The deluxe cabin we were in floor was so dirty that we each had to wear and ruin a couple pairs of socks and were there only in the evenings

The staff was superb, so friendly, responsive and helpful. Loved all the amenities at the campground. Pine Island was a fun place to stay. It will be even better when the construction is over.

We need help because our camper broke down and needed repair. They changed our rv stop for a cabin for our stay. They were very helpful with us.

The cabin we stayed in was well equipped but pricey. We are normally rvers but needed an overnight accommodation to visit ft myers. Understand that they are recovering from massive hurricane damage (23). Positive: staff friendly, all Rv sites/facilities are clean and new;Negative: onsite campstore was unstocked so come prepared. No local tv in cabin;allow time as only one-way rd on/off Is.

The staff here is beyond phenomenal! Amanda was not only extremely nice but overly accommodating as well as her employees. Her Team flows and everyone knows their direction. Location is recovering from Ian but should be a prime spot to visit! We honestly can't wait to go back! Our little cabin was so much fun and more than we could ever need!

We had a wonderful time. Directly after the hurrcane in October 2024, our lodge was perfectly clean, well prepared and organized. The whole place was nicely taken care of. The KOA staff was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this location.

Odd that not all campsites have fire pits. Need curtains/blinds in cabin bunks. Otherwise, great place!

Everything was amazing! We stayed in the little cabins and they were so well appointed. Our group really enjoyed using the clubhouse and pool. The staff was so wonderful. We really could not have asked for anything more. Our group is looking forward to coming back!

Staff were absolutely wonderful. So very friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with, Marcia & Mike. We were not expectly the bugs "NoSee ems" but understand that this is part of the island. The cabin we stayed in was clean and very comforable and very well equipped. All in all, it is a very lovely environment, beautiful pool, grnds vw maintained but it is the staff that makes it really shin

We stayed in Cabin #9, which was great for grandma, grandpa, Dad and one child (not kid) . It was very clean, nicely furnished, well appointed. and a good location. at the edge of the pond where there were lots of turtles. We would definitely come again, as we're only located in Port Charlotte and Lehigh Acres. Thanks for the hospitality.

We stayed in a cabin by the lake. It was very clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The staff is super friendly. Campers were friendly and fun. The KOA is located near two wildlife preserves, several great restaurants, fishing charters and a huge bike path.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin with our 4 children and it was perfect! Space was so well planned that even though the square footage was small, we liked it better than the larger hotel rooms on our trip. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Pool is wonderful!
