We stayed in the cabin and the cabin was very clean and well equipped. Close enough to the Grand Canyon and quiet.

We stayed in a comfort cabin. It met our needs. Very clean, even the bathrooms. Wish the store had longer hours. It wasn’t open when we arrived or left.

The stay here was great. The staff went over and above. My son was dribbling around his basketball and the ground crew told us to give him a few minutes and he would set up a basketball goal for him. Made my sons day. Thanks.

Just ok. Decent pool. Close to Grand Canyon. Ok showers. Gas station out front with decent trinkets. Stop in downtown Williams for some cute shops.

they don’t stay open late enough there needs to be somebody there to help check you in —leaving at four or 5 o’clock is ridiculous.

Had a great time! My advice would be just to take that extra time to clean the deluxe cabins. Removing hair from the drains, cleaning underneath the bunk bed mattresses, etc. Just that extra little bit to make sure things are in tip top shape. Loved the store, the pool, and the hot tub. Gaga ball needs replaced as it was flat. Make sure to communicate to guests how to get clean towels each day.

Beautiful area, and the cabin we rented was clean. However, the bathrooms were gross, and it should specify that there are no A/C’s in the cabins.

Nice pool jacuzzi bathrooms clean level parking spots dog parks were clean people were very friendly as the front desk and in the park highly recommend

This KOA is super clean and well maintained. The preferred sites are extra large for multiple vehicles or large groups to hang around the campfire. Heated pool was great for the kids.

Charming place, stayed in a deluxe cabin. Clean, well stocked. I would definitely stay again. Good location. Coffee maker didn’t work, but they replaced it. Also hair dryer was not working, and TV in bedroom was not working. Which was okay. My family loved the place and wants to know when we are going back.

Convenient location but certainly less than a 5 star. RV site was unappealing and dusty but servicable. The pool was excellent and very welcome considering the high temperatures.

Absolutely wonderful stay; well maintained campgrounds, renovated pool, spa and bathroom areas. Great dog park with agility toys and close enough to Williams without the traffic. Will definitely return

From the moment we walked in we were treated with an amazing welcoming smile everything was great love the space and the amenities and their store for all the souvenir’s. Great place drove to the Grand Canyon and also went to Apache Stables and did horseback riding

Nice site, great pool and hot tub, bathrooms were not especially clean especially showers. If there had been paper towels perhaps guest would clean up after themselves after taking a shower.

The place needs a little TLC but the setting is great and the staff are really friendly! This was our 4th time and is always a pleasure.

we stayed about 2 weeks maybe 3 had a great time the pool was wonderful, the people who work there are great. They really take care of everything in the campground. Very quiet, peaceful, met a lot of wonderful people from all over the country. Would stay again.

The kids enjoyed the pool and large jacuzzi. We appreciated it staying open until 9 in summer since we arrived late. Clean bathrooms were nice. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy other activities.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great pool and hot tub. Nice laundry facility and baths/showers were spotless! WiFi was adequate, which is better than many parks I've been to. Would stay here again for sure.

I was very disappointed. Campground facilities were very run down, bathrooms were dirty and in poor repair, the grounds themselves were not well kept, weeds and overgrowth everywhere, the so-called rules obviously not enforced with clothing/bathing suits hanging from fences. Apparent long term renters with junk everywhere. Not impressed and definitely not worth the $100+ cost of staying there.

Very disappointed with this KOA. After specifically promising good WiFi, it was non existent 80% of the time. There was power surges at times, which luckily did not harm our converter or electrical systems. Camp reception was not up to KOA standards.

Campground was nice and the rv sites were spacious. They had 2 dog parks which was nice, but there was a lot of dog poop left everywhere within it (not the campgrounds fault). The pool was nice and the frozen coffee drinks in the main store was amazing.

The staff is great, very helpful very friendly. The problem I had was there was no water pressure the campsite trucks water in and regulates the water pressure down to 33 psi by the time it gets to the camper. It was below 20 psi very hard to take a shower in your own unit. Other than that, the campsite very clean and well kept staff is running around on golf carts making sure of this.

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
