireplace. Candy Chudyk Summerland, British Columbia

Absolutely loved this park...super quiet and sites were nice and level. We are a BIG rig and hads no problem getting around. Starlink signal was amazing!!

The campground was very nice..It had excellent WiFi for streaming and had lots of cable channels..The pool and spa was very nice..Very close to town and staff was very accommodating

Very nice KOA, The pool was very warm and nice, and it had a nice spa too. We were a group of five RV’s. It wouldn’t been nice if they could’ve put us Closer together closer together. We all put in the comments in our reservation that we were together.

Always love our stays at this campground! It’s wonderful, the staff is wonderful and we love how dog friendly KOAs are to our Golden Retriever. Thanks KOA! We will always be KOA fans and will always stay at KOAs on our travels.

It was VERY relaxing! The beds were comfy, cabin was spacious and clean, Wi-Fi was strong and though we didnt use them often, it was nice to have a TV to turn on when we wanted to zone out for a bit. Our biggest issue was the water pressure. we've stayed at several KOAs over the years and this one was probably the worst. I felt like washing our hands, dishes or showers took 4x longer!

The Grand Canyon is amazing for 30 min, until it all starts looking the same. So visit the different stops and check out the rock structures and the history! Take the Williams Grand Canyon Railway for a special treat, especially during the Christmas Polar Express. Get matching PJ'S for your family! Book ahead, it gets sold out.

Nice and convenient campsite on the Grand Canyon road, well placed. It is very nice with greenery. The welcome is good, and offers some services. The bathrooms are spacious but not very clean and few in number. The pitches are green with picnic tables and some have barbecues. The pool is quite large and very hot jacuzzi.
