We had just an overnight stay but the staff in the morning was very nice and friendly. The campground was very clean and nice.

Bathrooms are dated, some were closed and others in need of repair, but were reasonably clean. Low water pressure that was inconsistent. Pool & hot tub were clean and nice. Wine sold in office was reasonably priced and good. Amenities were minimal... and the park quite rustic. 10 min. drive into Williams for groceries and a nice old town. 50 min. to GC. Easy in / out. No issues, pleasant staff.

Not a very good. There were sand goat heads, very little ground maintenance, had to dodge a tree when backing in ,due to a tree limb..

Terrible bathroom and shower set up

Nice place to stay with clean facilities. As tent campers, we could have done without the barking dogs all night (near by neighbors?) and the proximity to the 65mph main road leading into the park made for very noisy nights.

We upgraded to a cabin instead of a tent site. It was very nice. Your location provided easy access to the Grand Canyon.

There was a fire ban out which isn’t the KOA fault at all but we were unaware. We went to the front lobby and they sold us firewood. We went back to our cabin and started the fire and immediately a guy came and told us about the fire ban. Why sell us firewood and not tell us about the ban? Also the white towels were questionably clean and were very dingy gray. And the pool was very dirty with b

Location great for getting to the Grand Canyon and the tour they recommended was expensive but wonderful. An unexpected and delightful bonus was the outdoor heated pool and hot tub open in mid October!

Booking was the highlight of our KOA stay. Jan was just terrific. We had to make last minute plans. Jan was very kind and well informed. Then, I made a booking mistake ... and got the same terrific agent, Jan. She corrected it breezily. The campground itself was very nice. Electricity on site was most welcome. Convenience of low water flush toilets helped us feel comfortable about environment.

Very convenient spot. Friendly staff. Just one suggestion—our tent site (34) was covered with bullhead stickers which were hard to keep out of the tent and even poked trough our tarp and tent floor.

Stayed for 2 nights. Nice site, places to walk our dog, close to the Grand Canyon. Reservations were easy even when I had to change the dates. We would stay there again.

The site I was put in was very tight. Couldn’t fit my truck in front of the camper. Had to park next to the camper instead. Not full with plenty of other bigger spots.

Everyone was wonderful. Beautiful spot. I like the two dog parks. My dog enjoyed them. I also liked the extra bathrooms

Bathrooms were extremely dirty. Uncontrollable hornets and wasps throughout the KOA. Unfriendly staff. The campground smelt like sewage. Not our favorite KOA experience by far.

The RV spots are very small and getting out of the park was horrible. Not made for large RV’s. Park was not very clean and weeds everywhere in RV parking spots!!

Nice campground with level sites within easy drive to Grand Canyon South.

It was very brief but what we experienced was good.

They had a nice campground and pool area, but the pool was open and said it was closed. There was goat, head stickers all over my campsite. Nice.

Very nice, lots of space, Nancy helped me solve my koa question, close to Grand Canyon about 35 min, but beware!! there is always an additional back up once you get close to the gate about 30 min.

We were given a small pull-in site. Not ideal. The restrooms were dated, and the staff was not super friendly. There is a new KOA down the road where I wish we would’ve stayed.

Very clean, well maintained & friendly staff. The rv spots were easy to maneuver with plenty of space.

Sites & available sewer very limited. Sites not leveled well. With Grand Canyon in vicinity, seems like Improvements would be beneficial.

The bathroom situation was not good. Only 3 of 5 permanent bathroom/showers were open. The others were out of order. The open bathrooms were continually filthy. They need a deep cleaning.

Bathrooms were the dirtiest we’ve ever experience. Bathrooms were never properly cleaned the three days we were there. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING AT THE KOA!

The Grand Canyon is amazing for 30 min, until it all starts looking the same. So visit the different stops and check out the rock structures and the history! Take the Williams Grand Canyon Railway for a special treat, especially during the Christmas Polar Express. Get matching PJ'S for your family! Book ahead, it gets sold out.

Nice and convenient campsite on the Grand Canyon road, well placed. It is very nice with greenery. The welcome is good, and offers some services. The bathrooms are spacious but not very clean and few in number. The pitches are green with picnic tables and some have barbecues. The pool is quite large and very hot jacuzzi.
