Cottage was very comfortable, made for a nice and quiet getaway for my son and me. We did arrive after hours and while the folder was ready for us, no key was left, so I made the after hours maintenance call, and the guys helped us out. No sweat. Looking forward to returning.

Nice park, nice amenities and great staff. Would definitely come back. My only complaint is the sewer connections at the sites, they are way too tall.

Great camp grounds the only problem was the sewer connection was difficult to hook up to. The port was way too high.

Immense campground with awesome spots. Three ponds on grounds, sad there was no fishing on all as that would be a good kid activity. Lots of tiny home style kabins all seem quite new. Property well maintained and friendly staff.

Bathrooms very clean. Internet not available at the campground. Tried to pay for service, could not get technician or provider to assist. Trash on the site we were assigned, but was promptly cleaned up when we notified office. Staff were as friendly.

Love being on pine island. This location has always been good and clean. Staff always kind and helpful . Laundry on spendier side ($3 wash/2.50 dry) but machines work and are clean. Pool area is also nice with many umbrellas.

Staff were extremely accommodating. We had an incident with our rv and they helped us get into a cabin for an extended stay. Pool and hot tub were lovely and grounds are always kept nice. Would love to see an updated playground for the grandchildren. Really enjoyed the entertainment at the pool area.

Rented 4 cottages and an rv site to celebrate brothers 60th. Everything was wonderful. Well kept grounds and facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Great place, but there was a couple of issues. The resort was 90% vacant and for some reason I was assigned to a spot on the end by an intersection, across from the shower house, and positioned between 2 traffic signs which made backing in difficult. Also, the waste pipe is approx 12 inches or more off the ground which made it almost impossible to use gravity for hoses req constant adjustments

Best dog park! Campsites vary. Some concrete pads are broken up, creating an uneven surface. Many have a 2’ gap of grass between the road & the concrete pad. Some have an elevated concrete patio area which is not well marked and is a significant trip hazard in the dark. Reflective paint on the edges would help. Some concrete sites are updated. (Some are gravel). Easy access for big rigs.

Still requires work around sites. Staff are friendly, needs a full time manager who can delegate and check that work is being completed. More attention to laundry room cleaning and clubhouse is needed. Otherwise, a nice park that has come a long way since Ian. Keep up the good work.

Nice cabin. The only complaint was we lost water for several hours. It was resolved as soon as possible I guess. The office said they sent out an email, but we were never notified.

It was a great stay. Bridge construction was the only problem… getting on and off the island was a pain but there were many amenities around the island so made out OK.

The septic connection was too high. We had to build a bridge in order to dump our tanks. Everything else was great

Amazing, quiet campground filled with friendly campers and staff! My dog and I stayed for just shy of a week in both a tent site and a cabin. We had an amazing time all the way around! The pool is great and onsite laundry is a huge convenience!

The campground was clean and the bathrooms were clearly new and well stocked. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. We were surprised at how peaceful and quiet the campground was. There is not much for children to do at this camp, and it is definitely geared to a more mature clientele. We enjoyed our stay and would return

I stayed in cabin 9 for 3 nights: it is super cute. The cabin is equipped with everything needed (dishes, pots and pans, utensils, toaster, paper towels, etc.

Campground was under water from Ian and looks like they lost a lot of trees, but they are bouncing back nicely. Pine Island also bouncing back, but one of the bridges providing access to the island was down to one lane, took us an hour to get onto and off of the island. Water pressure at the campsite was next to nothing, that’s our only complaint. I love the area tho so we’ll be back.

Had a great time, staff was friendly and informative. All the facilities were up to date not run down, baths and toilets clean. Loved the dog wash station. Pool was clean and nice area to relax with plenty of chairs and umbrellas Only wish had more pickleball courts

The campground was really nice. Clean, beautiful flowers and plants. Roomy. Very nice. My only complaint is there were too many midges. We had to leave early cause of all the bites we sustained. Otherwise. A pleasant stay.

Nice campground but not much to do in the area. Compared to other Holiday KOAs there is not that much to do in the park either. Since there is only one road to the campground with only one lane open, traffic can get very backed up.

Everything was excellent from the staff to the facility. Our one and only hope is that you fix the swings for grandkids before we arrive next year.

Pros: Friendly Staff, Paved sites with easy to use hook-ups, all new pool deck furniture with well maintained pool/hot tub, clean dog park, clean laundry room with user-friendly apple pay features. Cons: Limited shade throughout the campsite (maybe due to recent hurricanes), however would recommend awning at dog park and somewhere near pickle ball court as it gets very hot.

For what y’all went thru and where your at I rate y’all a 5 but don’t let your head swell the grounds and the store still need work! Besides that, thumbs up!
