This was definitely one of the most beautiful KOA campgrounds we’ve ever been in! The grounds were in pristine shape, the campsites were just perfect! The staff were ALL first class! They made us feel so special! I would recommend this campground to anyone and everyone!

Due to the location of a tree on our site, the very cooperative site staff agreed to keep the site in front of us open so we could pull through it when we left. The gas grills were a wonderful addition and well maintained. Highly recommend this KIA!

The workers were super nice and friendly, and the camp store was great. Very little water and asked people to conserve. There was basically no internet or wifi even at the camp office building. Pool wasn't ready, and basically nothing for adults to do.

Great people work here, very friendly. Sites are very clean and whole campground is also. Patio sites are great, regular sites are a little small. In a dead zone for Verizon but it was nice to sit outside with a campfire.

We liked that the bathrooms were individual with their own showers Location was also good if.you are.visiting the grand canyon, Sedona and flag staff.

I was refused a pull thru site even if paying the price and was forced to unhook my rig after a long day on the road to fit the dinky site I was forced to accept. The lights in the overflow restrooms did not work so a flashlight was required day and night to see what one was doing! I deeply resent the electronic pad information collector that wanted my birth date (I lied)! Never again.

Katie at the front welcomed us wth a warm welcome and went out of her way to make our stay there a wonderful experience. Everyone we met who worked there was friendly and helpful. It’s super clean and on the way to the Grand Canyon. ( about an hour away from the South Rim). Highly recommend this KOA! Wish all of the KOA’s were like this one!

We had booked our stay here at least 6 months in advance, planning carefully from one campground to the next. When I booked the check in time was 1 pm. A week prior I got a reminder email and at the very bottom it said check in was 3 pm. I made 2 phone calls and they refused to make any accommodation for an earlier check in. All I know is the campground remained at 50% occupancy the whole visit.

Wonderful Staff. Well kept grounds. Great showers. (Pool wasn’t open for the season yet). We have stayed here before and will stay here again. No complaints at all.

Very clean and well kept grounds. Large and well stocked store.only negative is the water/power sites face each other, no privacy

Left the heat in Havasu and came up to Williams to cool down. It seems we are always staying at this KOA during the off season so no pool or hot tub... we might get it right one of these days. Seems like they got some new staff and are busily preparing for a busy summer. This KOA is close to Flagstaff, half hour drive as well as historic Williams and Route 66.

Mostly positive, but didn’t like the loose dirt in my campsite. Hard to keep clean Nice staff. Liked rec room in main building.

The bathrooms were nice and clean. The camp store had beautiful decor, but would be nice to have more food options. The red rock placed at camp sites was very messy and tracked into camper. White rock might be a better option.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and clean. The spaces are very narrow and the space I was assigned was only, barely, long enough for my 36ft 5th wheel. I had to park my pickup at the office. The spaces at the other end of the park are more spacious.

Very convenient access to the Grand Canyon even if it takes an hour to get there. Overall, a plain vanilla place to stay. No frills, just the bare essentials. The pool and hot tub were closed during our late April visit which were disappointing since that was one of the main reasons I booked the place. Trailer bathrooms were sub-par. Lovely star-gazing!

We stayed 3 nights. The staff was excellent!! The sites were well maintained but….they were red dirt and super super small. Hardly enough room to sit out and then you were just looking at the back of the camper beside you. The noise was an issue as you could hear the convo of your neighbors. No trails to hike. A plus was it was easy access to the Grand Canyon and Williams is a cute little town.

Staff was very friendly! FHU sights on south side are narrow and right on top of your neighbors. No trees as shown in pictures. For the price just ugly spot. Bathrooms could use lots of tlc.

Nice Campground. Good located for a visit to Williams and of course for the entrence South of the Grand Canyon National Park. Clean places and restrooms. We were here before so returning guest.

The staff was very nice. The campground was not as nice, especially considering its prime location. The sites are red volcanic gravel and dust and a bit soft, making it difficult to level and ensuring everything is covered in a layer of red dust. The restrooms were in need of a good cleaning but, more importantly, they should be remodeled. For what we paid, I expected better. Stayed 6 nights.

Very run down, 20 miles from the Grand Canyon, paid for 2 nights but left after the 1st night.

Small clean park with easy one hour access to the Grand Canyon. My only complaint or actually it’s more a suggestion is to open the office at 8:00 and change RV check-in time to 2:00 yo be consistent with other parks!

The sites are facing each other. You are sitting not even 2 ft. Away from your neighbors. Attention to detail is not up KOA standards at this one. Grass is super tall . Doesn’t seem like they put any $ back in to this KOA.

It was a great location, friendly people and quiet location at night. Only downfall was septic hook up pipe was stripped and had to use a rock to hold my septic line in.

Beautiful RV site (upgraded to deluxe), helpful, courteous staff! Williams and surrounding is great for beautiful sites and fun activities along Route 66. Highly, highly recommend!

This was my first KOA experience, we were traveling by RV with 4 dogs from Nevada to south carolina. I really enjoyed my stay, it was late an we needed a place to stay and everything was full. So we thought about checking it out and they were closed, but they have night registration and you can check out in the morning. Such a life savor and a great place to unwind and recharge.

Bathrooms could be cleaner and are in need of repair. Grounds could be better. Patios were great. Staff was very friendly.

The pool was closed and it was hot. The bathrooms were clean and the store very well stocked. The site itself had some loose wires for the water pump which looked sketchy. We didn't use it.

Staff very friendly. Restrooms okay but very outdated. Dog run and campground full of foxtails which can be deadly to a dog.

Love this campground - we were in site 82 deluxe patio - it was wonderful they have patio furniture and a huge bar-b-q so nice. The campground is so well maintained and the bathrooms are very clean. Wonderful staff so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
