Staff is fantastic! Our complaint is that we arrived in December and had free WiFi. Sometime in February they decided that WiFi is now not free…without warning. We stayed here last year and no cost. Actually we have never had to pay at any KOA.

It was a wonderful facility and grounds. The very back bathrooms (which we had to use) was not cleaned. We would run out of paper and had the same litter for a solid week in there. I would recommend that you bump the two right showers out about 2 feet and add a bench to sit on and hooks to hold your belongings. Not sure why this was not designed that way. Makes much more sense.

We were disappointed with a few things. Having the only bridge under repair cause extremely long waits entering and exiting the island. The free Wi-Fi was terrible and not secure. There was an option to purchase Wi-Fi which I did and it was no better and still not secure. The pictures on the website are much more pleasing than the actual sites. The island itself really has no attractions .

We were there for two nights. We arrived in the afternoon and were surprised to see that the bathrooms had not been cleaned. When I questioned the gentleman at the front, he told me they were cleaned daily at 9ish am. Well it didn’t happen the next morning either. The place just had an overall run down feel to it, especially for a Holiday KOA.

Wonderful campground! Pool and hot tub were great and shower had better pressure than my house! I can't wait to go back with my grandkids!

Clean, well-maintained, and well-managed. Everyone there, including the guests, were friendly and respectful. We would have loved to see a regular charcoal grill to cook our dinner, but that is only a minor gripe. There are wood fire pits every few spots that I’m sure many people can enjoy in cooler weather for both socializing and cooking.

Very relaxing week long stay. KOA and their staff did a remarkable job getting this resort up and running after the big storm. Everything was beautiful. Pool was clean and fun. Stock the store please! Lots of room for a wonderful vacation. A plus!

This KOA is still being upgraded from Hurricane Ian. The camp store was bare as they were getting inventory to set up the camp store. Some of the pads have been re-done but not a lot. Bath houses are relatively updated and clean. Pool is fantastic. Be aware however of the one lane bridge to get to the island . That should be an alert on their website

Extraordinary koa. All the standard amenities to be expected X 10. Nice little camping spots in the far corner on shell gravel. Well run, quiet, clean. 300 sites. Even dog washing stations. Who knew.

Campground is lovely for a Florida campground. Very clean, well landscaped. Brenda in the office is a delight! Had a couple deliveries, brought to my RV! Best was the bathroom and shower. I travel full time, move weekly for over a year and a half, and that shower was in my top 10 list! Awesome pressure, lots of hot water and very clean!! Only negative is traffic getting there and out.

The campground was spacious, clean and welcoming with many amenities and dog friendly (2 dog areas). We had a large space in the back right near the dog park and lots of room around us. Although there only two days, we were even invited to a neighborhood concert and a potluck. All in all, a great experience. Thank you.

I had a reservation, but when we arrived at 6:30 PM, they were closed (supposedly open until 7). There was a file with folders for late arrivers, but there was no folder for us. We called the number and had to leave a voicemail. After waiting 20 minutes, we called the emergency number - the guy answering was pretty upset that we had called - and told us to just pull into any empty spot. ??

The park is fine nothing extra but it met the expectations. However, had we known the bridge connecting to the mainland was out and it was an hour to two wait going and coming we would not have booked. The bridge weight on and off the island was very frustrating. And everything about the island that was attractive on the website doesn’t exist anymore because the hurricane took it out.

Staff is very helpful and extremely nice. Camp ground is very nice. Bathroom #3 is very nice and cleaned daily, but the raw sewage smell will gag you. Like every KOA I've stayed at the wifi is useless.

Had a great stay, enjoyed the island, considering the amount of storm damage that the area had, they have recovered well. Be prepared for a 45 minute time to cross the bridge under replacement.

Friendly staff also let us stay a couple hours extra on checkout because we were having mechanical problems and sent somebody over to help as well. Cleanest nicest and very well run also great area and many things to do

Staff where great, sites where decent if needing a little work. The WiFi was fair until they changed it half way through or stay. After that it rarely worked at all. You couldn't even get email. The cell service isn't much either so you can't depend on it though calls always worked. In this day WiFi is a important utility when you are on and extended stay.
