Highest price KOA we ever stayed at. No trees for shade. Small pool and expensive laundry! Never going back there. By the way it was empty

The staff, restrooms, showers, pool and the site were great. However, we choose the wrong time of year. NO SHADE. Even though the staff brought a umbrella, a shaded site is what we wish for because our class b heats up in the sun.

The cabin was very clean and cozy, the campground is very organized and clean, all the extras were superb. The place is so awesome that I wanted to extend my stay, however there was no staff on site during the entire weekend, we could not use the clubhouse or buy anything onsite. Maybe KOA can offer online assistance to extend stays instead of redirecting campers to understaffed campgrounds

This koa is immaculate, huge, large sites, and a large beautiful pool! It is hot and has no shade! Needs trees! No beach access on the island. Very nice campground, safe, and quiet!

Rented the 4 tent sites in back for our group. After mostly setting up, we noticed there was no power to all 4 sites. There solution was to move to an open RV spot and someone will check it out next day. No one ever showed and we paid twice the current rate at the time to not use tent sites. Called on week day, got no apologies and fake ill speak with manager. No call back, not surprising.

It was ok. The front desk was great lady there was awesome. But we got the patio with patio set with umbrella we couldn’t even use umbrella because it has no base and came 2 foot from hitting my child as it fell over. We had my iPad and toaster and tools to set up camp. Since it didn’t have a base it fell over knocking over whole table throwing my iPad and toaster just say things broke.

We have stayed here a few times prior to the hurricanes. The campground had quite a few permanent residents and was starting to get run down. The area sustained substantial damage from the hurricane and all of those folks lost their homes. We were there during the off season and can see the improvements being made. There weren’t but a handful of people camping.Brenda in the office was very nice

Horrible experience. Our stay got cut 1 day short due to a/c issue. At first, we’re thinking that maybe it’s just taking longer for the temp in the cabin to go down but the whole time we were there, it was between 80F to 82F. Even with the fan on, it’s still too hot. We didn’t get any sleep. My daughter was coughing the next day. Staff can’t be reached. No office on Sunday, we’re not i

Disappointed that there were not very many people in park on a holiday weekend. Part of reason is probably because the area has not recovered yet from the hurricane 3 years ago. We like to interact with other campers but nothing going on at the park. We had been at this campground twice before and really enjoyed it but this time was well below our expectations. Hopefully the area will recover

We had a quick stop on the way up toward Atlanta. Didn't get to see much but there is a lot to do in the area. Stayed in May after all the snow birds had left and practically had the place to ourselves - only a few others. Really a nice little spot with a lake and wildlife. Nice pool and facilities. Close to many things but you feel out in the country. Super helpful and and friendly staff.

Really enjoyed the location. The staff were super nice. It was off-season so very few people were there. But it was great being on the water. Everything worked flawlessly. Really liked the location too. Love all the quaint restaurants on the way there.

There was no staff on hand after 530pm Monday-Friday. And no staff at all Saturday & Sunday. This prevented the us of the clubhouse or the gym after staff left even though signs said they were open until 8pm.

The internet, FastWave I pd frI 16th and never received a confirm email or service i went koa store and the manager would not come talk to me. the only thing that they could tell me is that i am not the first one to complain but still sell the product. fastwave REFUSE refund money but told me a IT tech would call me, they called monday my stay was over. DO NOT PAY FOR INTERNET. GOOGLE REVIEWS!!!

The people who work there were extremely helpful. I would probably not return, especially during warm weather. There was a mosquito infestation that made it impossible to be there. In addition, it seemed as if I was the only person camping as very few campers were there. I felt unsafe as no other people were around.

The park was very clean. Almost no tree cover so it was quite warm but not a fault of the park. I was concerned there was no staff the entire weekend and one of the gates to the pool would not lock.

Booked 4 days before your website said 1 site left . Arrived to an empty campground . Clubhouse, gym, luandry all closed at 5pm website says open till 8.The day we left the water was turned off in the whole campground without notification could not rinse our tanks or get water for traveling. NOT HAPPY

Spent the month of March. Loved the pool area, pickleball courts, and available bike paths for riding and walking. Already booked two months for next year!

The location was wonderful and very well maintained. I truly enjoyed the grounds but best of all was the staff. Brenda was beyond excellent, her customer service was second to none, Truly a professional but above all a caring person with a passion for people. I'm telling all of my friends and family that I would not hesitate to stay at this location and infact can't wait for the next time!

Great amenities, but I was attacked by bugs and am now suffering with hundreds of bites that welted all over my arms, legs and head. This is with deet but spray, bug balm and a fan.

This campground had some of the strictest rules of any KOA we have ever stayed in. The back in sites should have been angled to allow easier backing in when the campground is full, luckily it was nearly empty when we stayed. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was always out cleaning or working on improvements. We enjoyed our stay very much.
