Two things: 1. You need to have a stool in each of the shower stalls, and you need hooks or shelves by each of the sinks to hang a toiletry bag and/or towel on. It's very frustrating trying to get ready when there is no place to put your stuff. 2. It was really cold when we were there, and the clubhouse was 49 degrees. We froze in there. Turn on the heat when it's cold please.

Campground was clean and had many activities including pool, band and food truck. The clubhouses were nicely set up. Only question I have is that WIFI is listed as complimentary yet they were charging for it?

The staff and the camp ground was amazing. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the facilities were amazing. It looked like a new facility grand opening! Well done. You can tell they take pride in their work.

Rented the 4 tent sites in back for our group. After mostly setting up, we noticed there was no power to all 4 sites. There solution was to move to an open RV spot and someone will check it out next day. No one ever showed and we paid twice the current rate at the time to not use tent sites. Called on week day, got no apologies and fake ill speak with manager. No call back, not surprising.

Great amenities, but I was attacked by bugs and am now suffering with hundreds of bites that welted all over my arms, legs and head. This is with deet but spray, bug balm and a fan.

Amazing, quiet campground filled with friendly campers and staff! My dog and I stayed for just shy of a week in both a tent site and a cabin. We had an amazing time all the way around! The pool is great and onsite laundry is a huge convenience!

Wonderful campground! Pool and hot tub were great and shower had better pressure than my house! I can't wait to go back with my grandkids!

Extraordinary koa. All the standard amenities to be expected X 10. Nice little camping spots in the far corner on shell gravel. Well run, quiet, clean. 300 sites. Even dog washing stations. Who knew.

I had a reservation, but when we arrived at 6:30 PM, they were closed (supposedly open until 7). There was a file with folders for late arrivers, but there was no folder for us. We called the number and had to leave a voicemail. After waiting 20 minutes, we called the emergency number - the guy answering was pretty upset that we had called - and told us to just pull into any empty spot. ??

The park is fine nothing extra but it met the expectations. However, had we known the bridge connecting to the mainland was out and it was an hour to two wait going and coming we would not have booked. The bridge weight on and off the island was very frustrating. And everything about the island that was attractive on the website doesn’t exist anymore because the hurricane took it out.

Staff is very helpful and extremely nice. Camp ground is very nice. Bathroom #3 is very nice and cleaned daily, but the raw sewage smell will gag you. Like every KOA I've stayed at the wifi is useless.

We tent camped. The KOA was very nice over all. Our site was somewhat cramped right next to a little house that kept their lights on the whole night. I should have requested another site. Bathroom was clean first day but not after that. We only stayed 2 nights.

Had a wonderful stay. Renovations after the hurricanes appear to be almost complete. Can't wait to return.

Everything was great except night #1 when there was no power at my camp site. Had to endure that first night without a fan, but it was ok once the power was turned on. Had the entire back of the camp to myself which was nice. Pool was awesome and the new bathrooms are great.

At check in on 1st night I was informed no hot water in bath house at the tent camping area. Was told propane to be delivered the next day. Again on 2nd night still no hot water. I spoke to office personnel to inform the manager I was not happy about the situation and how inconvenient to go to middle bath house. Poor planning on manager's part when tent campers would be there.

Nice corner spot, very quiet tenants. Everyone very friendly. The pool area is wonderful. Bathrooms and shower facilities very nice, clean. Lots of hot water. Only downsides- maddening tiny biting bugs, and the pool is like a mile away.
