Our family really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice and shady with the tree coverage. Gettysburg was a short drive away which made it nice to go visit. We also took the drive down to Harper’s Ferry as well. Great location for us. Thank you.

Staff was great! Cabins need updated. Entrance to store needs cleaning and painting. We found the place to be run down. However, we loved the trees that give you shade.

I would have rated it 5 stars but we heavily rely on cell or internet connection for emergency work. I thought being only 5 sites away from the Access Point, we would have had good internet. We could barely get an ATT signal and the internet service was awful. We will definitely stay here again, but work with the office to stay closer to an access point.

Close proximity to the battlefield. All the staff were friendly and eager to meet the needs of their guests. Sites were a little tight in some areas.

The campground is clean, nice, and quiet. Friendly staff. My only complaint would be that I wish that the guide would have helped me to back into my site just a little bit since I was by myself. Every other campground that I stay at by myself due to work the usher always helps me out. I am not quite sure if I will ever stay here again due to this reason. The facilities and staff were EXCELLENT! They guided us to the site via phone after we got stuck not able to pass through a covered bridge. The bathroom/showers were clean. I do wish I had known it was Bike Week/Weekend 7/11 to 7/13 because the motorcycles throughout the grounds were really loud when trying to sleep. Other than that, it would have been 5 stars.

Date of stay July 2025. We were greeted by Eric upon entering campground. He led us directly to our site and informed us to check in once we set up. Very efficient. All sites were shaded and our patio site (#17) had nice separation between neighbors. Friendly competent staff. Nice pool. Campground was quiet even with it being Bike Week. Would camp here again.

Nothing appealing about this campground. The amenities needed a good pressure washing. Nothing but a gravel lot with overgrown trees and vines. There was a biker rally in town and the campground was full of excessive noise from the bikes and the bikers. Why not put all bikers in one section and, must importantly, why weren't we informed there would be a large group of people rallying there??

Very well managed campground! The staff were all excellent personable, attentive and friendly. The grounds are well maintained and the sites are separated by nice trees and plants and rocks. The bathroom facilities are maintained once a day, I but think it should go to twice a day, only because most people are slobs, And that's not the fault of the campground.

Nice facility for campers that are under 25 ft. We just barely fit in our site. There isn’t any grass on the sites, that’s a bit disappointing. Due to our size of 32ft we probably won’t stay there again.

The camp ground was very nice and clean, including the bathroom and showers. The staff were also very nice and helpful. we liked that it was very shady, not having all the trees cleared out like a lot of places do. we are already discussing another visit.

lovely park, but the sites are tight. I don't mind not having a lot of space between sites, but on our last night five adults, three children, two dogs, two full-size vehicles (one pulling a trailer), a screenroom, and a small tent occupied the site next to us - and they used every bit of space with their vehicles sticking out into the roadway. The circus came to town.

We had a great stay here. The campgrounds was nicely laid out, the sites were spacious, clean, and organized nicely. We just wished they had a grill on the fire pit. The staff were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. We HIGHLY recommend this campground! We spent a lot of time in an around Gettysburg. The town had a LOT of great places to eat and drink. The surrounding history is incredible.

It was short and sweet but we found the staff to be so welcoming and friendly. Clean, well taken care of and a wonderful family atmosphere. We will be back again .

We had a beautiful patio site and even with neighbors nextdoor, we did not feel on top of each other. The campground is beautiful. We did not get to ise the amenities because it was only an overnight stay. One caveat, if you are sent down small country roads like we were, watch out for low hanging power lines. I will say the staff was so helpful directing us on the best rv route as we left.

Stayed here twice in two weeks. Very well maintained campground and very clean restrooms. The sites are nicely situated and large enough for privacy. Wooded and quiet. We had a wonderful stay!

We have been committing this KOA for over 40 years, this time was a bit different. The staff was friendly as usual but the campsites had leaves all deteriorating on the roads and the edges of the campsite. The sites could use some new stones in them and the pool really could use a facelift around the top rim (it was very dirty looking). We did have a wonderful time and will see you in the fall.

Office staff were friendly and gave great information about area. Only problem was the weather, which we know you had no control over, but 4 days of nonstop in May was the worst. We have been here 2 other times and would return, but not in May. It seems May is the worst month for prolonged rain.

We enjoyed our stay. Would like to see the game area cleaned up more. Mini golf was fun but cost $5 and should have the leaves blown off it at least once a day.

We booked our stay 8mo to a year ahead of time. I asked if the camp ground offered a buddy site where 2 campers are set up facing each other. I was assured when I booked that this was available as we had 2 campers travelling together. Needless to say when we arrived it became a different story. The person who booked us told us anything just to get us to reserve. Had I known may have booked.

This was our first stay at Gettysburg KOA and it was wonderful. The campground was beautiful and clean. Our spot was fantastic it even had its own patio with furniture. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are already planning our next trip in 2026.

Our stay was wonderful but our cabin was not that wonderful. There was cobwebs that we had to knock down,ants in the bathroom that I had to spray and get rid of. I watched the cleaning staff go into a cabin after the people have checked out and all they did was change paper towels,toilet paper,and swept. They did not do a through cleaning for the next campers coming in.

Everyone was nice and there was a lot for kids to do, the sites/cabins were small and the fire area didn’t allow for many people to hang out.

One of the best KOA‘s I've stayed at so far! Very clean, the staff is very friendly. It's conveniently located close to Gettysburg and they have plenty to do at the KOA itself. Really had a great time. They're highly recommend. We will be going back there😀

We love Gettysburg KOA! The people here are just wonderful people. I love to make sure you are having a good time. We really enjoyed the animal show. We have enjoyed many nice activities here over the years.
