Although the staff was great, especially Jan who accommodated moving my site closer to my friends, and Larry who tried to help my friends with their RV, all the thorns on the ground left holes in my air mattress, not happy about that at all, and the bathrooms needed to be cleaned on a DAILY bases, especially given how busy this KOA is. I would probably stay at the Williams/Circle Pines KOA again.

Peaceful, great location,close to town and Grand Canyon. Impressive store had everything you would need. We will be back. Staff friendly and helpful. Sites were easy in and out.

First site was to small for 31’ trailer. Moved to larger site at higher price. Staff was very friendly and helpful through the whole process.

Great stay. Very clean with all the amenities. The team were all professional and polite. Quiet and even saw Elk very early in the morning.

One of my reliable destinations for getting out of the Phoenix summer heat. Friendly and helpful office staff set up my site number, and also delivered firewood for me. During my stay it was nice to see staff maintaining landscaping and generally taking care of the place daily. I'll be back again!

Enjoyed our stay at KOA Larry is a great guy just like a brother, however transportation to Grand Canyon Railway was a problem, thankfully our neighbor Reece dropped my wife and myself and dog Cooper

Stayed for 3 nights. Great place. They open late (10am) and close early (5pm) compared to other KOAs I've stayed at.

Nice Campground. Water pressure poor. If you have a Tankless water heater that relies on water pressure to heat water up, not the right place to stay.

We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the park. This was the first trip in our new motorhome so we spent a lot of time just figuring it out and getting comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly and the facilities well-kept. We would certainly come again.

Camped at Williams KOA in a travel trailer. Our site was level and there was room enough for both the trailer and our unhooked tow vehicle. Some shade. Clean showers and rest rooms, and water, electric and sewer were fine. Friendly and helpful staff. This is a good location for going to the Grand Canyon (about an hour away). Also, be sure to visit the town of Williams.

The campground is fairly close to a major road and the sites are super tight, there is not much room between campers. The staff was pretty cold and fairly unhelpful, though we did not need much help. The best part about the place was the showers, they were pretty nice for a campground.

The front desk and grounds staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended an extra day. The Hawaiian BBQ food truck was an added bonus. Thank you, we hope to return some time!

From check in to check out our experience was great. Helpful and informative staff. Clean sites. Well stocked store. Clean bathrooms and showers. The two dog parks were kept in clean order. Daily texts with event and even weather updates were very helpful. And the Hawaiian BBQ food truck had delicious offerings. We will certainly recommend this KOA. Been to many and this one was great.

We rented the fully stocked cabin with linen and loved it! Perfect for our family to cook meals, relax and do some site seeing. We are campers back East and it was nice to enjoy a campground instead of a hotel (we flew in).

The people were very friendly and it was very clean but the sites are to close together, which is why we wouldn't recommend staying there. Also we appreciated the text notifying us as to what was going on.

Showers were great. Just had to navigate backing into a spot with tree and a telephone post in the way.

I've stayed here 2 years in a row and will stay here again. Prefer warmer weather when pool and hot tub are open, but a good place to stay when visiting Grand Canyon.

I stayed a week in a Cabin and had a GREAT experience. The staff were awesome. Extremely helpful and friendly. A special KUDO to one of the outside grounds team members named Brad. He was so helpful and friendly. The park is located about 50 miles south of the Grand Canyon right next to Hwy 64. It’s about 7 miles north of the cool little town of Williams, located on the old Route 66.

Was vetu quiet & beautiful scenery. Disappointed the Hot Tub was closed. That's the main reason I picked this KOA.

Perfect spot to so many things. Disappointed that the heated pool wasnt open. It was in the 80's multiple days would have been nice to enjoy.

It was okay. Price was high for wat you get but most KOA's are. Site was just a sand gravel mix and not very level. Laundry was also on the steep side.

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
