We were there for one night. The campground is clean, easy to find and organizationally well run. I meant to select the "5" star rating and it won't let me go back and change it. Your staff are lovely.

Wiliams KOA is GREAT!!! The Staff is Wonderful, Very Friendly & Helpful - I loved the information texts we received during our stay. The facilities were clean & well kept. The location is perfect for exploring the whole area nearby…Grand Canyon, Sedona & Flagstaff, etc. The town of Williams is Adorable : )

I booked this KOA because the website listed a sauna, and a staff member named Jan confirmed it by phone. At check-in, I was told it was behind the main building and open until 8pm. Later, I was informed there is no sauna at all. The staff was friendly and the stay was nice overall, but the misleading amenity listing was disappointing.

Lovely staff ! We really enjoyed this campground! The only complaint is the showers were not great and one had a broken shower head.

This KOA Campgrounds was the closest to our visiting site of the Grand Canyon - very large KOA campground - the place was well cared for, clean and ready to use -

Very clean campground! Bathrooms were immaculate and so conveniently located. Campground is easy on/off of Rt. 64. The drive to the Grand Canyon was about 50 minutes so that’s the only negative comment I would make. We did go into Williams for easy food shopping and afinen out, so close proximity to the town was helpful.

We had a good time. The campsite was nice and the people at the front desk were very friendly.

Sites are spacious and level. Bathrooms and showers were clean. We were there in early May , it was very windy part of our 6 night stay. The staff was friendly, If passing through again we would definitely stop here again.

Everything we needed for our stay plus the employees were very friendly and helpful. Unlike many campgrounds, KOA included, so many employees treat with indifference. The food truck was a nice edition too. The Birria was excellent.

Perfect location for Grand Canyon and Sedona and the town of Williams itself is great fun! Nice campsites. Wonderful dog park. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed this campground.

The sites are simply too small. I don't have a huge travel trailer (26 ft) but there isn't enough room in the sites for the camper and a vehicle without one of them hanging out in the road. You are also jammed up right next to the campers beside you. Really inexcusable. Just buy enough property to have room for the campers or have fewer sites.

Quiet, clean and close to Williams for all of our family adventures. Deluxe cabin met all of our needs as a family of 6...sleeping accommodations, bathroom, kitchen and grill.

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
