We had a wonderful stay at the KOA in Pine Island. The campground had all the amenities we needed and the lodge was cozy and comfortable for us. I cant wait to go back next year.

Never stayed at a KOA that was CLOSED on the weekends. We had an issue with of our cottages and when we got a hold of someone they did nothing to offer help or remedy. The AC was out, it was same temp INSIDE as it was OUTSIDE. There were other issues as well, calling fan in room on the Fritz, missing modem. Hopefully they get resolved before the next guest arrives.

Beautiful park overall. We stayed in one of the cabins with the full kitchen which was awesome, it had everything we needed. Quiet park, awesome play ground for the kids, extremely friendly staff. Couldn’t have asked for a better Fourth of July weekend with family and friends. Thank you!

I’m really impressed with every aspect of this property. I felt safe, relaxed, and definitely happy with my choice to stay here. The cottage was so nice and stocked with literally anything you could possibly need. I was able to walk the property in the mornings. The staff was phenomenal. The amenities were exceptional. Really happy I stayed here and would 100% return!!!

peaceful - we don't fish so I think this whole area is more for those people. We relaxed, and went into Fort Myers and went to Sanibel Island. One rainy day so all was good..

Great stay in a cottage! Nice campground. Nice staff. Clean pool. No beach access on island but there are ferries that go out to the barrier islands (Sanibel, Captiva, Cayo Costa) where there are spectacular beaches.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin, it was very clean and had the necessities we needed. The park was nice and staff were great. They also had some great entertainment for a Sunday afternoon.

Quiet little campground that is close to yet far away from all the hustle and bustle that the area has available to enjoy. Totally cleaned up from the hurricane. We stayed in April 2024 and more than half the campground was closed. The cleanup since then has been amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at your Ft. Myers / Pine Island location and enjoyed the amenities. However, the cabin floors were quite dirty. As we often go barefoot, we noticed the issue right away and had to wash our feet before bed. Just wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed for future guests.

This was the worst KOA stay that my family and I have ever stayed at. When we got there we found the bathtub rusted and completely covered in pubic hair. The toaster smells like burnt plastic if you try to use it. We spent 200$ in food that we couldn't use. Our grill was shooting flames and burnt my husband. We asked for a new one and didn't receive it till the next night.

The reason for not giving a 10/10 or 5 stars: We were in cottage 4 and had no hot water at all. The shower drained very slowly and the water coming out of the shower head was very brown. (We went to the communal showers.) We did get a $50 refund, which was 1/4 of what we paid. Overall, the facilities were well kept and the cottage was super cute. The cabin was very clean and cozy, the campground is very organized and clean, all the extras were superb. The place is so awesome that I wanted to extend my stay, however there was no staff on site during the entire weekend, we could not use the clubhouse or buy anything onsite. Maybe KOA can offer online assistance to extend stays instead of redirecting campers to understaffed campgrounds

Horrible experience. Our stay got cut 1 day short due to a/c issue. At first, we’re thinking that maybe it’s just taking longer for the temp in the cabin to go down but the whole time we were there, it was between 80F to 82F. Even with the fan on, it’s still too hot. We live in SW Florida but wanted to take a quick trip in our motorhome. We've never been to this campground before, I reserved a spot online and put in how many of us and how long our rig was. Showed up on Saturday at 1 to check in and found our welcome packet, made our way to our spot on the water and had a great time. Took the kids to the park and walked around the grounds. Showers and bathrooms were reallly nice. The ONLY thing we hated was the noseums when the sun went down. They were absolutely horrific. We'd go here again in the colder months, really nice park.

This campground is a little over an hour away from us & when KOA rewards offered a free night, we decided why not? We are new travel trailer owners & want to get some weekend trips under our belt before our first long trip. This campground was better than I expected! Being that is was off season the park was quiet & peaceful with only a few campers & even less live in residents. The park is really clean & well kept. We had a site on the lake with a level concrete pad & full hook up all in working order. The bath house closest to us was immaculate. This campground has 2 clubhouses , one with a gym, pool tables, a game room Etc… laundry , tennis/pickleball courts, basketball 1/2 court, a fenced in dog park with agility equipment, fish cleaning station, a beautiful pool & hot tub and a camp store. I noticed the tent sites had nice platforms to get campers off the ground & outdoor kitchens with a sink & microwave. The employees were super nice & led us out to our site in a golf cart. I really like this KOA and we will be back for another weekend getaway.
