We Loved our stay at the Grand Canyon/Williams KOA. Jan was super helpful fixing my reservation mix-up. The town of Williams is a gem. So much to see and do there. The Grand Canyon is approximately 45-minute drive. We met several members of the Navajo tribe that were selling their hand-made souvenirs. We totally enjoyed every minute of our stay. MY grandkids had a blast. They said "WOW" a lot.

Very nice campground. Quiet, clean bathrooms. Gas station next door for those quick need items. Easy access on and off hwy.

Great location and the staff was very friendly. Only complaint would be the pricing of full hook ups. I get that you are in a high demand area but judging by the amount of empty sites the demand doesn’t meet the price.

Everything was clean. Staff was helpful and always friendly. South rim 50 minutes away. Railroad 12 minutes away. Enjoyed the hot tub after hiking. Sign said closed at 8 but staff let us stay until 9. !!

The pool was nice. The grounds could use some TLC. It doesn’t take water to do a little weed whacking or weeding. 5.75 per gallon for propane is absolutely ridiculous, we should have asked for the price before we filled our tank but who knew they would have it that high.

It was ok for a short period. Dumping was the issue. Certainly was not a premium site - but upon departure, we had to navigate the trailer toward entry instead of exit in order to be able to dump.

Great campground, however, it was very loud. The road noise from Highway 64 is constant. My site (79) had no shade. They need to replace the tree that was once there. Sites are dirt, which I imagine get very muddy during the rains. Some type of pea gravel or concrete at each site would be an improvement. Bathrooms were clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Everything was great except the maintenance guy should use a weedeater instead of the mower that was shooting rocks at our camp, dust flying everywhere because of the wind that caused our nose and throat to be irritated. Common sense is to stop the mower in between mowing to not cause a dust storm through the camp. Especially walking it all the way to the storage building!! Use a weedeater!Thanks

The campground is located on the way to the canyon. It is very clean. A little tight parking for camping on the S side but for the three nights it was fine. The office area is very nice and offers lots of options for your stay.

We had a breakdown ,,, the staff at KOA Grand Canyon,,, went way above and beyond to help us keep our spot until we could be repaired ,,, this happened over a holiday weekend that we were supposed to be gone before ,,,, and they still were able to help us !!!! Can't explain what they had to go through to make this happen !!!!!!!!

Just one issue: My class C motorhome doesn't have leveling jacks, therefore the large tire divots in the gravel from large class A motorhomes make leveling difficult.

Worst beds to sleep on. The chairs were the most uncomfortable chairs they have. And the floors squeaked all over the place. No one should ever stay there. We sure won't!

We loved the place. They guy at the front desk was great and the coffee was very delicious !!! We especially like the grounds man guy. He was very cool and made our stay great as well. Thanks for the good experience!!

Store sold us rolls that were 3 weeks past sell by date. Don’t enforce speed limit and it’s so dusty. Campsites are ash rock. Store hours are 8-5. The only plus is that it’s close to the Grand Canyon and Williams AZ and the people at front desk were nice.

We enjoyed our stay. I did not like all the red rocks at our site. I would suggest maybe putting a small concrete pad at each site. Office staff was wonderful.

Me and my son had a great visit. We loved the campground. Nice and clean. Great location. The staff were great ,.. especially Larry. He is the friendliest guy. Even though we got in late,.. after the office closed ,.. he made sure we got properly settled into our site. Larry is the best ! Please give him a raise.

Still far from grandcaynon at lest 50 minutes away. Arrived at 5pm office/store closed ,left at 7:30 an office/ store still closed never saw an employee at all. Mattress in cabin was old and very worn and flat. So uncomfortable. No one to talk to. We go zero sleep. Definitely a beautiful, quiet area,just not what we expected after visiting others.

It was a nice small koa but it definitely needs some TLC. The showers off the office need to be fixed. And the site we were at needs to be leveled out more because we were nose up and tilted to the left because we sunk in once we put out our slide. They also did not have much for young kids so it's differently for the older crowd. But in the end it serviced it's purpose.

We loved the ground and the staff. The only thing we didn't care for was the cabin we stayed in. The door and windows didn't seal properly, so things were blowing under the door and spiders were coming in. I'm not a fan of spiders at all.. The cabins definitely need maintenance and work. I had to stick some sticks in the windows to keep them from flapping in the wind. Please clean up. Thank you!

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great experience our family had in the KOA cabins here at the Grand Canyon. The cabin was very clean with plenty of linens and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again. 🤩
