Bath house was very clean. We would have preferred to closer to the lake. Shouldn't have to pay for internet. Should have been spread out and not next to another campers especially when the camp site wasn't full.

Everything was very nice. Amenities were good other than the Wi-Fi. One hour of free Wi-Fi a day is ridiculous considering the price you pay.

The campgrounds is very clean and constantly improving the grounds. The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. We already signed up for 3 month next winter. Only 1 downfall was some of the laundry machines did not working for the entire month of January.

We stayed for three nights. It was very comfortable. Bath houses are heated. Check in was easy and fast.

not all the infromation you need to have to check in is on the web site and for the most expensive campground that we used on this trip it was the most boring place we have been . to many long time ,live there rv's will not be using koa's in the future.

The campground was kept clean and groomed. Perfect for folks with dogs(and a parrot or two). Great dog park, game/workout room, pool and hot tub. Shower houses were always clean. Do NOT go there if you’re looking for lots of entertainment options close by. It’s on Pine Island. Not Fort Myers. This is the PERFECT place to go to relax and unwind. We loved it.

Friendly staff, great amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. Distributed restrooms and laundry. A big plus for us with a larger pooch is there vast doggy stations with poop bags and dog play area. The camp is quiet and other campers were friendly and happy as well. I highly recommend this KOA.

Water shut offs…. Internet extra cost and never worked for a week…. Cost of laundry more than any other KIA and you have to use a credit card….. Nothing mentioned at time of check in. I hope other campers see comments so they are aware….

The park itself was nice! Internet service was absolutely terrible. The landscaping group ruined our rug with weed eater!! Chewed up edge all the way down our large outdoor rug with weed eater!!

We enjoyed the KOA and the slow- paced island. Initially unhappy with site way out back but office helped us to move to front part. Wish different sites had been explained on web site. My husband has mobility issues and being close to amenities was importantant.

Office staff unfriendly. They gave us the wrong directions to our site and the fire pit was FILLED with garbage when we arrived.We had to ask about a fire ban and were told no fires at all, including propane fire pits. Apparently, this only applied to us because we saw others with fires going. A loud obnoxious camper was next to us blasting music day & night and nobody was around to resolve.

We had a lovely patio site on one of the ponds. There are many amenities and the campground is immaculate. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. There is a large laundry room and a beautiful pool. We enjoyed our stay. We were there in January and found the campground to be only half full. Their prices are quite high but so are most campgrounds in the area.

Wonderful, clean and very attentive. We had a slight issue with a faucet onsite and they immediately came out to fix it. Love the pool, site was clean and paved, large laundry room and nice clean bathrooms.

We reserved a deluxe patio RV site, unfortunately, that is not what we were assigned. Initially we were sent to a site that wasn’t no way large enough to fit our RV. The next site they sent as to was not a deluxe site and the pad was all cracked to pieces. The water was shut down two days in a row for repairs. The waste water connections were several inches above the ground. We will not return.

Nice spacious sites. Pool and hot tub were great. All the staff and guests were great. Very social camp. We did not have a car and biked to St. James City (2.5 miles) for restaurants, music, boat rental, seafood market and hardware store. No beaches so not a tourist trap. Will be back next year!

Location is key. Park overall is nice but nothing special other than the location. Roads are tight. Opened up the sewer cap and it was filled with bugs. Ridiculuos that there are still parks that make you pay for wifi.

The experience was not a great one. It’s basically a parking lot once past the front. Spaces are tight and though there were plenty of options , we were put in a spot that was too small first and then the second site was quite challenging to get into with cars parked on the roadways.

Very nice park. Amenities are nice, bathrooms and showers are clean and up to date. Pine Island is a rural island with a lot of vegetation. There aren’t any beaches open to the public so unless you have a boat you can’t really enjoy the ocean. Sanibel is an hour drive away.

The place was clean. Employees nice. They gave us a spot we could not fit in. We arrived late so just parked in a spot. The next morning when we told them they apologized and let us stay in the spot.

Our site had an electrical box-hand hole by our back door that was about 2 feet lower than the ground without a cover. Been like that for a while due to the grass growing in and around. We did not use our back door because it was that close to our stairs

Sites were okay, most with concrete, restrooms clean, Staff was friendly, however this location didn't feel like a typical KOA Holiday or resort, very limited services, no trash pickup, no propane, patios with simple picnic benches

Very disappointing. Staff was complacent. WiFi is only free for one hour a day. This KOA seems to cater to long term stays more than vacationers and travelers. Not worth the price.

we enjoyed our stay at Pine Island very much. great recovery from the hurricane that devastated the area just a few months ago. great staff and good amenities for an enjoyable stay.

We have stayed at this KOA many times (rv sites and cabins). The staff are amazing! This park has really come back after hurricane Ian and continues to do updates. The pool/hot tub are fantastic and all of the facilities are new. Lots of places to go biking, walking, fishing, kayaking in the area. Many restaurants with bands. Would love to updated children’s play equipment. Will be back!

Great, very quiet. If you like being out of the way this is the place. Peaceful and very clean. We liked it there, for seniors and young families. If you like the beach, it is far away. Otherwise it is great.
