Very friendly hosts, nice amenities, great convenience store in the office. Great to have a coffee bar and the lovely hearth. Love the Gaga ball ring and the rec room for the kids. Would have played if it weren't so cold at the time of our visit. Our cabin was lovely.

We had a great time during our stay. We enjoyed the dog park areas, quiet camping, friendly staff (Ms. Julie), and clean lodging.

Very well run campgrounds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice restrooms and showers. Laundry room was well kept and clean. We stayed in five KOA camps on our trip from Texas to California and back and this camp was by far the best.

The camp site was ok, wish it was just a little more level. It was difficult to see the camp site since it was snowing and dark when we arrived. It was nice to have a heated hose bib cover due to the really cold weather. The on-site store was Great! Had nice and interesting items for sale and the grocery area was well stocked with good pricing.

Easy location off 40. Very accommodating to bigger rigs. Good location outside of the Grand Canyon area, just 48 miles from the park. Very friendly staff.

We were told we would get one cabin but were put in a different one. We had a 95 year old man that can barely walk and were told there was a ramp. Also we did not expect a 3 foot high ceiling in the loft! We definitely booked the wrong koa. There was a horrible smell coming from under the cabin. Told the office staff and they said it was checked but found nothing! What a horrific smell !

Site was nice and wide. The people that worked there were friendly and knowledgeable. The campground was kept neat and clean.

Very clean and quite campground less than an hour from the Grand Canyon South Rim Entrance. We arrived before "season" which meant the pool and hot tub were not functioning yet due to nights that still were below freezing. The site itself was rocked with a firepit and picnic table. LOVED the dog park area even though it was muddy during our stay

We stayed in one of your deluxe cabins. It was clean, comfortable, and a great family time. We cooked and barbecued. It was wonderful to find the cabin had a dishwasher. We used the fire pit on one of the cold evenings. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was a nice benefit and I loved the coffee station. We had a wonderful family vacation. Thank you!

I stayed 6 nights to visit GC and was not pleased with this KOA. My biggest complaint was the sites are not reasonably level. All short term visitors are put on these sites. The bathrooms need to be upgraded and cleaned better. The host was friendly and very accommodating. The store had everything I needed. Again, this KOA being located close to GC, I expected better.

We enjoyed our stay very much! My son really liked the cabin, we appreciated that you had the heater going on in the room (thank you). We did find it a little difficult to try and find the restrooms in the dark (when we arrived). But, we also appreciated that you had the room key ready for us even though it was in the middle of the night. We will for sure stay there again if we're in the area.

We arrived after four inches of snow the previous night and then warm up/melting during the day. Our site was flooded, but they accommodated us by moving us to a higher site with full hookup. Perfect! Bathrooms clean but dated!!!! Would recommend for a good night sleep!

Very friendly staff and a great place to camp with the family. This is my 5th or 6th KOA, and they have all been pleasant experiences. The GC KOA is conveniently located, has a small convenience store a stones throw away, and is about 7 minutes to a nice little lake that is great fun and fishing.

Sites very muddy needed gravel, needed trash cans closer to campers not the road. WiFi not good. Amenities…they told us we could go over to the other KOA and use theirs. Then what amenities they did have (pool table and games) They charged $.

This was our second time visiting this campground and we stayed at the same deluxe cabin! It’s nice and relaxing. Loved having kitchen and bathroom since we have small children. The water pressure is a bit low but we got the shower done. The kitchen is fully equipped. We did remember to bring some cooking oil this time since we made breakfast every day before heading out. Will be back again!

Complete disappoint! From the check in process and to the associate laughing because she's new and didn't know what she was doing to them charging our card without permission &the management was far from receptive when we brought concerns to the front desk. The price was NOT worth the amenities they "offered." The campsite were poorly upkept, and the speed limit was not enforced. We won't be back

Your campground is okay if one does not have to use the bathroom/shower facilities. We have stayed in hundreds of campgrounds across the United States and the Grand Canyon/Williams KOA is one of the filthiest facilities we have ever seen. Too bad. Easy problem to fix. Bad management.

Worst KOA we have ever been in. Our site was so muddy it was disgusting. The surface is red sticky mud that won’t come off your boots so you end up with a filthy RV. The sites need to be paved!!!! Sites are very close together. In addition there was no water at all at the dump station.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
