We have stayed at many KOAs and I don't understand why the bunks can't have fitted sheets! It drives my kids crazy trying to sleep w/o scrunching up the flat sheet that is supposed to be also used as a fitted sheet! Cleaning could be improved - hair in the shower and garbage along the loft bed and under the bunk mat. Besides that, the beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchen.

Staff was friendly, campsites were clean and cozy. My only complaint was the traffic could be loud at night. This would probably be a nonissue to anyone in a vehicle, but we tent camped.

Great staff and awesome campground...great location to the Grand canyon and other sites...Clean bathrooms and laundry...Very well stocked store with very reasonable prices...You won't go wrong staying at this campground.

We were doing work so we weren’t on site much. I do say the individual showers/toilets was a welcome surprise and kept clean. Store was well kept with needed supplies. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We had a great 8 days. Susan at the front desk was awesome and Chris in maintenance did a spectacular job throughout the whole park. The only reason I didn’t give a 10 is because the bathrooms and showers could use a little more attention.

The stay was okay, not quite what we were expecting based on the information from the website. Great view of the stars at night and a straight shot up to the Grand Canyon

The cabin was very clean and welcoming and were the facilities! It was probably the cleanest camping cabin I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend!

We stay in a cabin it was really nice. The campground ground just opened up for the season. It just needs alittle TLC and had new owners. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would love to see the campground and the progress they make with it. Great location to Grand Canyon and William.

This is a great location close to Williams and the Grand Canyon. Although they offer all the necessary facilities, there is a lot in need of repair. Fencing, posts, buildings, etc. The laundry and restrooms could use a deep cleaning. The showers were a bit dirty both times I went in and the edges of the floors had new dirt on top of old dirt in the game and laundry rooms.

I never saw an employee while there for two days. Bathroom s were half out of order and one had a clogged toilet. I don’t think there is any sense of pride at this place.

Great location, been nice to know before getting to site that the pool was not open. Staff was great and helpful. WiFi was spotty but over all great place.

The cabin was fine but felt like didn’t get what was advertised. My kids were really excited for the pool and hot tub. But they were still closed for the season. A sign said we could go to a neighboring KOA to use theirs so we drove there but it was closed for the night. The game room had a ping pong table that could only be used during the limited hours the office was open and had nothing else.

5 adults can fit in your large cabin - however you might like to let people know the loft height is very limited

Some shade, fairly level gravel lot, and off the road enough that the traffic was not loud and did settle down at night. Back in site, which is somewhat short, so we had to unhitch for the one-night stay. Friendly receptionist. For us a good spot when passing through.

Easy in in out. Suzanne is awesome. We just think you need gravel in the road and more sewer hookups. Our small white dog was red from the red sand.

Maybe they should go in a week or two earlier to get it ready to actually open. Nothing was ready. The bikes were all in nonworking order. Paid for them and no one could ride them, water pressure bad, price high , Wi-Fi bad. Nothing was said about bringing your own propane .Other than that. The new table and chairs, fire pit, grill were nice. We just didn’t know you had to bring propane.

Great location, easy access, and friendly staff. Our visit was early in the spring and the camp ground was not fully up and running. Would return again on a future trip.

Staff was informative and friendly. However, the water pressure was terrible! The site had been recently graded but it wasn't level. I would try another rv park and not return to this KOA.

Nice clean level sites. Was able to change to a site with sewer when we made a mistake and reserved a site without sewer.

The campground was okay. The person that checked us in was new and had no clue what she was doing. We called on the way there and asked if we could check in prior to the ridiculous time of 3:00. They said absolutely not. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

We loved this campground! Our stay was the very last week of the season. It was probably quieter than usual but we were fine with that. When we arrived, we were given a different campsite that better suited our needs. The bathroom/shower areas are very nice, actually homelike. The staff is very laid back and that contributed to a lovely relaxing stay.

The Wi-Fi worked great. The sites are pretty level with crushed red cinder rock. The lady that checked us in was very nice. And I got to meet her dogs, which were also very nice when she was out walking them. The store is not a big store, but it does have things like a small convenience store would. And of course, the touristy type things as well. There for two days.

Our cabin was very comfy and the restrooms and showers were very clean. The heaters in the restrooms were very appreciated as were the heaters in the cabin. Great proximity to Grand Canyon.

Just a quick overnight in the deluxe cabin the gentleman drove down to our truck seeing we were a late check in very friendly and told us where our cabin was and set up the fire pit so we could have a campfire that night. A+ service thank you

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
