We had a excellent time at KOA in Williams AZ. Two of your employees mad3 our trip extra special. One was Larry who took care of the grounds and helped keep the KOA very clean. The other extremely helpful and kind employee was Nilda. She was very helpful, kind and extremely courteous. Please let these employees know that they made our trip easy and relaxing!

Great place overall! Nice laundry! For safety reasons, the bunk was screwed to the wall, but the outlet was behind it :( Cabin 13

The gentlemen that delivered the firewood both nights would not take a tip. Instead they put it into a kids fund that the campgrounds uses for the community. Outstanding customer and community service!!

Loved this KOA! Super long sites, amazing ADA showers, awesome staff, and a yummy food truck. Also has 2 dog parks! It's a straight shot up Grand Canyon hwy to the national park.

Staff were friendly and responsive. Our water tap was broken on arrival, but it was quickly repaired. The dog park was a decent size, and our site was level. My criticism would be that both the sites and the propane were very overpriced. Other than that, the park worked well as a place to stay with a big rig while visiting the Grand Canyon. Note, however, that it's about a 70 minute drive away.

Everything was great! The weather was pretty chilly but they provided a space heater which was amazing. Without that it would have been super cold in our cabin. It was also nice being close to the town of Williams.

We rented a cabin for one night stay on our way to Zion from Tucson, Az. Cabin was nice and comfortable, even had the heater on for us when we arrived late afternoon! Bathrooms/showers were good too, nice and warm, clean. My only complaints are that the lady working in KOA store was somewhat rude and abrupt when we walked in at closing time. Also, coffee bar did not open until after 9am

The grounds were clean. The office store had ample supplies. The clerk was friendly. It is located within an hours drive to the Canyon. I would recommend this location.

Modest rv park. OK for a short stay. Less than an hour from the Grand Canyon. Very short office hours (9:00-5:00) perhaps due to off season.

This was a wonderful stay. The deluxe cabin was immaculate and well-appointed. The site was quiet and peaceful - about a 10-minute drive outside of Williams, one hour to the Grand Canyon. There is a rec room and bikes for the kids. The pool was closed during our early spring visit. Lovely location. Glad we came!

We were greeted with a smile! Very accommodating staff who helped us with checking in, answering questions, and made us feel very welcome. Property was clean, bathrooms very clean, and sites maintained very well. We will stay here again!

I've stayed at this kampground numerous times, and every time I am greeted warmly by the staff, and made welcome. The facilities are always spotless and the kampground itself is kept clean. I enjoy seeing all the families spending time together, and children playing on the playground. KOA's are great for families and growing closer together with those you love!

It was ok but for an open all year the store wasn’t open very many hours and didn’t have very many food items to buy for a quick meal. Cabin was cold in middle of night even with heater. Door let in a lot of cold air. Bathroom had broken heat knob, light quit and faucet dripping. Lots little things needed repair

We had a great stay at KOA Journey. The only down side is the loft area ceiling is too low. On our last day there is NO WIFI, our checkout time is not until 11am but WIFI is already OFF, other than that it was nice.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Bathrooms and shower house was always very clean. Very happy with our stay.

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
